Came into the story the day after black friday looking for some cologne as a high school student. Greeted by a very polite security guard who politely told me that I had accidentally cut the line. "Oh my bad," I said.... "Oh nah it's okay" he responded. I walked into the shop and thought that it was pretty nice. One of the cashiers/workers behind the counter said that they could assist me. These are not real discounts. They don't have brand new items because they get them years after they are released. They then charge full retail and offer "50% off" if you buy more than one. These same bottles are much cheaper at other stores. I've boughten colognes here before and had a great experience but this time around I was treated bad by one specific employee. To start off (my fault I forgot a mask) but when I asked if they had one a worker (Asian male with shoulder length hair) was quick to ask if I was actually going to buy something before wanting to give me a mask. Then while waiting in line there were people in front and he didn't talk to them but he made sure to ask what we were looking for then went and got our samples like he was trying g to get us straight to the register and not look around. Lorena, from the moment we walked into the store, was extremely helpful, intuitive, attentive, and knowledgeable in all aspects of Edp. and Edts. I even picked out some sexual sugar for myself.. And some Jimmy Choo Illicit for my baby sister. All in all we had a beautiful day and Lorena made it special by taking her time and giving us her full attention. Went in to get shopkick pts and the lights were out in the store..but the doors were open and the music on. I asked if their shopkick was working and they dismissed me. This is the best perfume store in the OC! People come from all around the world and buy stuff from there. They have the best prices and if you can find it somewhere for cheaper they will match it or maybe even charge you less! I also love the fact that they carry a lot of ideams that have been discontinued and are very hard to find. They have all the newer and older perfumes and colognes you maybe looking for. The only thing they don't carry is channel due to the fact that they are an outlet store and channel doesn't do contracts with any outlet venders. Besides that they have pretty much everything and if they don't have it or its out of stock they can order it for you in 10 days. The workers are all so nice and sweet and try to do there best to get you the most for your money. They aren't like the other stores and won't over price you. You can't go wrong when shopping here!
