I get the hype. I love their workers and they quickly and efficiently produce consistent sandwiches. I've been here in and out for 8+ years based on my last review being 8 years ago. The prices moved in the same direction as everyone else so that's not a problem. But wheres the meat? I just looked at yelps photos and found a bunch of pix with very minimal meat on them. From tuna to turkey some seem to only have a few slices. My recent sub was similar. It tasted good but lacked the main ingredient, meat. For the price id expect 50-100% more meat at least for the turkey sub I got. It was good though and I'll be back. But around $8 for a half sub that clearly lacked meat wasn't satisfying. I do like that they do mayo correctly though. Publix and subway and other sub joints lather it on with a ladle it seems. Always soggy within 5 hours and it drips out as you're eating it. Frankys does the perfect amount of mayo. The toppings are on point. Just about everything is on point minus the quantity of meat. read more

My love for Franky's is another level- my kids and hubby know if they want to make me happy just order me my Italian wrap, chips and a bag of cookies and Im a happy girl. Franky's holds a special place in my heart, not only am I obsessed with the wraps but can we just give light to the cookies?! I know what your thinking .. cookies? YES the cookies!! There's something nostalgic about these little round crispy chocolate cookies for me. If you grew up in Hialeah than maybe you can relate. I remember going to Westland Mall as a kid and there was a place that served these tiny, round, hot chocolate chip cookies. I had completely forgotten about them until I had these ones. I tried the philly steak and it was 10/10 perfect amount of cheese, thin crispy bread & perfectly cooked meat.

Did not live up to the hype of being the best deli shop in Florida by Yelp. And, definitely Not the best Italian sandwich from a deli by far for me. Also tried the tuna salad sandwich and it didn't do it for me. Very slim amounts of meats and cheese, shortage on the toppings like pickle, olives, mustard and mayo on the Italian. Toppings were not evenly distributed to have a good even but of everything. Their homemade hot sauce was good but again very small amounts to notice it was there. Nothing special on the tuna either with little to not much toppings at all on the tuna salad sandwich. Very underwhelming and will not be returning. Customer service was good however. They were all nice and letting us know they're the best. Unfortunately, I've had much better at chain delis. Small shop with their stock items all over the place, bit of a mess in there. Found 3 other delis to try out to make up for the sad sandwiches I got. read more

The Cuban sandwich was good and came out hot. The Philly Cheesesteak although different from the cheese steaks in Philadelphia was quite good too. Whatever sauce they use is slamming. The staff is friendly and very helpful as it was my first time there. Also got a loyalty card for next time in the area in order to earn a free sandwich. Right from the moment I went inside it gave me that New York deli feel to it, which I miss so much. the staff is super friendly they greeted me with a smile and right away some one helped me out, I told them it was my first time so they recommended me their most famous subs. I ended up grabbing the pastrami / corned beef, while I waited for my sandwich to be ready they made me a Cuban coffee. ( which was really good and I needed the pick me up ). when the sandwich came it was perfect, the meat was fresh, loved the amount of cheese and thousand island dressing amount was perfect. the gentleman told me I should have it toasted and he was not wrong, the sandwich had so much flavor my palette was in heaven.
