We've tried a couple times and will definitely be back at some point. The food is excellent and I'm curious to try some of their prepared items in the cooler. 100% recommend any of their breakfast sandwiches. The space is very new and clean. The folks behind the counter are pleasant but they keep it very transactional and don't offer any menu guidance. We love Fratelli's!! It is a gluten-free paradise. So many options for you if you are gluten-free, but my favs being the meatball sub or the fried chicken cutlet sandwich with marinara (yes gluten free!!), and of course the delicious cheesecakes....just polished off the key lime with raspberry earlier today and it was HEAVEN. Also gf! I do wish they would charge less for the gf bread upgrade but it is delicious and worth it. We love them and feel grateful to have them close by. The reviews of the meatball and chicken parmigiana do not lie - best I've had in years. The meatballs taste like they were just made, lots of flavor and great texture. Sauce is hearty, not too sweet and again tastes like someone made it. The chicken parm is a good, healthy cutlet! Not a piece of chicken that was pounded so thin you could see through it! The bread tastes fresh! All around solid meal and something I will be ordering again soon! We happened to be in the area so we finally tried this place. I'm from the Northeast and I was excited. Pros: nice amount of meat in the sandwiches, tasty, reasonable prices. Cons: macaroni salad just okay, hoagie bread very thick and very tough, Sourdough was hard, pickle spear missing from our to go order. We ordered online and didn't see an option to add oil and vinegar. Not sure if that's only online ordering or if it's not an option at all. We found this place on Google with over 4.4 stars. We loved walking in and seeing all of the gluten free desserts and menu options (from breads to chicken parm breading)!! I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was so much food, 2 breaded chicken cutlets, 4 Belgian waffle squares, and homemade pimento cheese! The waffles were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The hot honey sauce drizzle went so well either the chicken and pimento cheese. The cost was $10! My husband ordered the Avocado Toast and added gluten free bread, for an extra $3; it was NOT worth the price we paid. His meal cost $13, we got one slice of toast, 1/4 cup avocado smash, and one slice of tomato. The avocado smash tasted delicious and was so creamy but we do not recommend that for the price. We also ordered a side of bacon and tater tots; delicious! The service was prompt, and the food was delivered as it was ready. And the interior was inviting, just what you imagine when you think NY delicatessen. We will be back to try some of these delicious looking desserts! read more

Really nice place, love the new town center and ample outside and inside seating (mostly outside seating). everything was nice and clean and we got to sample some Italian cookies. The sandwiches were delicious but quite pricey at almost $20 each for a large one after tax. Mind you too the large one isn't particularly large. we got 2 caprese cold sandwiches, one with prosciutto one with a chicken cutlet. we had tasters on the side that were tasty and crunchy. The food was good, the portions large. That said, I'm unsure if I'll bother going back. The line was long when we got there at 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon. That's on us. But the people behind us in line were no more important than we were and the order taker/cashier took my sandwich order then immediately took my granddaughter's order then asked the next and the next. Well, I had been about to order potato salad - and she ignored me and continued with the rest of our group. Not once did she ask if anyone wanted anything else. Fast? Yes. Polite and inviting? No. Our sandwiches, not meals because we were all rushed through, arrived. Three were correct and mine was not. It's a good thing that I like Italian sandwiches, but I had ordered a chicken cutlet. Also, it was our first time there so we didn't know that there was a dessert case. Woulda been nice to be made aware of that at some point. Maybe a blurb on the printed menu to suggest customers 'take look in the dessert case for today's selections' or something. Maybe we went on a bad day. I dunno. Was very excited to try Fratelli's but unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. We went for breakfast around 10:15am, not super busy. I had a bagel sandwich and it wasn't bad. We ordered coffee and when we went to fill our cups, it was empty. It took a bit to brew a new container and when we finally tried it, it was awful. Someone made it way too strong and even putting crème in it didn't help. We ended up spilling it out before we left. While we sat in the restaurant and ate, a young woman working behind the counter was walking around back there eating an apple. Watching someone eat in the area where people work to prepare food was not a nice thing to see. She walked out into the seating area eating it also and wasn't friendly. We won't be back on a Thursday. They need to realize that people with hearing aids can't take that loud music. And outside every fly in the neighborhood was there. I've eaten there twice, both times I ordered a Chicago Dog because real Chicago Dogs are hard to find around here and I really like them. Each time the Chicago Dog looked perfect, but unfortunately when I bit into it the actual dog was luke warm at best. Tasted like they took it out of the case and forgot to grill it. I have visited several times so get ready. The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and quality deli meats. The bread completes the sandwich and is delicious . I asked for a sample of potato salad, and it was enough for everyone to have a taste. We all ordered that as a side. I have also tried pasta salad and macaroni salad. All are excellent.
