I emailed them directly multiple times only to receive NO reply regarding the situation. I only requested for an in-store credit and for them to correct theit mistake only to be ignored and my account charged $81.00. I find this extremely unprofessional not to mention fraudulent. I cannot speak poorly on their food but I am very upset they did nothing to correct the situation.

That struck me as a little odd since it was listed under "Soups & Sides," but I didn't press the issue and instead ordered the sandwich and salad separately. I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day!
