Intrigued by the exterior, I stopped at Franklin's for breakfast. The interior is quite pleasant with limited seating. I thought the coffee was just ok; I ordered a flat white. However my croissant sandwich was really good! Not sure if I would return if I were in the area, if not just for the food.

We went to Franklin's on our last day of our Savannah food crawl to start the morning. The place is very pretty - the shop front gives New York city vibes. Inside was aesthetic too. I loved the vibe here. We ordered the Lox n Bagel, the B.L.T., iced vanilla latte, and horchata latte. We wanted the matcha but they were out (it was 8am). The lox n bagel was alright. The cream cheese was the best part about it - garlicky flavor and aroma. I don't like capers so I took those off. The salmon was ok, tasted fishy. Maybe the quality of the fish wasn't the best. The bagel was a regular plain bagel. Nothing really special about this. Felt like it needed shrimp sauce with the salmon because of its fishy taste. 6/10 The B.L.T. was good according to my girlfriend. I don't like veggies, but she took it off for me and I'd say that the sandwich was really good. I enjoyed the smokey flavor of the bacon and how thick it was. 7/10 The coffees were nothing special. Their horchata latte wasn't anything different from regular coffee. Tasted like coffee you can brew in a standard coffee machine and finished with CoffeeMate creamer. 6/10 The service was fast and the staff were nice. Nothing too much here 10/10.

Got a matcha latte with cold foam. It is very sweet, so I love it! Not a bitter matcha at all. But I wouldn't get it if you don't like the sweet Matcha. I added a shot of raspberry in it. The service was great and the ambulance is super cute inside. Would definitely check it out if you're in Savannah. Bathrooms are cool in the back and have a hidden door.

So impressed with this coffee shop and there are a few around the area. They have some seating both indoor and outdoor but luckily snagged two seats after ordering. I got the cappuccino and an almond croissant. My husband ordered an americano and breakfast sandwich. They were super busy so it took a minute for our order to be ready - especially food. The almond croissant was nice and flaky and I asked for it warm. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his sandwich though was quite messy. Their service was great! One of the employees (don't know his name but he was a tall African American male) was so kind and constantly checked in on us. I highly highly recommend this place!

Charming little coffee place with friendly service and delicious iced lattes. On a hot day, nothing better than to pop in here for a cold drink. Cute seats outdoors too, and the main window looks out over the street and a pretty church spire.

What a great find for some of the best espresso I've had in the south! Frozen latte with simple ingredients; milk, espresso, ice and sweetener or flavoring. Delish! And the fresh pastries are like right out of a Parisian oven!

What a beautiful little cafe. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite (she wanted a pain au chocolat something fierce). We sat at the window as she ate and enjoyed chatting and people watching. She loved the croissant. The staff was also very friendly.

We thought this place was okay. Nice staff; a bit more style than substance in the food though. Had a small London fog, large cafe au lait, a ham and cheese quiche which was the standout, and an okay lox and everything bagel. Set us back about $40 for two people. It was the bagel cream cheese and raw red onions with plain lox that disappointed us. Capers or even a few pickled onions would have helped. Not worth the cost. The warmed ham and cheese quiche with side salad however was lovely and perfect on this cold 40 degree morning with a sweet London fog.

WOW!!!! You must make time to stop here for breakfast or pastries!! So very happy we found this place early on our trip to Savannah. They gave the very best avocado toast I've ever had! Perfectly crispy, thick bread, thinly sliced avocado, arugula and goat cheese And.... add the bacon! Phenomenal bacon! We ordered our food to go, only a few tables outside and a bar area with stools inside so it's a small place but quaint! Every person who helped us was friendly and kind! Absolutely recommend!! read more

Wonderful little coffee spot to grab a cup and a pastry. They do offer small brunch items (avocado toast, croissant sandwiches, etc.) but seating is limited and not ideal for large groups. This is a perfect spot for a coffee date, self date, or to people watch. The staff have always been friendly whenever I've visited. read more

Nice looking coffee shop. Food was good, though egg was not fresh and was likely frozen then microwaved. Coffee was fine. Not a great value. $35+ for two coffees and two sandwiches. Ordered a flavored latte and received regular. When I asked for the flavor to be added was told "it's an extra $0.50" charge and I could "get in line" then they "would add it", despite asking for it in the first place. Note: I don't generally leave reviews. Unfortunately, this experience warranted it. read more

I consider it was a little bit expensive for a sandwich, chocolate croissant and a coffee. It didn't seem like the staff was 100% percent willing to help me. But I understand. Not everyone likes to be that inthusiastic about their job. I mean don't get me wrong, the staff was helpful, I just didn't feel that hospitality when I said it's my first time at this cafe and if they can give me a good recommendation to eat something for breakfast. Usually I expect something: "I know what I can recommend you, or here some nice options that we have". Nice interior but not the coziest place around Downtown Savannah. read more

My girlfriend, my cat, and I came here on our trip to Savannah and I can say they have one of the best lattes I've had. I got the Gingerbread latte and my girlfriend got the Lavender one, the syrups they use are very delicious. Although the inside was pretty small, the ambiance is very nice. There's some outside seating as well so it didn't matter to me really. The employees were very kind and accommodating to me as well. Will definitely come back here again when I get the chance! read more

Food and coffee were yummy. I got the Lovespell latte and it was a little too sweet for me but it was listed as having white chocolate, toffeenut and cinnamon so I'll take responsibility. The Croque Madame was delicious and the eggs baked into the break was the perfect amount of runny. read more

Have had 3 coffees in Savannah so far and this iced coffee was the best. Really enjoyed this place. We also got the breakfast bagel and croquet for breakfast. It's pricey but really good and great service. Good group there. read more

Came here with a friend for a midday coffee after the host at another restaurant recommended it to us - he said it was the best coffee in Savannah, and based on our visit I have to agree! I ordered a spicy mocha and my friend got a lemon bar latte, which was unbelievably good. I've never had a citrus-flavored latte before, but this one put me on a search for a similar drink in NYC. read more

Super cute coffee shop and great location. Easily walkable from Forsyth park and not far from downtown. We ordered 7 drinks and the two baristas were patient and friendly throughout. I got an iced pumpkin spice latte with skim milk. It was great not too sweet and not too milky. Just they way I like it. Everyone seemed to enjoy their drinks. There were two of us carrying the 7 coffees back to our air bnb and they tried their best to package them up in their flimsy (but recyclable) carriers. We didn't get the food but a lot of people seemed the order the food while we were there and it looked good. It was fairly busy too so it seems the locals frequent the place. Good seating options indoor and outdoors. Again if you're looking for cute coffee vibes you'll get them here :) read more

This is such a cute spot! One of the best lattes I've ever had. The avocado toast was unreal. The sourdough was so soft and had a slight sweet taste to it. This hidden gem, near the DeSoto on Liberty, is a phenomenal spot for a coffee break, a sandwich and the yummiest desserts. Located in an elegant historic building, Franklin's is a delightfully friendly cafe with something for everyone! Splendid breakfast options! Next time you're in Savannah, you need to stop in. On the multiple occasions I've been to franklins I am always delighted at the food they serve. Their iced coffee is great and their pastries are always flakey and sweet, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. Great food but you have to wait. Long line yesterday. One cash register. Had to wait 10 minutes just to order hot food then waited another 15 for the food to come out. Asked if I could order ahead but girl said No. "I just work here" She and her colleague were just talking - literally doing nothing. Her attitude and the unnecessary wait was annoying.
