Store associate is inside the store and it's not unlocked. I came early just to beat the crowd and I have seen more than 7 different groups try and enter this store that says open at 10:00. I appreciated their recommendations on products and how neatly the products were displayed. I ended up picking up a tester set from their holiday collection. I have tried their ultra rich body cream which goes on smoothly, smells good and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I do need a thicker cream, so I'll stick with my aquaphor and add this afterwards. I look forward to trying out the shower oil and the hand cream.

You can buy small size gift sets at a very good price. You can also pick and choose small travel size items for mix and match deal. 2. Sometimes they have hard to find discontinued/seasonal items that you've been looking for! Just make sure to check out the expiration date. L'occitane products do not have a long shelf life. 3. Promotions. You have to call and find out what the special outlet prices and promotions are because they change all the time. For example, they will sometimes throw in extra items for your purchases. And lastly, their staff Nikki (I hope I have her name right) is so amazingly nice. She's worked there for over 1 year at least, and she's a fantastic salesperson.

Staff wore masks but a lot of the customers did not. They are no longer mandated and it is hard to smell through them. I just move the mask down a little to smell the new fragrances. I saw some good discounts but with any outlet you have to know the reg price of items so you won't be paying more. Customer service was pretty good @ each store I entered with the exception of one. Stayed in the store for about 20mins & was never acknowledged by the salespeople. Glad I didn't find anything I wanted. Overall I'll be back & next time I'll be wearing comfortable shoes.
