I did trust them, I paid almost $500. to repair my washing machine, Dimitri that was the guys name, he didn't let me try the machine, he said use the machine the next day, so I did and the machine wasn't working .I call them back and they only want to refund me $187. That is not right. My next step is to report them to the BBB. This company is terrible . They are scammers, they make you order parts and will charge you for labor, when the come back to your house the don't do anything, they leave with out testing the machine. and they said they will not refund you for the parts and labor. The company states on its website and on the receipt for the service call "if you proceed with the repair, the paid Service Call fee will be applied to the repair cost as a discount equial to the Service Call fee amount. TO PROCEED WITH THE REPAIR, please approve the Estimate by clicking "Approve Estimate. We don't order any parts without approval and a deposit." I never received an estimate although I called the company several times requesting one. I never received a return call from the company in response to my phone messages. Avoid at all costs. Do not trust google reviews which are obviously fraudulent. They did the same thing to us that others have reported which is to show up, collect the $99 show-up fee, and then disappear without even bothering to provide an estimate. Only looked at google reviews and didn't look here. They charged me to check out my washer. My friend was home. My friend say they didn't get any feedback from the technician. When I called them they insisted I pay 80 dollars for the visit before telling me any of their findings. After I paid they said they would give me a quote. I called several times left voicemail and each time they said there were no notes and they would have to ask the technician. I called again today and instead of figuring out what are the next steps for my washer they asked when I called. Service person was late even given two revised arrival times. He gave two "diagnoses," one being that there was "too much dust" and the other that the motor needed to be replaced and said that it would have to be ordered and another call scheduled, that his office would call with a quote and then I might have a working dryer within a week and a half. That was a Wednesday. It's now Monday and I have yet to get a quote. In the interim, another company came out (that same Wednesday.) Dust is not an issue, the motor would need to be replaced, but the belt was frayed and near breaking and the roller also in need of replacement - common problems in electric dryers and completely ignored. I will now have a working dryer on Tuesday. Freedom Breeze wasted a full day and the $99 dollars I paid for the "service call." read more

My dryer wasn't drying the clothes. $400 and two services calls later, the problem is the same. The technician said he replaced the heating element but bottom line, the clothes are not getting dry. I should have spent $500 at Costco and bought a new dryer.... lesson learned. These repairs are expensive and mostly not worth the money. read more

I Had a problem with freezer drawer, it fell off the track and the wheel assembly came apart. The Repairman came and said he fixed the freezer drawer, but he apparently did not know what he was doing. As he did not secure the bar to the wheels and the bar fell off again. I requested them to return and fix it correctly. I requested a knowledgeable service person to come and repair freezer drawer. They gave me a new appointment, and they never came, and I have not heard from them. I texted them the day of the scheduled repair to confirm what time they were coming. Never received a response and they never showed. Also to share, I was initially advised by the repairman the repair would cost would be $130, five minutes later he increased the cost to $190 plus tax. They had told me the initial walk in fee of $100 would be reduced from the cost. He refused to remove the $100 fee. There were no new parts used. Cost was only for service, which obviously he knew nothing about. I definitely will never refer their service to anyone and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Technician came to the house in personal vehicle. That tells me if I needed a part you would not have it available. He had no clue what I needed done even though I left a detailed description when I called to schedule. I just needed the vent tube connected inside the dryer - it had come off or was not put on properly when installed. I told them it was a stackable set with dryer on the top. The tech was new, and had no clue. I gave him the manual and even sent him a YouTube video showing what needed to be done. I was helping him hold stuff, the flashlight, etc. Worst experience ever. He had to call someone else. He left and they both came back a few hours later. Charged an exorbitant amount for a job I should have just done myself. I couldn't move the unit to get behind it but once he did that, I should have sent him on his way and finished it myself. My dryer is side vented and they didn't put the plate on the hole in the back that wasn't being used to vent. I called and left a message but no one has called me back. I subsequently moved the unit and put the plate on. I would not recommend this company at all. I had called another company who said "that's a two man job" so they knew already they needed help from my description of what needed to be done and because it was a stackable unit. They were $100 cheaper but we're not available for 2 weeks. I should have waited. Lesson learned. read more
