Alyssa Pedregon is my god sent agent. My vehicle was hit Valentine's Day this year and it was totaled. I notified Blue Fire which was my insurance I got through freeway. From February til today July 17 th I was still being charged for my car that was totaled. I've been calling blue fire since noticing I was still being charged in June, jumping through all the hoops and getting nowhere. I got ahold of Alyssa last week and she got all the paperwork, documents I needed to sign and everything done while I was on the phone with her. When she tried communicating with blue fire in my opinion they started their hoops again with her. So she let me know she will get back to me. 3 days later she sent me a text letting me know SHD is still working on getting it completed with Blue Fire and has not forgot about me. I today called Blue Fire again to get another agent telling me all these things I needed to do again and I was done with listening to this. So I did a 3 way call with the BF agent and Alyssa from freeway and she was able to inform him she had done everything he was suggesting!! Never in my life have I been able to 3 way an agent to help me out plus go above and beyond what she needed or had to do to get this done. Long story shortened Alyssa was so very helpful, polite, nice and caring, she listened to my needs and addressed everyone of them. I am happy with the outcome she has accomplished for me that I know without her I would have never gotten anywhere. She needs a raise and she is a gift to whoever has the pleasure of employing her. For me service is number one and what I look for in every company I do business. The first day I came into the Foothill office I put customer service to the test. I wanted to see just how they would treat me, regardless of how I behaved, I wasn't rude or abusive but I did have fun. Hector, Maria and Aldo were great, they didn't let anything I said or did affect them either way. They were polite, funny, playful, very courteous and professional. They all had wonderful upbeat attitudes and comments to anything I said or did. At the end that was actually what made my decision. I went in to get a quote for my SR22 and three month insurance . got the best deal here ! out of eight or nine places I tried ... I saved around $200 coming here everywhere else was so expensive.
