I did not receive a formal investigation as the company has mentioned. I both notified management and contacted the police on my stole item that was taken from one of your employees. I have still have not recieved a follow. if you have a formal process, please provide me with documentation on how the investigation concluded. For a lower cost "budget" airport parking, was expecting something amiss... Wait a long time for shuttle? Nope, no wait on getting to airport and 15 min getting back. Plus they have a tracker that allows you to see where the shuttle are. Grumpy underpaid drivers? Nope, friendly drivers both ways Unexpected extra charge from what my reservation says? I've parked here probably 8 times or so. It's a no frills place but I always get great service. I've never been left waiting at the airport. I always get taken straight away to the airport when I arrive. My car is always waiting for me when I check out after returning from my trip. My car has always been in the condition that left it. Saw lots of Fox vans last time we flew back from SC. Decided to use them this trip to Portland. Very easy to drop car off. They took keys to park like valet. Said to pay when return. Driver took us immediately to the airport. Very prompt and professional. When returned, used phone text they sent me. Clicked on text. Sent order to pu at terminal 1. Van came within 10 mins. Driver was Rich, same one who brought us He drove well and was very personable. Highly recommended Rich and our overall parking experience. Will try again our March Vegas trip. read more

I have parked here many times with no issue. It's convenient and affordable. My last time parking there, the shuttle from the airport was an unusually long wait. I was tired and annoyed after a long travel day. Liz, who was at the desk was aware of my long wait and was very apologetic and took the initiative to do some service recovery. She was able to turn a not so great experience into a much better one. I will continue to park there when I fly thru San Diego. read more

Highly recommended!!! Don't let the fact that the lot doesn't look so great put you off. I left my car there for a week and there were no issues. The outside wasn't even dirty. But the best part is the people who work there. They are very friendly and helpful, way beyond what I expected at an auto park. Great experience parking here! Shuttle to the airport from the lot was super fast as the driver immediately took me and we did not have to wait for a scheduled time or other customers. My experience with dropping my car off and the shuttle to the airport was great. The pick-up from the airport was horrible. How a place stays in business with such service and attitude is puzzling. The pick-up shuttle arrived within 20 minutes, but there wasn't enough room for everyone. We were told by the driver another shuttle was on its way. I immediately called and Liz was surprised that I didn't get on because I was the second caller and she said I should have been given priority. After 30 minutes, the second shuttle didn't come so I called again. A man said the shuttle would be there any minute. After 45 minutes I called again and Liz couldn't believe we hadn't been picked up. I appreciated her sympathy. After an hour wait the original first driver showed up and couldn't believe we were still there. His comment was the other driver is 90 years old and gets confused easily. When I got back to the lot, I told Liz I was not paying for this service. The responses I got were frustrating. I was told the driver had a busy day and needed a break, they knew they had a lot of passengers due in and didn't have enough drivers. I told them these were unacceptable excuses for a customer and they wouldn't be getting a favorable review. The man in the office said they have plenty of customers and didn't care about my review and didn't need my business. Customers Beware...they don't need you and don't care! You may get what you pay for! read more

The shuttle drivers were very helpful and polite. Our drop off experience was excellent. Everyone was helpful and timely. Unfortunately, when it came time to return to our car everything went downhill. The shuttle picked us up promptly at Terminal One after our call. We then proceeded to Terminal Two to pick up other passengers but no-one was waiting. After waiting for a bit the driver called dispatch to report nobody had showed up for the shuttle. He was directed to keep waiting and after 10-15 minutes and him speaking to dispatch a few times we were finally allowed to move on. Rather than proceeding to the parking lot, the dispatcher directed us back to Terminal One! After waiting for the customer there (I think they got lost) he finally showed up. Only after our complaining was the driver allowed to bypass Terminal Two again and take us back to our car. When I vociferously expressed my displeasure about sitting in the cramped shuttle seats for over half an hour the dispatcher told me to "Go use another F$%&&ing parking lot next time you come to the airport". I will. I suggest you do as well. read more

I made a prior reservation and had a confirmation and checked in with that information. You pay upon return. They charged our credit card more than our reservation. I brought it up and they said it was too late, already charged. Since we were exhausted, it was late and others were waiting in line, I chose not to argue about it. However, this left a bad taste. Second time I've use Fox auto Parks. When I returned after my trip to pay, there was a surcharge on the invoice. The woman behind the desk when I asked, what is it for she had no idea she didn't know anything she said. Not very helpful at all. Also, as I was leaving another guy picked up his BMW and there was a scrape in the front end where they ran into something . he was having to make a claim, and she was very rude to him. read more

What a wonderful experience we had at Fox Auto Park. When we dropped our car off they told us to park near the check in and they would park our car for us. That was a special treat. There is nothing worse than getting to a parking lot and having to circle around to find a parking spot. Check in was very easy and we got to the airport rather quickly. After arriving back in San Diego we called the number for pick up and was again pleasantly surprised at how quickly the shuttle arrived. Luanni was our driver. He was very friendly and engaging. When we got to the lot they had already parked our car up to the front by the exit. Again, this was a special treat. Nai checked us out and was very efficient and friendly. We are so grateful to find such a nice place to do business with. Thank you for the wonderful beginning and ending to our out of town trip.We will definitely be back. read more

I have used the services of FAP 3 times now and each time I was very satisfied. My reservations were all made online easily and without any issues. The last time I elected to have my car washed prior to pickup as your car is parked onsite outdoors and it does get dirty. A good option. It's airport drop off and pick up services were timely, comfortable, and excellent. A far better option than parking at the airport or taking an Uber, Lyft, taxi, shuttle or limo. Parked here for a week while we were in Hawaii 10/24. Fair prices, clean shuttle that was on time, pleasant driver, and no damage or missing items from vehicle. I even forgot that I had my handgun under the seat. Worried about it all week since you're required to leave your car key with them in the event they need to move your car. That's the only thing I didn't like about it and therefore checked the Maybe box. I like a self-park where you keep your keys. But, it all worked out ok. Didn't appear that they drove our car as some other reviews were concerned about. I'd recommend them. read more

I wish I would have known about Fox Auto Parks sooner. I left my car there for a week while on vacation and the whole process was seamless. We dropped off the car, shuttled to the airport within minutes. On the return, I walked out of the airport and the shuttle was waiting. If that's not excellent service, I don't know what is. $80 for 6 nights and shuttles both ways, customer for life! read more

I took a photo of my Tesla's battery mileage when I left the car at Fox Auto Parks, which had 188 miles on it. When I picked up my Tesla 7 days later, there was only 55 miles left on the car. I do not expect the battery to remain unchanged, however, down by 130+ miles over 7 day period is not possible unless someone was driving the car while it supposed to be parked at the parking lot. When I picked up my car, everyone else from the same shuttle had to wait for their cars to be retrieved, except my car was parked right in front of their office. I can't imagine they kept my car at the most convenient spot for 7 days. I contacted their customer service for an explanation why my Tesla battery mileage went from 188 miles to 55 miles in 7 days. The manager did not even offer to investigate the issue but insisted that my car was parked at the parking lot all the time, and she said something must be wrong with the battery and I should take my car for an inspection!! I sent her the photo of the mileage when I left the car at 5am, and the photo of the mileage when I got my car at 10pm, but she won't take these as evidence. She asked for camera recording which I was unable to provide because the Sentry mode was turned off for some reasons. For the following week, I parked at another self-parking lot for 4 days, my Tesla battery mileage went down for 8 miles, average 2 miles per day, which is normal. For all, be cautious when you use valet parking and hand your car key to someone else at the parking lot. Take photos of your car mileage, odometers and gas or battery level. It seems a common problem that staffs at parking lot will drive long-term parked cars without authorization. I had another experience at the parking lot located on Kurtz street. I was able to file a complaint because whoever drove my car left various destinations on the navigation history. I will only park at self-parking lots now. read more
