The main frustration was that the rubber tees kept coming loose from the tee-off area, and it was nearly impossible to get them back in place. He was attentive throughout the visit and even brought me a bag of ice when I mentioned how hot I was and asked him for some ice to cool off. I went up to the manager, Christin, and she was extremely understanding and accommodating, and quickly helped us with another card so that the fun could resume with minimal interruption!
