And the reason I'm responding to you is because I have been a client of Esmeralda (The manager) that you are speaking badly about for 7 years. In my 7 years I have been a very satisfied and happy customer to the point where I feel like the employees at her office are my family. Esmeralda has always gone above and beyond not only for her clients but for her employees. And I know this cause every month that I come in and make my payments I witness it first hand. I mean who really goes on and makes ignorant assumptions about someone without knowing them, do know her personally? Probably not. Do you know that she works 10-12 hours daily to make sure she hits her daily goals probably not. Do you know that she supports her 3 kids on her own and that's why she works as much as she does probably not either. See reviews like this really irritate me cause I know how hard these girls work to hit their quotas every month and being a loyal customer of Freeway and of Esmeralda for 7 years I have witnessed everything I speak of. If I can give them 100 stars I would because they deserve that kind of recognition and more. And always going out of there way to help and assist you to their best abilities! There is a woman there by the name Esmeralda. She is always going out of her way to help . She always tries and does seem to find the best solution to the problem and is Quick to resolve it. If there is ever a problem . I have not had one issue with her nor any one of her employees under her . They always take the time to reassure that everything is understood and done correctly . Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Agent! I had an extremely frustrating experience with Freeway Insurance, specifically with agent Rene Francisco Cervantes Osorio. During a phone call, he repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn't let me get my point across. At one point, he even said, "Are you going to keep talking or let me speak?"--which is completely unprofessional. I politely asked him not to speak to me that way, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he responded by saying, "Fine, then your account is being flagged and sent to collections for non-payment and breach of contract," before abruptly hanging up on me. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a customer service representative. Instead of helping resolve my issue, he chose to be rude and retaliatory. If this is the kind of service Freeway Insurance provides, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for coverage. read more

i called in a few weeks ago and needed to get a quote badly since i was having a very bad experience with my old insurance i left my number and was told they closed at 7 i waited for a call and thought that they had closed without helping but i was surprised it was already late and Esmeralda Mejia called me back and not only did she give me a great quote but was extremely friendly and very helpful. Seriously Arlene was my agent and she explained the whole process and made all the charges very clear. I went in for a commercial insurance and was surprised how affordable the rates are. This place is horrible I went in requesting for full coverage and they only gave me liability and charged me 600 dollars down Esmeralda Mejia did us so dirty, I'm looking over my paperwork and it only says I have liability, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and I'm submitting a claim to the department of insurance for this. Worst experience I have ever had. How could someone lie to you about the coverage they are giving you. My insurance with AAA had just lapsed and I needed to get insurance ASAP. AAA was closed so I went to Freeway Insurance in the city of Rosemead. I was treated extremely well and offered water or coffee by one of their agents, ( Maria Ramirez). Maria was so professional and nice that I decided to not go with AAA but to rather bring my business for years to come with Freeway Insurance. I was helped by Sandra and she was able to set me up with a non owner insured motorist in order to supply me with an SR-22 form, even with a suspended license. I needed an SR-22 form from AAA who is my current insurance company, but got screwed over and was told NO. Luckily I found Freeway Insurance in Rosemead and now able to apply for my restricted license! Definitely going back once i cancel my insurance policy with AAA to set up a full coverage insurance policy for my car (which they were able to quote me for already). read more
