I'm giving 3 stars because of the food. This is my second time in around 4 months I have visited this location. While the food is good the Service is piss poor. The waiter all have attitudes and seems not to be able to take an order or seat you without the approval of another server. I've waited about 30 minutes before I even received a menu that I had to ask for. Then Another 10 minutes before a server acknowledged me and my kids before coming over to take my order. She said she didn't know and another server had just told her to wait on myself. Not to mention larger parties. This place is an okay breakfast place. The bacon was slightly overcooked and the hash browns were a little undercooked. The pancake was HUGE and delicious. My boyfriend got the wings and waffles combo and the wings were super good. My only concern is the fact that the waitresses are not only passing out the food but also help prepare it? Unsanitary and disgusting. Yesterday (5/14/19) at around 11am, I had brunch here with my friend and her son. There were not a lot of people there. We seated ourselves and when the waiter came to our table, she did not speak. She took her time coming to take our orders. After she put our orders in, she sat down on the bar stools and began eating. I noticed then that 3 other servers were standing in the kitchen service area eating between serving plates. The waiter for the table across from us was still chewing her food as she brought the people's plates to their table. Not one of them washed their hands and all of them went back to eating and talking while the plates were being prepared. After making a comment about it, our server put one plastic glove on her left hand to serve our plates. Our orders were incorrect as well. We will not be returning. People here dont care how well the food is and start to close up 45 minutes before close time. Good luck getting a table in the last hour. This was my first time going to Frank's Grill. The parking wasn't bad, the staff was friendly but, the food was absolutely horrible. The pancakes may be huge but, they were dry as hell. Even drowning them in syrup didn't help. The grits were just as bad. They were so bland! I had to put a ton of salt and pepper on them to give them some flavor. They clearly do not salt the water before they cook them. The only thing that actually tasted good was the bacon. I won't be going back to Frank's Grill ever again! read more

I am sorry, but if people think this food is awesome then they need to get out more. I had the western omelette and added jalapeños and thank God I did because there was no flavor to it. The grits....I make better boxed grits. The hash browns were mush. My husband ordered eggs and ham. The ham was good. Greasy but good. The kids had the kids plates and we added chocolate chips to the pancakes. When getting the bill, I noticed they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. They charged me for the jalapeños and $1 for each chocolate chip add on. 3 pieces of bacon was $4! The new location was not awesome. The small one was hot, filled with flies and crowded. I had the cakes and turkey bacon it was delicious everything was fresh and my cakes where golden brown and turkey bacon was crispy.

Good service, food was hot and arrived quickly. However, they should clean the grill more often. Part of my hash browns had a thick, black, greasy substance, and my eggs had two unidentified green pieces in them. I cut it away no biggie it was busy, and i pacified mybself by saying its probably just an onion or pepper. But my friend reported that her waffle meal taste of fish. read more

I really dont write bad reviews but this 1 i will , a few months back i took my mom out for breakfast here since its just around the corner from our house wanting to try something new ,well bad idea they served our coffe and never came back to ask if we wanted more , and when i asked the waitress to bring us more coffe and creamers she looked mad didn't bring us creamers after i had asked for them just plain black coffe and when i asked again for the creamers she dropped them at the table didnt even say a word left and never came back again i thought it was so rude since she kept passing by our table but just completely ignored us, so when i had to ask for the check i asked another lady and did speak to a manager and she apologized ,she even nodded her head when i told her which girl it was as if she had already had previous complaints from her and said she would get her attention idk if she did or not, but i would never go back since i felt like i had to be begging for attention when thats the waitress job and are usually really nice since the moment they take your order and are supposed to check if your food came out ok and if u need something else && she didnt do none of that!!
