They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. Outstanding service! Their assigned towing company notified me that their truck would not fit and would not help me push the van outside of the structure. Skip had a truck with an adjustable boom so it would my height limitations. Donnie, the driver assisted me in getting the van out of my parking stall w/o violating any of his insurance requirements and was able to hook it up to his tow truck and get it out out the garage.
