I was visiting Savannah with my brother before he deployed to Korea. We were walking around and found this deli. The inside is unassuming and very cafe like. You can see in the back where the huge kitchen is. People were making fresh pasta and bread, the smell was wonderful. My brother had the Farmer panini and I did as well. The food came out fast and it was delicious. The bread was crusty and super fresh and the meats were delicious. Great place for a sandwich that isn't a grease bomb. This is the absolute best Italian food I have ever had in my life. I am a third generation Italian, so I eat Italian often. The noodles are hand-made and the ravioli is incredible: I couldn't decide on one flavor, so they let me have one of each. Each flavor was oustanding. It is owned by a local woman who makes her family's recipes and she is the sweetest lady ever. She gave my group of seven free gelato which is also hand made in the resturant.
