I went to this store to purchase a specific Armani GIO Black bottle of cologne. The lady looked at the price and said this is probably not the one you bought.... I told her it's the same black bottle, and if they haven't changed the design why would it be different. She said "it's 155$ you probably didn't get this one" so rude. He talked about how much customer service meant to him and told me he would send me a new bottle. He Sent me a UPS tracking number and asked me to write a review...here's your review sir. When I attempted to look up the tracking number figured out that the tracking # did not exist. Reached out to Danny and surprise he no longer will return my calls or messages. BE WARNED!!!! I was looking for a anniversary gift for my wife and thought Perfumes 4 U at the Phoenix Premium Outlet would have reasonable prices. Turns out that they charge 2-3 times as much as all of the other perfume stores for the exact same perfumes and have a NO REFUND policy, or replacement with gift card. I was unable to receive the help I needed and after much time I decided on the Calvin Klein Obsession 3.4oz for $65. After leaving the store I checked online for prices and found it was running $18.17- $21.50 at a dozen other stores. I went back and the manager informed me of their policy, that I would have to exchange within 7 days, but was unable to receive a refund or gift card. When I asked for help to exchange the manager was totally worthless as a sales person. She said, "what does your wife wear". I said I needed help choosing a scent. Her response was, "well what do you like". She was totally unable to offer any common professional advice. As I was shopping another shopper came in and asked the price for a specific perfume and said to her freind that it was more expensive there. Do not waste your time and money shopping where they offer no courtesy or professional help to overpay for perfume. SCAM ARTISTS!!! BEWARE. The sales person immediately directed our attention to this cologne called Claude Marsal. She said it's really hard to find and then pulled up an eBay listing showing the cologne for a large price. She also said that it's made in France and that it's more oil than normal cologne. The website for Claude Marsal cologne is registered to the Perfumes 4U, the store. The ebay username that has it listed is newly created and is located in Florida, which is where Perfumes 4U has the domain registration. read more

By far the worst shopping experience I have had. I was shopping for a gift, and the salesman working would not help me. Her name was Liza or maybe Lisa, she was the manager which was unbelievable. She had such poor customer service and even poorer hygiene. As she was aggressively trying to sale me more perfumes, her mucus was sliding from her nose and she did not have the decency to blow her nose. I was mortified. Not only was she unkept, she was RUDE. I explained to her that I was shopping for gifts and because I would not buy the ones she was essentially forcing me to buy, she stopped assisting me and began acting like I wasn't even there. I would like the number to corporate if possible. Absolutely horrible. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy from this establishment. I can only hope that someone higher up will see this and act accordingly. Please find another manager if you want to have a successful business!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE!! I have used Obsession for Men cologne spray for 30 years and I am very familiar with the product. Recently, I purchased 2-4 oz bottles of this product at Perfumes 4 U. The second bottle was 50% off and I thought this was a good deal. Now I know why. This product is either counterfeit or a diluted Obsession product. I am now stuck with the product since Perfumes 4 U sales are final and no refunds are accepted. This sale protocol is not made know to the customer until after the sale. read more

My significant other went to buy me a gift from this establishment and was given a tester taped to the perfume as if I would be able to return if I didn't like the smell. I was informed the next day of the purchase I would be unable to return due to their NO RETURN POLICY. She didn't get upset and decided to exchange it for a perfume double the cost of the original that she knew I would prefer. She was then told that exchanges can be made on only SELECT PRODUCTS. When I called the same day to speak to the owner about being misled of the policy the manager who talked to me as if I was born yesterday asked me several questions before being able to speak to an owner, who has yet to call me back. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone unsure of what to get or if they are getting a gift for someone. Especially when spending $100+ to just be told they can't exchange on products they want or return the next day just reflects poorly on their business. read more

I would put 0, if there would be that option. Yesterday I bought perfume Escada especially Escada Eau De Parfum, 2.5 oz. I liked the tester in the store. The sales lady said that this is from Europe. I had at home the same perfume from europe, another one from Macys. When I came at home and open bottle, the smell is different. I bought 2 bottles for 114.71 including TAX and it is not refundable!!!! At Macy's it is $90.00 for the same bottle, but it is different smell. Of Course I would like refund, but it is not refundable and girl didn't said anything about it. Do you need my money? Just ask, but , please, don't lie. Don't believe that it happened in AMERICA on 4th of July. Don't believe this seller!!!!! I think the owner would take out this review, but I would also remind them that got see everything. What first gave me a bad vibe was that when asked to smell a perfume, the sales associate told us that only perfumes that have bottles outside the box are available to smell. That was my first red flag, why have a perfume shop where you can't sample what you think you might want to by? All reputable department stores have samples of the fragrances they are selling. My wife asked if they had Channel No. 5 , they told us they didn't and then directed our attention to something very similar, even going as far as to say it fell under a company owned by Channel. Guess what it was CLAUDE MARSAL!! yuck! made in France?? I highly doubt it. The sales associate dumped us the same sales tactic as other reviews you might find on the internet. "Look on eBay or Claude Marsal website, you'll see its more expensive there and here at Perfumes 4U, well its less! What a deal! Right?" I looked at the Claude Marsal website, it's a poorly constructed website, with no contact or about information. But one thing you will find is the price of the fragrance, $200. And Perfumes 4U 50 bucks less. Wow! really what a great deal!, NOT! With our purchase of Claude Marsal they gave us Puccini A Lovely Night In Paris. I can't find anything online about Puccini, which makes me think its bogus as well. A better name for Perfumes 4U, would be "A Fragrance Named DECEPTION 4U." read more
