They were super patient as I stumbled through picking out a pot and a set of ornaments (made by the staff!) and sent me off with a calendar of upcoming events and everything picked up nicely organized in a box. Felt like I hit the plant-based jackpot walk-in out of there, excited to go back.

This place has everything: super cute plant decor, a wide variety of plants from easy care and pet friendly to rare finds, and best of all? A plant "hospital" in the back where staff will diagnose plant issues, repot for you, and generally help your plant babies survive and thrive. Absolutely genius! There is a charge for these services but the prices seemed reasonable. The staff was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly which of course made the whole experience even better. If I had this shop locally (Los Angeles), I'd be there constantly. Whether you're new to plants or a seasoned plant parent, it's worth a stop.

There is also a Bank and a Pharmacy. I can compare the Grocery Store to Uwajimaya, but it is Bigger.. You go in looking for one thing and find a dozen Treasures The Fresh produce is awesome, such a variety of fruits and veggies. They have Fresh Seafood. The Bakery is Excellent and the Deli offers a variety of delicious Hot Food.

It's a one-stop shop for groceries, baked goods, bubble tea and other Asian drinks, multiple Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants, a Chinese apothecary, and home goods (from furniture and decor to a kitchen stove store), a couple hair salons, a nail salon, karaoke restaurant and last but not least a bank branch. 99 Ranch is a big draw as the largest Chinese supermarket in the nearby area, both it and Mei Wa bakery next door carry Chinese steamed buns and pastries. I'll be honest in terms of selection, prices (and flavors/techniques for Mei Wa), these are kinda average though are enough to satisfy if you have a craving. Mama Dough and Seoul Tofu are solid restaurants from eating at each 2-3 times. Mia Sugarcane produces some delicious sugarcane drinks though nowadays on the pricier side. Boba Tea Lab is pretty standard bubble tea. I've yet to try Big Bowl Spicy Cuisine and several others, including LiuYiShou Hotpot which is one of the newer restaurants, that also has 22 other locations in North America including NYC, SF, Chicago, Boston, and Vancouver and Toronto areas in Canada. All in all very convenient and generally clean and easy to get around. Very popular so during peak weekend times expect a very full parking lot; the spaces are also tight so you have to be careful when parking and opening car doors.

I visited BoxLunch while I was at the Southcenter mall. The display window caught my eye. When I stepped in I saw that though the space is a decent size, every inch of the store is used up, to hold stock. Lots to see here! Since BoxLunch is all about trends, a lot of the items here was Disney, Star Wars, and some other trendy TV shows and movies. I nearly missed The Office swag that I was seeking, but I saw that they had an area just for The Office, which these days, is hard to find. They had Schrute Farms apparel, mugs, games, office stationary, etc... It's the most Office-themed items I've seen in a physical store. I will definitely plan to be back to stock up on items from my favorite TV show! I'm glad to have discovered a BoxLunch, which is one of those places where once you start browsing around, you'll spot something perfect for a gift for a loved one or you! Staff was friendly and the selection was large. I shall be back.

The lady asked my daughter to put her mask up higher, she's 11. Ok fine.. the way she said it though was like she committed a crime. Then, I asked the. Guy if they did military discount. He said yes! When we went to pay he gave us the military then rudely said. For next time, it's active military only that gets the discount. I said, really ? We get military discount everywhere we go it's literally 10% off and my husband has been serving the army for 12 years now! He then rudely replied, "It's illegal in the state of Washington to give military dependents the discount!" Ummm... we are his immediate family we deserve the discount just as much as him. We suffer through all the deployments and such. So much for serving the country. Ungrateful idiots who work in this store!
