I had to ask for it and it was a very long wait both times. Very frustrating. The girl at the register was the only nice employee. I ordered vanilla custard with chocolate syrup. The girl called me over quickly and had chocolate custard. I was almost finished with my meal ,after a long wait for it ,when the girl brought me almost totally melted custard with fudge topping instead of syrup. I stirred it up and drank it with a straw! So it was a VERY disappointing experience. I will stick with Culver's. Will not try here again.

We love a fried egg on meat and a popo sec (basically a tasty, tasty roll). I'll start by saying don't sleep on the desserts here. Portuguese desserts aren't as fancy as say French patisserie, but they are just as delicious. There was an ordering miscommunication with my pasteis de nata and I didn't get it. I will certainly try again next time-- it's basically a small flaky pastry tart with custard. This truck usually has malasadas on Sundays. ORDER ONE! It's kind of like fried dough, but softer, and way, way better! You can thank me later. Don't skip the Sumol either, they are basically fruit sodas, but way better than any American version I've had. For meals I went with the Prego no pao and Portugy bifana, both were excellent. They were both flavorful and you could tell they were 100% made to order. It does take a hot minute to get your food, but that is because they are making everything from scratch, which I appreciate. They do change their menu up weekly and he mentioned he was heading to Massachusetts soon to pick up clams to do some clam dishes. I know we live in a coastal state, but New England shellfish reigns supreme. They generally list where they'll be on their Instagram page! Can't wait to head over again!

Unfortunately, when I walked in to get my order, the cashier apologetically told me that they hadn't seen the ticket because it doesn't automatically print from website orders. If you do use the website, you should also call them to let them know that you ordered something, which kind of defeats the purpose of using the website I guess. To their credit, the cashier did offer me a free drink while I waited, so I appreciated that. I was a little worried that the location would be confusing since it's inside the Ford dealership, but it was actually really easy to find. Just walk in and look for the sign :) I grabbed a red hot and white hot (which are hot dogs, for the uninitiated!) and macaroni salad for my side. Despite the snafu described above, the food was prepared reasonably quickly, and I took it home to eat. Overall, I thought the hot dogs were pretty decent, but the macaroni salad lacked flavor. It tasted pretty fresh but needed salt or something else to elevate the taste. Overall, I would probably come back here, but maybe for an in-person meal, and I'd try something else.
