Run! Referred to this office, save yourself. From the moment your greeted it's like a punch in the stomach. The lack of skills is evident. Waited 3 months for an urgent appointment. Waited over 2 hours to be seen as a first time patient. Back for more disrespect. Waited over an hour to be seen for a follow up. Don't get me started with the medical professionals. They are just as inefficient and unskilled. I tried and gave them a second opportunity. One thing I did observe was that white males, new or returning waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen. Reviews are right. Nothing good at this place. Save yourself , go elsewhere. Long waits, then they try to get u to see a derm. nurse practitioner when you were sent by one to see a dermatologist. When you see the Indian dermatologist ( not Rosenberg) he seems unorganized. Sends you with orders to take to your primary care doctor. When you do , your primary care doctor says no, it has to be done by the referring doctor. So you call the rosenberg clinic again, they say they'll get back to you, and they dont. read more

The ASIAN NP was very unprofessional! She came into the room where I was waiting to be seen but her energy was very unwelcoming. She asked me some questions, I responded. Afterwards, she made a statement relating to a diagnosis. I simply asked exactly what it meant. She abruptly cut me off and said I'll go over that in a minute-Unbelievable! Afterwards she stated, " Your skin is not like normal people's skin" I looked at her in disbelief because I couldn't believe that she made that statement. I'm an African American and I felt so demeaned. I have experienced discrimination and racism and I usually just ignore it but no more. The NP said exactly what she meant and then tried to clean it up. She tried to rephrase what she said but at that point I was done. So unprofessional! I hope the head doctor addresses her conduct and informs her that it's totally unacceptable. read more

When I go to the doctor, I go because I want to be healthy. I don't know how a doctors office can rationalize the poor air quality and filthy air vents with mold and dust coming out of them. office is a little out dated but Dr Rosenberg is the best. I suffered with a rare disorder called lichen Planus and no doctor anywhere in California could tell me what was wrong or offer treatment or relief of any kind . upon my first visit a biopsy was preformed and like magic DR Rosenberg was all over it. ordered treatment plan , moved quickly to get me some relief . I am forever indebted to him and his quick actions to take care of his patients. love love love him, and you will too! I can ONLY speak for Dr Rosenberg and I stand behind him, I am sorry that others have had a bad experience . its been years since my last visit and maybe things have changed a bit as far as staff and rentovations . So running late from work to get to Dr. Rosenbergs office. Called 3 times on the way there. No answer. Tried different numbers to connect with someone. Nothing. I also was given an incorrect address when I called to make appt. ( My bad for not double checking in maps before on my way) Walked in. office waiting area is filthy. People laying on couches ( See this a lot with our MediCal Offices... it's just bad.) I was irritated but no one said anything about not being able to be seen before appt. Started filling out paperwork. Asked to speak with Dr. Front office girl said "The Dr does not speak to patients". I said I would wait. But instead decided to call my Dr. for another referral. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUN AWAY & FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. I brought my son here for a 1st time visit. Dr. Rosenberg is horrible & doesn't explain anything to you. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen all for the doctor to spend about 45 seconds telling me what he thinks my son has and to come back in 2 weeks for a procedure. He was literally out the door checking another patients chart as I was trying to ask questions about the procedure he wants to do. He explained absolutely nothing to me, i expressed concerns about my 5 year old son sitting still for a procedure on his eye and his response was "we'll have to work with him". He also had a small rash on his stomach I wanted the doctor to look at, and his response to me pointing it out was "it's probably just a scratch." Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The front desk staff isn't helpful or friendly either. It's almost as if they seemed bothered to help people. read more

There is a reason the reviews for Dr. Rosenberg are so low. DO NOT go to this dermatologist. Do yourself a favor and find a different one. My son's pediatrician sent us a referral to this doctor and I was skeptical due to all the bad reviews but I mistakenly decided to take him here anyways. You will need to bring in your paper referral that the insurance sends you in the mail (I've never been to any other referred doctor that requires this) and they do not tell you this prior to your visit. We never received one in the mail so I had to call his doctor to fax it over, which they did. I checked in with Dr. Rosenberg's staff multiple times (to the point they got annoyed with me) but they do not communicate with you at all and will tell you an hour later that they need a different form. The staff here is unprofessional, unorganized, and do not have the office together at all. Once you get past the waiting room (which was a two hour wait time for me), you will be sitting in one of the patient rooms waiting for the doctor again just like everyone else. We were not seen by Dr. Rosenberg and I'm not sure who the doctor was because she never introduced herself. She spent 3 minutes asking what the problem was and rushed on to the next room. The nurse brought a prescription and I asked what it was for because the doctor never explained anything. She said she wasn't sure either and would find the doctor to ask ger. I said I would figure it out myself and took it because I was dying to get out of there. They had the nerve to ask us to schedule a visit for next month at the front desk. I thought- this is a joke, right? I would NEVER return to this office. Overall, I spent close to three hours at this office with my son. I could even ask for them in Spanish if I wanted to. It took me all of 10 minutes to fill them out. The staff was very nice. I saw Dr. Kate who looked me over and I got an appointment in two weeks. All in all, I spent less than 40 minutes for the appointment. Problems? None! Angry or incompetent staff--once again, no. Took one look at my kid (who has seen two other doctors about his skin) and said "it's food allergies, no wait its eczema, wait its dirt". Wouldn't listen to me about anything. There was also a bottle of something (I didn't dare touch) open on the counter. The lid right next to it. I wanted an answer and all we got was "kids are dirty at this age. Wipe him with alcohol. This has to be the worst service I've ever received at a doctors office. I was waiting for a prescription for 2 weeks I would call and the excuse was the insurance hasn't approved it. I call the insurance and the insurance says they never received it! They had been sending it to the wrong fax number for WEEKS! An easy follow up call would have told them it wasn't received. Well now we're sitting on month later and still no prescription no authorization! They use a pharmacy that mails prescriptions so that doesn't help. My average hold time to reach someone in this office is over 20 minutes if I'm lucky to get through! Usually you get a voicemail and no one returns call. Beyond frustrating. read more

Just was at the office Friday. Such a happy place-decorated for Valentine's Day . I went for a suspicious growth and Malisa couldn't have been more professional.She biopsies it and gave me a full skin check which made me know that she cares about me as her patient. I'm going to come back also for a chemical peel and I'm excited to see those results. The staff is warm and friendly - and speak Spanish which I really appreciate. I do agree the calling is a joke but the doctor already warned me in advanced. He said walk ins is best. I go in spend about 1hr 30 min all the time. That is about a normal wait. My dr is my family dr and he's my uncle I still wait 1hr 30 min to 2 hrs max and all other dr I see has a long wait time. What a DUMP! This place is FILTHY, no air conditioning, a bunch of dusty fans running and smelled SO BAD. Wall to wall people. The girls at the front are so incredibly rude!!! I asked the girl up front how long the wait was and she just said, "I have no idea." I asked for an estimate...still her response, "No idea". Well how long was the last person waiting? This is the most poorly run doctor's office I have ever been to. I have had ongoing problems with this office from the visit where they tried to re biopsy something that had already been done before to being told that I didn't have insurance with CareMore any longer, by the way that was incorrect. I spoke to dr. David personally and he said that they would make another appointment and everything would be fine well today was supposed to be that appointment and I was called last night to say that they didn't get authorization. CareMore has not gotten a request for authorization since March. I have waited up to two hours in the waiting room then taken back to the exam room to wait another 30 minutes. I cannot trust my health care to a doctor that does not keep his word and apparently has no control over how his office is run. I could not in good conscience ever recommended this office to anyone. I did report this to CareMore they should know what a horrible office they're recommending. I would give zero Stars that was allowed. read more
