I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. He cleaned it with his finger (CHARGED ME $216.) He than look at the others and told me he didn't have the tools. The company than sent out two new employees that had no idea what the issues were.
