I needed a quick spot to order dinner and decided to try Seby's Pizza since its not to far. Off the bat, I have to say on experience and service alone, the owner was super kind and friendly. He welcomed us right in and even threw a few good jokes with us since my son was wearing a Marlins jersey, and apparently Yankees just lost to them. In all seriousness though it's people like this that can make a good joint into a great joint. When you initially walk in you can't even tell there's another seating room to dine since there is a wall between the two rooms. Its a nice little suprise once you go through the room and see all NY frames & memorabilia there. While waiting on the pizza and chatting with him he let us know that if we were ever in need of a spot in ny for pizza pictures of his top recommendations were right there on the wall. Nice personal little touch. I took my time glancing the menu and decided to stay since it felt comfy enough to do so. They were out of basil so I ending up going with the brookyn pie. If your into cheese this is your pie its packed with a thick layer of it. I enjoyed the buttery crust which I dont even typically eat but didn't pass this one up. The dough had depth and upon chatting was informed they add "biga" to there dough, if you know you know and even got some insider tips on how to make some good pizza at home. I love when I try a new spot and get a whole experience and authentic culture vibe hit. These hole in the walls are why I love supporting local and why I would choose them over your everyday Pizza Huts any day.

Since I was in the winter park area and was craving pizza decided to try this place. When I walked in I liked looking at the decor inside it makes me feel like I'm in NYC. I got the Nolita pizza and it was so good!

Great find: I got a mailer delivered from here, and it had no coupon, and I was kind of shocked (no coupon?!), but also intrigued. I looked it up on google and Yelp and the reviews were universally positive. So I came in to pick up a "Mother's Day brunch" NYC style. The large pizza was overly ambitious for me to order: 8 huge slices that would feed 8 people (we had 3). I'd maybe try a 12" next time, or 2 of them to allow me to branch out and try some of the specialty pies. The calzone ($12) was enormous, and came with marinara - critical. Also fantastic. The owner doesn't sell beer or wine, and so BYOB is ok, which is excellent to know, and because of that I'd really consider making this an eat-in option, even though most pizza today is take-out. Tastefully decorated. Hope some day some of those pictures of famous Italians get autographed for the owner.

The Brooklyn Classic- Cheese Pie 18". Whoops! It looked sooo good, I started eating it immediately before I could take a photo!

My social media algorithm knows me wayyy too well, because it brought me to Seby's! As soon as I read that the place is run by New York Italians from Long Island, I grabbed my mom and ran off to get pizza immediately. The restaurant is cute and quaint- nicely lit and decorated from the outside. Once you walk in, there's a counter where you can order to go. For the trueee pizza experience, I love to have my pizza fresh out of the oven, so I elected to stay and eat in their NY-decorated dining room. Very simple, typical pizza joint set up in the back- with access to all the parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Seby's is a family-run business, which feels so right for a NY pizza joint. Everyone is hilarious and so nice. I was happy just being there- I have a lot of family and friends from Long Island, so it felt like home. Little warning- there were A LOT of orders being processed, so it took a longgg time to get the pizza. But they warned us in advance, and I didn't have anywhere to go and didn't mind waiting for some bombbb pizza. My suggestion is to call and/or order ahead if you're starving. The goods: 1) The Brooklyn Classic- Cheese Pie - We knew we had to get a traditional slice of the pie. Pizzas can either be ordered as a 12" or 18". We did the 18" because we planned on snacking on pizza leftovers for the weekend. DELICIOUS. Ooey gooey cheeeeese everywhereee. High quality ingredients. Great classic cheese. 4.8/5. The crust ran slightlyyy chewy for me, but it was scrumptious. 2) Ia Bianca- (Menu desription- Shredded whole milk Mozzarella, fior di latte fresh mozzarella, ricotta, fresh garlic, and Pecorino Romano - no tomato sauce). Ooooof, this was a good move. Absolutely loved this one. My mom liked this one even more than the classic cheese. I ordered this as a 12" but they put it into the computer as a 18"... so I ended up just having a ton of pizza leftovers for days. When I got home, I improved on it just a taddd but topping it with homemade roasted garlic and a little spritz of roasted garlic-infused olive oil. Fireeeeeee pizza. 3) Cannoli- All of the yes. Nicely sized cannoli. The cream was excellent. My mom got this, and I was very jealous and hitting myself for not ordering this as well. 4) Chocolate Mousse Cake- my least favorite thing we ordered. I am a big lover of chocolate mousse... and this just wasn't it. The mousse itself didn't feel dense enough (or at all). Between getting the dessert out of the fridge and my drive home, the cake started falling apart a bit. It didn't feel decadent, as chocolate mousse often does. I wouldn't order this again. Overall, Seby's is THE spot if you're looking for great pizza in the Orlando area. I will definitely be going back and trying some of the other items suggested by fellow Yelpers. I may have to go back this weekend for another helping; writing this review is giving me a craving for it!

The crust is the real deal NY style! It's thin but crispy enough to hold up, light sauce and fresh ingredients. Really impressive! I also tried the meatball sliders and they were amazing, not that fake mushy meat type. This will be my new go to spot!

Pizza is a staple yet with so many choices how do you find that must have, go to, Pizzeria? You look for passion, detail, and creativity. Seby's Pizza is all that and more. The owner and his staff are focused to present unrivaled excellence. They have a special process to make a 72hr cold rise dough similar to the greatest New York pizza joints. The excellent dough had a great pizza chew in the center and a super crispy crust. They use only top shelf fresh ingredients case in point the well thought out process for the tomato sauce where the use no sugar and cook it only enough so it maintains its peak of flavor when cooked in the pizza oven. I had the meatball sliders and they were phenomenal! Super crispy outside on the house made garlic knot bun and the meatballs inside are a family process brought here with a family legacy from Long Island and Brooklyn NY. The Rubirosa pizza has three delicious sauces and is fresh and delicious. The key is how herbaceous and dynamic the pesto drizzle is. I also got the Nolita, it's the greatest meat lovers pizza you'll ever try. The dining area is so super interesting and will be a round reminder of the NYC area including cool memorabilia and interesting photos and artwork. Every little detail is done like the light switches and what's showing on the while you wait TV. The owner told me about his trivia question and fun contests to entertain guests. Look guys, this place is above and beyond. It's an epic dining experience and a super interesting location. Don't miss an opportunity to try a special pizza destination!!!

Seby's transports you to New York! The exterior is authentic and inside is even better. Filled with Italian-American memorabilia and ample seating, this restaurant makes you feel at home. Seby and his staff are so friendly and polite, which really shows how much they care about providing not just exceptional food but an experience. I order two pizzas, a Soho and a half cheese and half customized, fried provolone triangles and wings. The pizza has the best thin crust with the perfect blend of cheese and sauce, plus the toppings are fresh. I loved the plain cheese pizza which had a hint of garlic. Every item was perfection and still tasted very good the next day!

New spot that took over the old pizza ave joint. We ordered a bunch of food per usual. Cheese pie, half pepperoni half peppers and onions pie, bbq and buffalo wings for a total of close to $80 First the good: Super clean, awesome NY decor, smaller menu, garlic knots with marinara, both pies. Thin traditional slices with just enough crust to make you satisfied. As a New Yorker myself, it does pass the fold test. Just enough grease coming out the crease of the fold. Personally it was missing a lil flavor but nothing my dash of oregano and garlic salt didn't fix. The knots could have been a little softer or fluffier but the sauce was killer and definitely made up for it. The bad: The wings - For me the flavor was lacking. They told us it twice fried. Not sure why? They were dry as dry could be. Unfortunately they were terribly overcooked. The sauce was good but sadly we had to throw out half the wings. Not ideal when you just spent a lot of $$ The meh: my mom always needs a salad but oddly they don't have any on the menu. No side salad no Greek nada. Overall not a bad spot. If they don't double fry the wings they will be golden. Will try again soon.

OMG you gotta have the meatballs! Seriously, just like yo mamma's!! Seby's take pride in his work. He has secured the best ingredients and with kindness, patience and love you can taste!!!

Seriously good New York pizza, not just ny style. Crispy foldable crust. Fresh and light tomato sauce. The zucchini fries were a treat. Crispy and tasty fries in a tempura like batter with garlic and parmigiana and not overwhelming garlicky Definitely a great addition to the pizza culture here. Next time we'll try the Little Italy. My Long Island husband , Doug, was impressed he called them to tell them so. Seby delivers what he advertises. Great job!

What can be said about Seby's except some of the best local slices of pizza I've ever had in central Florida? The space was smaller than I had imagined, but there is no wait staff so the owner has only the seven tables to clean in the back for a very personal and intimate dining experience. We went on a Friday night and every table was taken, which means the food must be really good. My partner ordered a large Little Italy (their version of a Margherita) while I went ahead and tried another reviewer's recommendation with half the Brooklyn Classic and half the Nolita. The small pie was cheesy and gooey soft on the inside and super crunchy on a traditional crust on the outside. Made with love, cooked to perfection and to quote the owner: "We try our best to make pizza with flavor." The flavors were certainly there as it reminded me of the yummy pizzas with a "crunch" to them from the local mall back home in PA, and what pleasant and tasteful memories did it certainly bring back. I even tried one of those delicious slices of limoncello cake for dessert. The garlic knots were hot and fresh. And there's a wide selection of colas to choose from while you wait for your food. Perfect for small families, this little pizza place with NYC vibes and ambience all throughout its restaurant walls is closed on Monday & Tuesday, so I highly recommend calling ahead for personal orders and be mindful of their hours as their wait times can get very busy. But trust us when we say, the wait was so worth it! Can't wait to head back to try a small Mott Street (their version of a Meat Lover's) and a slice of that decadent-looking chocolate caramel cheesecake!

So happy to have found this hidden gem! I first heard of Seby's from LemonHearted on Instagram. It was near our home so I figured why not try it out? I've been on the hunt for a go-to pizza spot for a weekend cheat day and nothing in the area really stood out, until Seby's. This has quickly become my go-to spot. The flavor of the sauce and crust is perfect with the right amount of seasoning. The crust is chewy yet firm. The oils don't seep through and make it soggy which I love! Their toppings are also 10/10, try the pepperoni! They use real thinly sliced pepperonis it's *chefs kiss*. I can tell the owner has high standards for his pizza based on my experiences coming into the store which I appreciate. I will say the only downside is online ordering takes longer than I'm told when the order is placed so I recommend calling it in. It's no deal breaker though, I will keep coming back.

So much garlic that yes, it will fill your car, your fridge, and you may also smell like garlic. They were cooked great. As for the pepperoni pizza, it was just okay. Yes, their flavor was good, but I was mostly impressed with the perfect cook. Just the right amount of crispy outside, soft inside. These surprised me cos honestly, they're just fries, right? But these were very, very good. The Mediterranean salad was a pleasure to eat. Fresh ingredients, perfect ratio of ingredients to lettuce. Also, perfect amount of dressing that came on the side (I didn't ask for this, so I wonder if it's just automatic). I don't like salad swimming in dressing, and the amount they have lightly coated everything. Just how I like it. The veal parmigiana hero was also good, but I did find myself adding pepper, oregano and crushed red pepper flakes to it. The bread was hot and soft, and I also kinda wanted more meat on it. But it was still delicious. I could o it finish half, but of course I had salad and some fries, too. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. The ambiance was also excellent. They had a great playlist going that had me softly dancing in my seat the entire meal, and it was quiet enough that I could hear the conversation from my friends without anyone yelling. I will definitely be back! How can I not? There were so many other things on the menu that I wanted to try. Oh, honorable mentions since I didn't take pictures of anyone else's food: 2 of my friends got small veggie calzones and another friend got eggplant parm with spaghetti. They all liked everything, and we all took doggy bags. Not because we didn't like it, it was just big portions.

I like to take the focus off me by saying I have a procrastination demon because I can wait until the last minute to plan things . Unfortunately, I ran behind at work today and we had a 5:30 reservation for Bar Italia. I've only been there one other time and when I went, it was still fairly new to the area so it wasn't busy. Apparently the residents of Winter Park have now adopted this spot as their official happy hour headquarters because this place was PACKED. I messaged the staff ahead of time letting them know we were running late and asked if we could move our reservation, but unfortunately they told us there weren't any later reservations available. We still decided to drive there anyway since we'll take you without a reservation. Upon arrival, there were already several groups ahead of us asking about seating and everyone was being told the same thing: they were no longer taking reservations for the night and to try back again in 30 minutes. (I didn't expect to be accommodated because I know we were late so please don't take this as me complaining; I am just giving the complete run down.) Thankfully, I had a backup restaurant for us to try which was 1803 Pizza/Kitchen. I had read some reviews that were amazing and some that were kind of on the fence, but I figured we should just try it for ourselves. Surprisingly, there was only one other table dining inside when we arrived, but there were several people constantly coming in and out picking up to-go orders. It felt like a cozy family neighborhood restaurant, I really like that feeling. We ordered the house salad, fries, Margherita pizza, and chicken parmesan, which is made a little differently because the pasta is tossed in vodka sauce instead of marinara. The salad was simple but SO good; it's also enough to share. The balsamic really made the salad and everything tasted super fresh and crisp, which I appreciated. My fiancé doesn't eat onions so they accommodated us by using grape tomatoes instead of their normal tomato/onion blend which was really nice. I'm usually not a huge fan of ordering fries at restaurants because a lot of times they taste like they came straight from a freezer bag , but these honestly tasted like fresh fries and were so good! They also had some sort of seasoning on them that wasn't overly salty but added so much flavor. Our food came out quickly and both entrées were served at the same time. The pizza had the perfect amount of bite, although I do wish the center crust had been just a little firmer. Overall though, the flavor was great. The crust was airy and light, the sauce was delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. My only small pet peeve is that I don't think the pasta itself was freshly made, and that was one of the reasons I originally wanted to try the restaurant because I had read reviews saying they offered fresh pasta. But honestly, everything was still delicious regardless. We ended up getting dessert to-go, so I don't have a review for that just yet, but if it's anywhere near as good as the food was, I already know we're going to enjoy it too!

I ordered the Pesto Arugula pizza that was recommended by our server. The pizza was sooo delicious... I loved the house-made pesto and the creamy burrata cheese. My friends ordered the Pizza Bianca and Pepperoni Pizza and they enjoyed their pies as well. 1803 Pizza also has a huge selection of signature desserts! We were all so stuffed from dinner that we ended up not trying any... but definitely will be back to try some in the near future. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit at 1803 Pizza Kitchen. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this pizza spot for anyone who is around the area looking for some good eats.

For dinner I couldn't resist the house special, mustard spaghettini. It was creamy, and mustard marinated noodles the perfect balance. As you'd expect with the setting and price point, the service was professional and attentive.

Joey was our server and he was great. My guest was not as adventurous as me, so he got the meatball app which I tried and was excellent. I had the carpaccio and crudo, both excellent. I had the local lager on tap. We each had a personal pizza, I got the spicy selection and it was spicy enough. I loved the petite red peppers on the pizza. Overall it was perfect for our meeting and I would go again while in the neighborhood.
