Gave the driver an additional tip, he was gracious. Now, I'm not a connoisseur of pizza, but, I was quite disappointed in this one. I've never had a white pizza that had chopped tomatoes. The sardines were less than tasty as though they were rinsed off. The crust was so oily it wasn't baked through completely. The bottom of the box is full of oil. i'm sorry to say, I tried, but when I started the second piece, it was just not up to par. I hope this is just a one time error on baking a white pizza. $24.76 in the garbage. BTW, this was the first time I ever ordered from Milano's....

I think we found our new pizza place close to our new home!

Tiramisu - 4 stars - I never drink coffee, but I ordered this coffee-flavored dessert because I had not eaten it in years. I did enjoy the taste. Cannoli - 5 stars - Two cannolis contained sweet ricotta and chocolate. I usually do not like cannolis, but I did enjoy these ones. Here is my review for some catered foods: For a family get-together at my house, I called Monte Cello's over the phone to order catered food. I ordered a half tray of garden salad with dressing, a half tray of penne with marinara sauce, a half tray of lasagna, a half tray of chicken parmesan, a half tray of chicken marsala, a half tray of roast beef, a small tray of green beans amandine, and a small tray of roasted potatoes. These "half" and "small" trays were actually very generously sized. After 16 people ate their meals, we still had lots of the food leftover to take home! The total price for all of this food was a very reasonable price. As for the taste of the foods, my favorite foods were the penne, chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, and roasted potatoes. My husband really liked the roast beef. My husband's cousin really liked the lasagna.

I couldn't finish eating 8 pieces of chicken so I took the rest home. It was still enjoyable even after my initial drive home. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was also good, but the flavor comes mostly from the chicken. With the ranch adds more flavor to a new level. I liked it but I only had a slice and chicken to finish. The man behind the counter was extremely polite and apologetic and said that their system had gone down briefly, but to give him 20 minutes and he would have the order ready to go. 20 minutes later on the dot, he presented me with my order and a receipt showing me that he had refunded me for the entire order. He tried to give me a 25$ gift card in addition but I told him no as I felt that he had already compensated me enough for the inconvenience. He was very nice and handled the issue with grace, and I was really impressed. The food was great. We liked everything. Fried zucchini was crispy and delicious. The marinara sauce was very good. The breadsticks delicious. The buffalo chicken sandwich, the buffalo chicken roll and the buffalo chicken pizza - all very good. Great crust on the pizza. They brought the food out and gave us nice to go boxes when requested. 5/5. Highly recommend! Absolute gem! Well worth the trip!! (Saw prior reviews dissing the chicken. I disagree.). Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza here and unfortunately the chicken was extremely overcooked. That…read morealone was disappointing, but what really bothered me was what happened afterward. I was working nearby and came back about an hour later because I needed to use the restroom. I explained that I had just eaten there and even offered to buy a drink, but they still refused to let me use the bathroom. Coming from a family that owns a restaurant, I understand policies and the challenges of running a business--but basic customer courtesy goes a long way. Refusing a paying customer who had just eaten there (and even offered to purchase something else) seemed unnecessary and pretty disappointing.
