It been a few years since I shopped at this outlet mall. It has a good variety stores. I usually…read morego to the Citadel but today decided to go here instead. Parking is very easy. Lots of parking lots surrounding the shopping center (vs Citadel where the one lot and parking structure is a hike away). Plenty of places to eat as well inside and on the perimeter. Only.negative, I arrived right at opening time.and surprised to see stores not yet opened. Opening 5-15 minutes after! Smaller stores with only .one person staffing. Guessing its the norm here. Next time I won't come at opening time!

The store is clean, there are usually good deals, and there are employees around if you need help. That said, I had a frustrating experience here about a year ago that still stands out. I bought a pair of shoes and didn't inspect them closely in the store because I assumed they were new. When I got home, I noticed dirt on the bottoms. I brought them back the next day to show the issue and be upfront about it. Instead of listening, the manager immediately accused me of wearing the shoes myself. I asked her to check the cameras at the register and showed her the receipt with the exact checkout time, but she refused and insisted it was impossible that I bought them that way. She would not allow the return. A few days later, I brought the same shoes back without mentioning the dirt or wear, and they accepted the return with no issue. Overall, the store itself is fine, but that interaction left a bad impression. Customer service should involve listening, not jumping to accusations.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store that I feel compelled to share. My wife…read moreselected six sweaters of the similar style and size in different colors, a common way many shoppers make purchases today. However, at checkout, we were told we could not complete the purchase due to a policy limiting customers to five of the same type of item per "customer group." We clarified that we are not resellers and that the items were different in style and color. Despite this, the associate still refused to proceed with the transaction. While I understand the importance of preventing bulk purchasing by resellers, the way this policy was applied made us feel unfairly judged. As Asians, we could not help but feel that the assumption made about us was inappropriate and potentially discriminatory.

Despite being at an outlet plaza and having signs proclaiming "50% OFF!" I didn't think the prices were much better than a "regular" Banana Republic store, even with the discount. The men's section, like all Banana Republic stores, is much smaller than the women's area. They have a large selection of shirts but not a great variety of pants. But I quickly found a pair which were almost exactly like the ones I had. And in my size! Yay! The woman at the register was pleasant and checked me out quickly. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Double Yay!

He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. Staff members were present, but no one acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even asked if I needed help while I was browsing. It felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially when you're ready to make a purchase and expect at least minimal customer attention. Good products alone aren't enough--customer service matters too. I hope management improves staff engagement so future customers feel valued.
