Did 1.5 years of braces with Dr. Zamora. Appointments were always quick, I was in and out in usually ~15-30mins depending on how busy they were. My appointments were usually after school or on the weekend, and they were very understanding if I was going to be late. She was very professional and answered any questions I had, the assistants were always helpful as well. Only complaints I would have is that my midline is misaligned from the rest of my face and leftover glue. Midline was like that before I got the braces and it was part of the plan to fix it, but it would require shaving my back teeth so I declined. They had a cute fish tank in the waiting room. read more

This is the best dentist I've ever had. I've been going to doctor Zamora for four years now because my previous dentist was recommending deep cleaning with high levels of numbing that I've never needed before. She did an amazing job on a ceramic crown, by far the most natural I've ever had for a reasonable price too! My appointment this week I was in and out in less than an hour for cleaning and x-rays. There was only one person in the waiting room ahead of me. She even took the time to give me advice on dental work for my child. I trust her completely. When I asked about replacing another crown that had some cosmetic issues, she didn't recommend it, saying that there was no cavities and that I should just leave it as is. Most other dentists would've been happy to make the money. And the doctor does the cleaning herself! Not the hygienist. Receptionist calls to remind me when it's time to rebook too. Dr is ok just have a problem with staff not returning phone calls and being rude over the phone. I had an appt and could not make it so like 4 days before I called and got a voicemail, I told them I wanted to cancel appt but wanted to reschedule asap. I never got a return call so I waited a few days and called again got another voicemail so I left another message. Waited another few days and just randomly called and someone answered I told her I had left 2 voicemails and no one called me back, she cut me off and said how can I help you, I was like ok we need to address this issue of not returning my call. She just continued to go around what I was saying so I told her take me off your call list and I will not be returning to your office. It's a dam shame that something so simple as returning a call has now lost you a patient. read more

I came in to Dr.Zamora's office late in 2012 looking for an orthodontist at a reasonable price. Although I was bit hesitant with the quality of work I was going to receive, I can honestly say it was top-notch! I got my braces off in 2015 but I still come around every few months to get my teeth brightened and checked. Although you may sometimes wait a little in the waiting room, her service is definitely worth it. She does not rush her work with any patient and is always making sure you feel comfortable with what is being done to your teeth. I am pretty sure she speaks spanish fluently as well for anyone looking for a reliable, bilingual dentist. read more

The biggest MISTAKE I could have possibly made was choosing Dr. Zamora as a dentist for my son. I started taking him when he waS one years old, he will be 5 In a few months. 4 years with this bimbo dentist, 2 visits a year and just recently, IM the one who discovered a huge cavity in his mouth. I took him in to Dr. Zamora as soon as I noticed it - my sons molar was brown and looked as though it had chipped, she just looked at it quickly and advised me to wait for the tooth to fall out on its own, when he is 9-10years old. Umm.. She seriously expects us to just wait 5 more years for a tooth to worsen and fall out? I obviously felt like this was a terrible choice so I took him to another dentist for a second opinion. They took an x-ray and said he needed a baby CROWN, at 4 years old! In all our visits to dr Zamora, she never once took a single x-ray, never offered a thorough teeth cleaning and always just did a quick 10 second look with her eyes, brushed them and had us on our way. The second opinion dentist recommended I see a pediatric dentist for such an extensive cavity procedure. I took my son to a 3rd and final dentist where he also informed me that the cavity was pretty severe and if not treated could lead to major decay which would destroy the nerve. just by looking he was able to find another cavity in my sons mouth, without an x-ray. Another tooth which could result in the same damage. Im not sure where Dr. Zamora got her dentistry license/education or if she even has one at all. She seems completely clueless and Its truly disappointing that I wasted 4 years with a dentist that never once seemed to find anything wrong which has now lead to bigger problems. Our new dentist even offered to put silver diming on the tooth to help slow the decay until our appt when we get it treated, another thing Dr. Zamora never offered or suggested. The part that really gets me, is that dr Zamora didn't even think it would be a good idea to take an x-ray to see the extent of his cavity...If you're actually concerned about your terth or your children's oral health hopefully you'll make the right choice and not choose such a LAZY UNEDUCATED DENTIST like Dr. Zamora. OH, & like all the other comments, her front desk staff sucks too. I can't tell you how many times we have showed up and they didn't know we had an appt - or that it was scheduled on a Saturday and when we got there, they were closed that particular Saturday. Literal fact: every person in that office is an airhead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

The receptionist is extremely rude. I made an appointment that they apparently did not put in their computers so when I came in the lady at the front was talking to me as if I did not know anything. I have never met someone so rude before. I also don't understand how they can run an office so unorganized if they keep losing appointments like that. This honestly was my worst experience at a dentist office and I'm glad I ended up not having my appointment here. My family and I have been going to Dr. Zamora's office for about 3 years now. Her work ethic is impeccable. She takes her time with her patients, answers your questions and is a very patient. She does all kinds of dental work including cosmetic/ortho. Here prices on some things are reasonable and others might be a little high. She doesn't overbook and if she's running late with a patient, it's about 10-20 min wait but I don't mind waiting because I know she will take her time with me when I'm in the chair. It's worth the wait. The office is located in a small plaza in a back corner. It's a small office. The receptionist could use a little more training, she's mixed up a couple of appointments and paperwork. If you want an honest dentist, I truly recommend her. I changed my insurance so that I could go to her. I've had my fair share of terrible overpriced dentists. read more

Hi, I've been going to Dr. Zamora for about 3 years. I had many problems due to my Diabetes and Dr. Zamora comforted me that my dental problems can be remedied. She explained very thoroughly what had to be done. She performed many treatments and extractions. I wish I had a before and after picture. Her patience and skill are remarkable. Hardly any pain and she has a great since of humor with her honesty. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
