This practice is the best! I've been going to Dr Laura since 2015. They are not going to recommend unnecessary procedures. They've been keeping an eye on imperfections in the fillings on my molars for years, whereas a dentist I went to during a 12 month relocation a few years ago had recommended crowns on all four. In my experience, I've always either loved the doctor/dentist and not had the best experience with the staff, or appreciated a friendly staff with a so-so doctor. My visit to Frangella Dental is honestly the first time I've ever experienced positives on both sides and it made for a great experience, despite my paralyzing fear of dentists. Dr. Andrew Frangella is so nice, and was very sensitive to my fears, constantly making sure that I was okay and not in any pain. Pia did my cleaning and I know I made it hard for her because she was so sweet and funny that I was trying to talk the whole time (sorry Pia!). Making an appointment was easy, all paperwork can be submitted online, and they were very understanding when a last minute client request resulted in me being a bit late. All in all, if you are looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable and friendly, and who has a great staff to boot, look no further! read more

Okay, the staff there are amazing!!! from the office manager Alexis to the dental tech to Laura (dentist)....Alexis is extremely patient....I know that bc (I ask a lot of questions) Dr. Laura is personable and honest. I really wanted veneers, and she said, I can do them but due my circumstances, I would not be a good candidate....if I wanted them, she would do them, but was upfront with me. I went there 2 weeks ago as a new patient. They took a full x-ray and explain everything to me. I felt very comfortable with everyone. The dentist actually did my cleaning because the hygienist was with another patient....she did an exceptional job...took her time....I was very pleased with the results. Furthermore, this is the icing on the cake.....as complimentary, you will receive a free "sonicare electric toothbrush" over 150.00 value. I am in awww with the toothbrush...everytime I use it....my teeth feels super clean. I actually found them on my plan's network and I just decided to try them out since they were close to my job....and I'm glad I did. Def. check them out. Today I had my teeth cleaned and examined for the first time in too long by Dr. Laura Frangella. My experience at the office was exceptional and everyone was extremely accommodating, attentive, and I had literally no wait-time. They also have a really extensive X-ray system they use in order to get a true aspect on how well your teeth are doing. This place was referred to me by my brother and I am definitely passing on the word! Best, least-scary dental experience I've ever had! (And I'm usually terrified of dentists, btw.) I have mixed feelings about this office. The family of dentists are all talented - but the receptionists have poor customer service skills. After getting two crowns, I was told to wait to pay to see what insurance will cover. This was told me to after the crown was implanted, then again when I went for a cleaning. I had to cancel the cleaning appointment after that due to scheduling, and forgot to call to reschedule. Few months after, I was getting a call from a debt collector sharing that I owed $650. After calling Frangella Dental - they shared the obvious (that it is nothing they can do as its with the collector) but in addition, they had my email incorrectly spelled. They failed to call me regarding payment, and emailed the invoices to this incorrect email. read more

I love Tori and she's knowledgeable in all facets of appointments and insurance. Second of all, Dr. Laura Frangella and team are always careful when I come in for my Invisalign treatment and cleaning. They are detail-oriented and listen to my needs and concerns. The hygienist is gentle and thorough whenever I have a cleaning procedure. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and am very satisfied with the results. I've moved 5 times in four years for my job having to setup a new dentist and I have to say this was the worst dentist I've been to. They seem friendly but all they really want is your money. I went here to get a teeth cleaning and cost me $500 with dentist insurance! Turns out, after I told them I had X-rays take just a few months prior my precious dentist was going to send over, they told me they will just do "check" X rays to see the activity in my mouth. They didn't say it was going to cost me or even bother to see if my insurance covered it, like every other dentist establishment I've been to has. Their not trust worthy at all. read more

From Dr. Tina to the reception staff, Frangella is fantastic. I have not been completely happy with any dentist until here! VERY gentle. A long time ago, I used to go to "the dentist for cowards"; they even surpass that dentist! The team is very friendly and remember personal things you say. Everything has been extremely thorough and I've left feeling very glad I went to the dentist. And from billing to appointments, the administrative side of the visits are painless, too! I started going to Frangella Dental because it was too difficult to get to my normal dentist, so I had my doubts about switching to someone new. I highly recommend Frangella Dental. Prior to Frangella I had two root canals that didn't even last 5 years done by other dentist. My prior dentists sent me to random surgeons for the root canals, then when the first one got infected I had to go in for a gum scraping that didn't work. So I had to have it pulled. While this was going on he was trying to up sell me in-lays. An in-lay is the step before a root canal--which I refused. After the second root canal got infected I switched to Frangella. I started with a dental exam. Dr. Laura Frangella did the exam and correctly noted I had an infection in the root canal and the 2nd tooth needed to come out. Additionally she noted the implant that I had done by another doctor was not taking and I should go back and have it checked. She was right! After Dr. Laura examined my teeth she made no mention that I needed in-lays. I also told her my insurance would cover 4 cleanings per year, she said I only needed two, my gums and other teeth were in good shape, so it wasn't necessary. (believe it or not I brush and floss everday--bad genetics) My first impression was--they are honest, have a successful practice and don't need to oversell their customers. Dr. Andrew Frangella extracted my second tooth, of course its not a pleasant experience, but it went much better then the first time by far. The first time the dental assistant had to hold my head while the Dr. yanked out my tooth. Dr. Andrew some how took his time and just slipped it out with drilling and pulling but it was much smoother plus I had a lot of novocaine. A+ for Dr Andrew. Overall the whole staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend Frangella. read more

She answered all my questions about teeth whitening, flossing etc. and wasn't in a rush to provide her services.
