Called in to get insurance for my 2005 Nissan Sentra liability only was quoted 300 some dollars to get started and my total policy would be $600 total well they brokered my insurance to multi State Insurance which I asked and sign for liability for anybody with a driver's license would be allowed to drive my car lo and behold someone got into a fender bender and they try to tell me that all others are excluded off my policy especially my son who does not live with me never mention my son's name or his information or said anything about exclusion and now they are not taking responsibility for the insurance even though it wasn't his fault they are denying any involvement that my son is covered do not use this company they charge you with the astronomical fee up front and send you to some fly-by-night insurance company that won't help you or care about you they just want your money and now they're trying to get $25 out of me to cancel my policy read more

I've been with Freeway over a year now and overall they have good customer service and do their best to get you the best monthly payment and coverage possible. I recently got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra/leased and I first spoke with Nadia , she was super awesome. Attentive and caring. She gave me the best advice on the car, and insurance policy because it was a high monthly payment because of my age (22) and the lease insurance requirements. so I went back to the dealer and decided to purchase the vehicle. I went back a few days later and spoke with Sonia, she was very friendly and gave me quotes but the monthly payments were too high for me and the Manager Matt stepped in to do some magic to get the payment to where I was comfortable. Like any human being. I did the look around for the best offer. Most places were very rude almost demanding. When I called Freeway, I was greeted by a Daniel Arias. Right away the call went smoothly. Didn't make me feel like a number. Asked about my day had small talk. Wasn't "straight to business". I like that. Still wanted to look into other places. So I did. I am currently sitting at the desk of Sonia with my father. We were greeted with a warm welcoming and were offered service and assurance quickly. She was very generous and demonstrated excellent customer service. As far as the insurance coverage and any mishaps that may happen, I will inform our Yelp Community. I did notice though that most if not all, were on their phones. Their facilities are clean but messy. I wish they were neat about their work space. At first I was so happy and content with the service that was provided by Sonia Perez. She said she was able to get me insured for a lower cost despite my accidents. Payment info was processed and I cancelled my current insurance. The following day I received an email stating that the policy was voided due to the high cost for the accidents on my record. The funds were then taken from my account after the cancelation. I was told that a refund would be out back into my account within 3 days. Then I was told that it couldn't get processed until the 28th. On the 28th nothing was put back into my account. On the 29th I had to call again and I was told that they needed bank statements to show the money came out of my account. It has now been 10 days and I have yet to get my funds returned. Now I'm being told that I will be receiving a check in the mail. Wth, I didn't give them a check. While all this is going on I have no insurance since freeway has kept my down payment of $240. This place is a rip off. Stay away! read more

This place scams people for their money and in return give you the worst insurance service possible and not what you asked for. I had a situation when I was with one insurance company and then had to add my brother so they switched me to another insurance company, being anchor general. In my previous insurance I was paying 300 a month and I had 25,50, rental car, towing, and uninsured motorist. Since they decided to switch me to a new insurance I asked to have everything the same. I specifically asked for it. The guy just shook his head and I stupidly signed all the paperwork without reading my coverage. I trusted them. But that was a huge mistake. I go into a hit and run and the insurance asked me to pay 30 percent and the deductible. And come to my understanding they gave me the worst comprehensive no rental car and even gave me an insurance and I had to pay extra to get my car fixed! I pay 400 a month for me and my brother and I couldn't even get help while being in a hit and run!!!! The worst experience possible. Horrible customer service. Never get back to you or return any of your emails and phone calls ! Do not do business here ! read more
