All I can say about this repair shop is that Linda and her crew were fantastic. They repaired our car pretty fast considering that I thought it would be complicated (it was the starter on a Honda Civic) and it was right before New Year's Eve. The cost was really reasonable as well. We found Linda's shop through the AAA Certified Repair Center program. I definitely would recommend this repair center. Conclusion first, this is the most honest and trustworthy auto repair shop I've ever met in this country! My minivan was broken last Friday. The AAA technician (the next door Freeway Towing, another great AAA certified service) came to check the van in no time. He said it ain't the battery problem but the starter issue. So I scheduled a repair service thru AAA website on Tuesday (did I mention it's also an AAA certified shop). The Freeway Towing's truck came to my house to tow the van to the shop on time. Luis quickly checked my van and called me when I was on the way home. He said just the battery was loose and he won't charge me. What a nice gentleman! I came back right away and again left my the other compact to him to check the light and gas pedal issue. Again he checked the car and replaced a taillight bulb. Now the car runs well. And no charge again! I was so surprised to have such a nice business in the neighborhood! Definitely will come back again in the future for car maintenance or other things. This place is amazing! My car died on the freeway and AAA towed me here. When they found out I was over 20 miles a way from home, they made sure they took care of my car and got me back on the road. It was the alternator and they ordered and replaced it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They even stayed open a little later to make sure it was ready so I could drive home. They went above and beyond and they were so incredibly nice about it. They made a difficult situation so much better and reminded me how truly kind and helpful people can be. They were friendly and the shop is very clean and organized. The best part is they are AAA recommended. That says a lot. That says that they are trusted to perform the work. Freeway auto inc. Is the place to come and fix your car. My axel broke so I came here to fix it and the mechanics get down right to it, they see the problem and actually get the work done. I absolutely love this shop! Just the last 2 weeks my Dodge Dart turned off on me and Triple A recommended me to get my car fixed here. I wasn't going to at first because I'm very picky with who does mechanic on my car but I don't regret it. I loved the customer service there! They don't throw you different answers or possibilities that "this" happened or "that" can be the cause. They're very careful what they say and make sure that that's the problem. I've gone to other mechanic shops and they throw their assumptions or don't know what is wrong and change up the story but with this shop it's different. Their completely honest and get to the bottom of it. When my Dodge Dart would turn on I told them how I felt unsafe driving it again because it's happened before where it acts okay but eventually it'll turn off. After they battery tested it and found the battery was bad I took it to the dealership to get another one but they said the battery was fine so when I told Linda, she told me to bring the battery and they would get to the bottom of it to find what exactly is the problem. They found 2 lose cables and were completely honest about it and for a cheap price! The mechanic was very nice too, they are very hardworking and don't lie to their customers or not even rip off customers like most mechanic shops tend to do. Linda is the greatest too! She was super sweet and kept me updated on everything they would do to my car. Whenever I took my car to the dealership they would never keep me updated but this shop is definitely different. If my car ever happens to have another problem I don't plan on taking it to the dealership because I know for a fact that this is a shop I can fully trust. I recommend everyone to come here, this shop is totally honest and with the best customer service! Freeway Auto is Awesome. Linda the manager is absolutely the most Wonderful and accommodating person I have ever met. The service is Superb. The machanics are Great. Luis knows his stuff and he is very nice. He doesn't overcharge you because your a woman and don't know mechanical stuff. I have two cars and they are running beautifully because of Luis and his partner whose name escapes me now, but he's awesome too. It means a lot to the customer to feel confident. It was by chance that I went there. My car broke down and I called AAA and a nice man name Charles I believe assisted me. I didn't know what to do about my car. He suggested that he tow it to their garage and let them check things out for me. I agreed and it was the very best descision I could have made.
