I signed up with Fox yesterday. The tech came out today to do the initial apt and Alden was super nice and quick. His brush did break for the spider webs but they will get that at the 30day follow up. I signed up with Morgan after he knocked on my door yesterday. Answered all my questions straightforward and no BS. I also signed up for termite inspection and treatment and mosquito treatment for the yard. Today's as only the initial treatment and not for mosquitoes or termites will up date as we receive those. read more

*UPDATE * After a year of service, a few guys came out with some special magical spray. They used their "extra powerful" solution and covered the entire area. Inside and out. This was approx. 5 months ago and I haven't seen anything since. Eric is one of the best technicians and truly cares about his clients enough where he works until the problem is resolved. I forget the name of his [possible supervisor?] colleague but he came to our home to "approve" of their strongest spray to be used . I'm now very happy that we've truly gotten our problems resolved and I have decided to continue with Fox pest control . read more

Great customer service from the technician, Aaron. He's done such a good job throughout this past year with any questions regarding Fox's services that I had. My last appointment when he came out, he remembered I was having problems with insects coming into the garage, so he brought that back up to me. I told him I was still seeing insects coming in, so instead of just treating the outside of the garage, he treated the inside as well. He's one of the main reasons I continue to use Fox Pest Control. Friends and neighbors. I have had Fox Pest Control for several years. Recently, they serviced our home and left a mess streaming down our glass doors and windows. Numerous attempts to get them to come out and clean up their mess were fruitless. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same customer service person saying they could come out in 5 days. Avoid at all costs. We heard mice in our attic space. Some locals had recommended Fox so I called them. They are big on upselling and it's annoying. But that's the least of the problems. Had to sign up for a year contract...$200 before anything happens. Fine. All I wanted was the mice gone for now; I'd worry about the rest later. (termite stuff etc) My #1 concern in dealing with the mice....NO POISON BAIT ANYWHERE WHERE MY DOG COULD GET IT. I was assured, several times, they are very safe...even humans can't get into the bait station. blah blah blah So my attic is accessed by a pull down door outside under my carport. When the tech comes, he sets traps etc. No problem. My husband was home when they did this and when I got home from work I asked what else they had done. That's all they did. They did not go around and look to see where they may be getting in and try to plug up any holes or anything like that. They went up, set traps, and that's it. I was expecting more, but I thought, they are the experts, so I'm guessing that'll come later. We were pretty sure that the traps had indeed caught some mice and I called because I wanted them removed quickly. They could not come back out for several days. Fine. But when the next technician does come out, he doesn't go up and do anything. According to him, he could not get into the attic space. When you pull the stairs down, they don't go all the way to the ground. But if you stand on my side porch, you can easily get on the stairs and go up. I am a woman in my 50s and I can do it with no problem. But apparently the technician said he couldn't get up there and he would have to come back the next day and bring someone with him to help. So you're telling me that a company does not come prepared for such things? They don't even bring a ladder with them? But that's not even the worst part. Later that same day , my husband went out under the carport with our dog. He noticed our dog chewing on something and figured it was a piece of wood or a toy or something. But when he got in the house, he got suspicious and wrangled that out of our dog's mouth. Lo and behold, it was a poison big block for mice. Not only were we both completely furious that he was able to get ahold of it, but now we had to deal with getting our dog to the vet in order to possibly save his life. Apparently, when the second technician came out, he either dropped poison bait under the carport by accident, put it there deliberately, or it fell out of the door to the attic when he made an attempt to get up there. I don't really care how it happened, I just know that we didn't buy any bait blocks. We called the supposed experts to get mice out of our house, and they were negligent. Imagine if a small child had gotten ahold of that poison! We had to call an animal poison hotline that night to get a case number before we could take our dog to the vet. We stayed up all night with our dog who did get sick and threw up a good amount of poison. Early the next morning, my husband had to take a day off from work to take our dog to the vet. Meanwhile, I am blowing up the phone of Fox Pest Control for what they have done. Now I'm jumping through all of their hoops and sending them proof of the money we have spent on our dog because of their negligence. Still waiting on reimbursement for vet costs. If there's an issue there, I already talked to a lawyer. This is totally unacceptable and if you care at all about your pets and family, I wouldn't go near this company. To add insult to injury, other than the one woman who is apparently trying to get all of my money reimbursed, no one else reached out with any kind of apology. You would think they would make the technicians who made this horrible mistake reach out and apologize. Nope. And after this happened, I got a call about using them for termite services. Seriously?! Apparently there's horrible communication there or they made no notes in our file or something. Fox is a joke. Stay far, far away. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT get this company for termite services! they will tell you that the pod installation is a one time fee and they are installed for life, I paid $1000 for the install, now two years later I'm having some financial difficulties and cannot afford to keep the service on, they sent a technician out to uninstall the pods that I paid $1000 for and didn't even have the courtesy to communicate that to me. my elderly parents whose home this is, now have to pay another $1000 or more because we initially got a discount, to get them reinstalled. This company had multiple opportunities to let me know that this was going to happen if I cancelled the service but failed to do so. I would have NEVER paid $1000 for a product that I was not going to be allowed to keep. I was cheated out of a lot of money and they didn't even service the pods Once in the 2 years. For all I know they were empty. I am completely disgusted by them, they are crooks and liars! read more

Just so everyone can keep an eye out I wanted to share my experience with Fox Pest Control. They had come out to our house to do a treatment when we weren't home because they never call to make appointments. This technician went to our door with no answer, no cars in the driveway. Safe to assume we aren't home. The technician proceeded to get our gate to our backyard unlatched from the outside and enter. It's important to note that we have a doggy door so our dogs can go outside as they please and they will protect their home. The tech proceeded to treat the backyard. Once he got to the back door he TRIED TO OPEN OUR BACK DOOR. Thank goodness we keep it locked and thank goodness our dogs didn't go outside. He then left our backyard, but our fence can't be latched back up from the outside so he left it unlatched so our dogs could have very well been gone when we got home. When reported, one of the managers was horrified and apologizing and told my husband the branch manager was on vacation but would call him on Monday (9/20). We have yet to hear from the branch manager and will be canceling our services. I'm so thankful we have a home security system that caught this all on tape. read more

So we been using Fox for 5 month or so now. We moved into our home in October of 2020 and had seen a few house roaches, ants and spiders. Since calling Fox for service we still have roaches, ants and spiders. I called to have a full flush and I scheduled a "morning" call. I made arraignments to have my family of 4 and two pets out of the house for the 4 hours needed to clear out the fumes. Its 4pm and not service tech was come. We called the office. They told us "we'll reach out to the technician and call you back". An hour later, nothing! 4 hours to clear the house of fumes and that puts us at 8 pm to come back home. Two kids and two pets and the husband is gone for duty. I have had them service our home more than one a month because I wasn't seeing change. Each time they came out they just sprayed the perimeter and move along. I just received a call from the tech and I was told he could be here in an hour. Thats 4 hours to clear the house of fumes now that puts, me the kids and animals clear to return at 9pm. I'll have to board the pets and get a hotel! I'm not familiar with the area yet and being out alone with the kids at night is just too much. I do want to add the technician is very nice and professional. but the service just is not good. When I had pest service at our last home we had them service the outside perimeter. They would spray for spider and ants and sweep the eves for Spider webs. Needless to say this was my breaking point. I will be canceling service. read more

We've had great service from Fox Pest Control! Our first technician we met back in October 2021 was George. We really appreciated his attention to detail as he treated our home. He used many methods of pest control throughout his visit including inspecting everywhere, and then treating with appropriate, safe sprays. In January 2022 Johnnie treated around our foundation and even our detached garage. Just recently in April of 2022, Everette treated the whole exterior of our home - foundation, windows, doors, and the porch overhang. He even went around the house with a giant puffy thing to whisk away any spider webs or other insects he saw before he sprayed! At our request, he gave us sticky traps to place inside the house under hutches, etc., to see if any insects show up. So far we've had NONE inside the house! (Edit: we had a sudden barrage of sugar ants show up in the kitchen in just the past few days and called Fox to report them. Another technician, Chris stopped by to take care of the ants and treated several accesspoints within the house and treated places he saw that ants could have entered.) We appreciate how all of the technicians work together to take care of us happy customers! read more

Called for a pest treatment. Was told they would be there between 1 and 3. Was also asked for credit card info even before any contract or service. Told them I wouldn't give card info until we agreed and contract done. Day of service, technician didn't show between 1 and 3. At 4:15 call the company and was told I was mistaken, it's an afternoon apt and not 1-3. Told them don't worry, won't be using their services. read more

Few reasons why I'm still using this company are: the employees like Marcus is professional and courteous. He is the first one who really cleaned my vinyl from outside of the house by removing the webs. I'm sooo happy about it. He takes his time making sure everything is taken care of unlike other company just spraying whatever and leave right away. I like that Marcus leaves the sticky box stuff esp in my garage where many lizards and spiders are trapped in that sticky box trap. A salesman came to my door and effectively talked my wife into signing a contract by promising large discounts. I called the next day to terminate the contract under Federal Cooling Off laws and he informed me that I do have the right to do that but I will be charged for the initial visit minus any discounts. He had made up an arbitrary number of 400 dollars for the initial visit and the entire contract with the discounts came to about 600 dollars. Moral of the story is that they are very well aware of your rights as a buyer and developed their entire pricing model to protect themselves from consumers exercising their right to cancel. The 400 dollar initial visit consisted of the tech being here for all of 20 minutes. I can not speak to the quality of their services but they have certainly perfected the door to door swindle. read more

I called Fox Pest Control to let them know about a problem with ants that I was getting on a daily basis in my kitchen. Surprisingly I was able to get a hold of customer service on the first try and the appointment was set. The technician arrived on time and I explained to him about the issue with the ants. He didn't take more than 10 min to spray all the points of entry and was on his way. It's been about a week so far and I have not seen one ant in the kitchen or anywhere for that matter. We have been using this company for about 2 years now. They come out every few months to spray the exterior of the house with no issues. Today we had them come out for the usual exterior and to come inside to spray for ants. The technician left the side gate wide open when they left. Both of our dogs got out. I have a 5 month old who I had to abruptly put down to go outside and run after the dogs to get them back in. We live in a high traffic neighborhood and our dogs could have easily been hit by a car. They also did not call ahead which was a huge inconvenience. read more

We have not used this service and even though we are ACTUALLY looking for a pest control company for regular maintenance, we will never be choosing this service. They were soliciting in a no solicitation allowed neighborhood and they came to our door at 9pm. We have dogs and sleeping children and 9pm is a completely unacceptable hour to approach anyone's home to try and sell any kind of service.
