We are extremely pleased with the service performed by Jonathan (pending the final outcome). He came on time, dressed in uniform and introduced himself tome. He answered all our questions, asked questions about the rodent problem. He told us what was going to be done, and "went to work." I observed him, from afar ,so not to interfere, and saw him spraying around the foundation, the exterior windows seals and the garage. Because my 3 year old grandson was with us, Jonathan advised us to keep him away from the sprayed area for a couple of hours.He told us that he had been inside of the house looking for possible food sources to be tackled and used rodenticide (?) and baits. (I do not recall which one). He went inside the garage , I believe, looking for spiders and roaches. He told us that ants will also be affected by the product being sprayed. Jonathan was (is) a good ambassador for FOX, very pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain to us (my wife and I) in lay terms, what he was going to perform. Extremely Poor Follow-Through and Property Damage - No Resolution I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fox Pest Control. Fox Pest Control caused damage to my property and initially acknowledged the issue and indicated it would be handled through their insurance. I followed every requested step, provided documentation, and waited in good faith for the issue to be resolved. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, including a formal written demand with a clear deadline, Fox Pest Control failed to respond or take responsibility once the deadline passed. There has been no meaningful follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. What is most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of professionalism afterward. Once the issue became inconvenient, communication stopped entirely. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company: if something goes wrong, do not expect them to stand behind their actions or resolve the problem in a timely or responsible manner. read more

Dalton was great! He was very thorough and had answers to all our questions. We have problems with sweat bees {never heard of them before} swarming all around our new pool making it hard to relax and enjoy it. We tried everything on our own to get rid of them, had another pest control come out and treat, but he couldn't find the nest so just tried to treat the area, but within the first few minutes of Dalton's assessment of the property he found the nests in a few areas throughout the property! I was so happy as they say you can't kill them if you can't treat the nest so this was HUGE!. Dalton was out on 7/30/2020 and it takes a few days to see the effects so fingers crossed this works and we can finally enjoy our pool without these swarm of bees buzzing all around us. Harry and Xavier came to the house today from Fox pest control!! They scoped out the property and asked good questions about my problems and got to work. They are super efficient and went everywhere on the property doing their thing. I feel really good about the company and their team. They told me that anytime I find a bug that I should not find, just to call them and they will take care of it!! This morning when I looked out onto the deck, I saw lots of hornets,carpenter bees and wasps hovering around the door. i look out now and they are gone!! That was quick!! i am very happy. The first team member I met was Dane, who told me about the company and explained everything. What a super guy!! Lucia is pleasant and knowledgeable and is always thorough, communicative, and helpful. I learn new things about pest control every time we chat. She's a pleasure to work with, and I'm very happy that she is my technician from Fox. We had always had yellowjackets and wasps nesting in the eves and in the openings in the vinyl siding. I had always just ignored them, but then my son developed an allergy to bees, so I called Fox Pest Control. Now - no more yellowjackets, I never see those awful stink bugs that used to plague the house in the spring, and I feel secure knowing that possible termite infestations are being monitored. Lucia came for same day service to replace missing outdoor bait stations. Since beginning service in February 2026, Fox has been effective in target treatments, responsive ( same day ) to questions and new baiting, professional and comprehensive in note taking and review of the situation. Lucia is a super star - friendly, informative, professional and patient. She gave me tips to better secure the bulkhead and I realized that I was learning while she was addressing issues. They don't treat the customers or the employees with value since the new company Rollins acquired them. I wouldn't recommend working for them because they don't supply the necessary knowledge to help customers with their indoor concerns. They believe in team building in a work environment that requires chemical knowledge around pets and children. The amount of times I've heard about dogs eating poison bait and the wrong homes being treated has discouraged me to know they never promote the right people into management or leadership positions based on knowledge or skill. Luis is great. He arrives on time. He is considerate to be neat and efficient. He is totally prepared as he carries all tools and equipment with him in a bag or on his belt. It's very impressive. He is very thorough as he investigates the mice activity and sets baits and traps in order to try and get this as solved as it can ever be. These guys are the best, knowledgeable and very professional. Keith showed up on time, gave me an overview of what he was going to do in my property, listened patiently all my questions and answered all of them in a way that was easy to understand. He knocked down hives and webs on the outside of the home. In the middle of the backyard he did some spot treatments for cicada killers. This past Summer I had to call Fox to take care of some carpenter ants and an issue with carpenter bees. The situation was taken care of quickly and until this winter I had no other problems. In December I had to call them again due to mice. I was very lucky that they sent me Lucia. She was very thorough and in about 4 weeks the problem was resolved. In an age where service is all computers and indifference these guys stand out. We signed up with them and they make everything easy. They are polite, professional and they tell you what they're doing. We are residing our house and yesterday the carpenters found a nest of ants. They were able to schedule me for a day I was working from home, gave me a time frame as to what time they'd be at my house. My technician was excellent.
