When I emailed and asked why more expensive then the dealer, I was told they charged what they needed to charge to make a profit. BUYER BEWARE, this place is expensive and, in my opinion, unethical. I should have gone to the Ford dealer. And I did, I took the same car to Ford in Huntington Beach just last week, and NO Charge. How about that, no charge from a dealer. shop around, get your quote, and call around and check the $$$ numbers. Some people also don't look at the reviews, which would be me. Expensive mistake. The OWNER responds that they provide a 2-year warranty, which is why they are more expensive. Well if the work you provide doesn't last for 2 years, you have still covered your time and effort, but not for the client, we still need to come back and have the work done again, we lose time, but because your MORE expensive, your time is covered. Life is a series of patterens, how many folks need to come back for warranty work? You have numerous bad reviews lately. You need to spend more time taking care of your clients and less time making commercials.

The part itself wasn't expensive, but they insisted the labor was extensive and pressured me into getting it repaired immediately. not trusting my instincts but also needing my car back quickly, I went ahead with the repair. About a month later, I found out the issue was actually related to a recall. That meant I could have had the entire repair done at the dealership for free. What makes it worse is that they clearly knew something was up they even told me they had to contact the dealer for information. Because of that, I ended up paying a couple THOUSAND dollars I didn't need to spend. In hindsight, they were aware it was likely a recall and didn't disclose it properly. Very shady experience definitely go somewhere else.

I ended up getting the new engine and it has been great and Dennis gave me the best price I called multiple shops and he did it for the best rate I got from calling other shops with a warranty and he is AAA approved. They also confirmed they could work on my Tesla Model Y, which I know not every location does. Robert took care of me when I arrived, and he was great from the start. He was super chill, honest, and easy to talk to. Since I was a new customer, he explained some Tesla-specific quirks and tire wear info. As someone who's been into cars for years, and worked on all of mine personally before I got an EV, I could tell right away he knew what he was talking about and wasn't trying to upsell me. The whole process was fast and smooth. Got me checked in quickly, let me know I could grab breakfast nearby if I wanted, and kept everything transparent throughout. What really stood out was overhearing how he treated other customers while I waited. He was honest about what services were actually needed, never pushy, and very understanding when people mentioned budget concerns. Instead of pressuring anyone, he explained what could wait and what he genuinely recommended taking care of. I was judging, as someone that knows cars, and he passed.
