I have been a customer for about 4-5 years and spend about 10k a year on bikes from Various stores. A group of us give bikes to local kids that can't afford them. During my visit i needed to purchase some parts for a few of the SE bikes i recently bought. We bought 8 SE bikes for local kids. I usually change the free wheels out along with the pedals. When i entered the store a Landry team member approached the counter and slammed his yellow water tumbler down and looked at me. I was already discussing what i needed with a young lady and this gentleman over heard what i was saying and began to say how much he disliked the 29" bikes and the people who rode them. He also stated that he sees them riding in front of cars and essentially can't wait till "they are all gone". He appeared to be very upset with me for asking about the SE bikes and parts i could buy. He continued to say that the roads will be better once all "them are gone". Almost indicating that he's ok with the people that ride the 29's should get hit. He discussed the bikes weaving in and out of cars and increasing the chances of getting hit. He essentially lumped every bike rider in one group. Btw i can't do wheelies and i don't ride in front of cars. That was enough for me and i started my walk out the door. There was another customer that glanced over at me and was perplexed as i was. With that said i will never step foot in a Landrys bike shop again. If this is the type of team members you want to hire and represent your company, good luck with your business. But you will never see another dime from myself or my organizations. PS i am a local business owner and i would never allow a team member to work for me who has this type of opinion about riders and bike owners.

My service appt fell far short of expectations. I had a $378 repair ticket on a $650 2-year old…read morebike which was pricey but understandable based on this market. Included in that price was a "ride ready" tune-up for $200. The completed bike was not ride ready and showed no attention to detail or competence with the repair. The rear axel was not fully seated in the frame; the brake pads were not aligned with the rims; reflectors hung loose without screws; tire pressures were 20 + 27 psi. None of these examples demonstrate a product that is "ride ready." I completed the repairs myself which was annoying since I had just paid someone else to do it.

They said the estimated time for this would be around 5 days. After 10 days of them not contacting me, I called them. They said the write up was ready so I went to shop only for them to tell me it is not ready and to come back in a couple days. When I went back, the person who did the write up lost the paper and we had to go back AGAIN for a new paper. A 5 day simple write up turned into a 3 week back and fourth with this shop (and 3 weeks with no bike which is my main form of transportation). Story #2: I asked for 2 tubes for my bike and they gave me 2 different sized tubes BOTH OF WHICH WERE NOT THE CORRECT TUBE. Story #3: I asked for a tube for my bike and I gave them the model (which they sold to me). The person asked me what size it is which I forgot. So he replied "well I don't know that bike go figure that out yourself" (while he was at a functioning computer in which he could have looked it up for me). Story #4: I also had a kick stand repair after it fell off (my bike has a specialize built in kickstand) and it fell off again after 2 rides.

In the heart of Patriots Place it's one of the few stores I actually care to check out when I'm there, which really is only for events at Gillette Stadium (I haven't been to Showcase Cinema or Showcase Live yet, though). I wouldn't go out of my way just to shop at Patriots Place, but it's cool that Puma is located there. Now for a business that specializes in shoes, I expect the customer service to be good. I don't want to have to look around and flag someone down to help me. It's not a tall order. Last time I went in I was one of three or four customers. There were also three or four employees walking around but not one asked if they could help me with anything. It wasn't busy by any means and the employees were chatting with each other. After standing patiently at the shoe wall I sauntered around the store, but there was hardly any clothing for men. I thought to myself, "Where is everything?!" The selection was nonexistent and no doubt inferior to other Puma stores. I'll return because I love the brand, but not because of the service and merchandise. I was told to come back tomorrow. I tried calling the next day, but nobody answered the phone so I showed up they didn't remember me. I told him I had purchased a scooter yesterday with my coworker, and then they went to look for it and they said it still wasn't ready and they needed to charge it . I came back the following day called again. No answer showed up didn't know who I was again reminded him an went to get my scooter ready for me to take one problem, though there was no charger with the brand new scooter. He could not find it. So he gave me a charger from behind the counter fast forward to today, May 5, 2026. I tried calling again no answer so I drove in. Doors were locked. Lights are on went to the front and back entrance. No sign of anyone one last check I see the guy who sold me the scooter in the window. I motion to him to come over. He comes over. he lets me in. I tell him about my scooter, he tells me to bring it in. I told him the back brake is no longer working, and my rear tire was making a grinding noise. He told me I could leave it to fill out my information before leaving. I asked him when he thought somebody would be able to take a look at it and he told me about a month. He stated the technician wasn't in today and that they had a backlog of scooters that needed to be repaired, which he pointed to in the corner and then told me there was multiple down in the basement of the same model. I told him that wasn't an option for me to wait over a month and that the scooter is still under warranty for another five months he tried to refer me to a scooter shop in Cambridge, which I live nowhere near and not paying for something that was under warranty. I then asked him what to do and he told me to call Segway the scooter company. And then again referred me to the scooter shop in Cambridge, which I had to reiterate that was not an option and I am not paying for something that is still under warranty. I asked him for Segway's number which he told me he did not have and to "Google it". My only dealings with this place twice have not been good and not the best customer service to say the least. Scooters were $1100 with tax and are under warranty for another five months and they are telling me I have to wait over a month to even get it looked at. Unacceptable!

I don't write negative reviews. This one wrote itself. Vespa is a great brand and deserves better than this crowd (they get 1 star because you can't post without, at least, 1).

Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

Shysters and opportunist. I dropped off my KTM 250 because…read moreit wouldn't start. They said it was a ground wire under the fuel tank. Turns out it was just a spark plug. It's been a few years since I've ridden a 2 stroke so I forgot how fast spark plugs can foul out. So rather than offer to re-jet the carb and change the plug, they lied and took my money. Bike was brand new only had an hour or 2 on it. That pretty much sums up that business don't you think ?
