Had it towed to the dealer, Nick was able to check me in quickly and get me all the infos I needed. Best communication, best service, best all around type of assistance I can ask for. Told me he was going to let me know within a couple of days of any new info which he did. I was able to get my car back less than a week. The problem is, dealer adds violate the new FTC CARS rule from 2024. Not only that, TX §2301.351 also requires them to list actual price without hidden fees. Terribly dishonest dealership that will play dumb until someone with money holds them accountable through the courts.

I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I have since driven the truck 25,000 miles over the course of a year and it's great. The body repairs they did are by no means factory levels and the extra parts they put on are not OEM but I saved 20,000 off of what a dealership would've charged me. They were also very transparent on what they fixed on the vehicle. I had one problem on a missing part and they sent me the missing part swiftly. Overall just research the truck, check out what happened to it and buy a reliable vehicle.

The entire time was nothing but lies, broken promises, and complete lack of professionalism. I was constantly told "it'll be ready tomorrow" or "I'll call you back," but no one ever followed through. I had to chase them for updates, and when I finally gave up on Diego's excuses and started dealing with Hassan, the story was still the same delay after delay. To make matters worse, when I finally did get the truck back, it started having problems again just 3 days later. This dealership has no respect for their customers' time, money, or trust. My wife and I found and looked at the car we come to look at and decided to try a test drive. As we walked toward the front of their lot to speak with the guy moving cars, another man came out talking on phone, we stood about 15-20 feet away as we waited for someone to acknowledge we were there. Approximately 3 minutes later we start slowly walking toward our vehicle, got in and left without anyone even saying "hello" to us. I appreciate not trying to bother me or pressure me into buying something, but a "Welcome to our lot, let me know if you need anything," would have been awesome.
