Ok I love icecream and it was just ok. I didn't like the ordering process it took way to long and the orders were getting screwed up. Just need a simple menu easy to understand. All the sticky notes on the wall made me crazy because they were falling off the walls and all over the floor. The tables were dirty no one was out front cleaning. The ice cream is good and the process of making it is cool. Ordering is confusing, it could use some stream lining to keep people moving instead of a stressful clusterf***. And I like the idea of the post it's all over the place but it was a bit disjointed looking and just added to the stressful madness...I don't know if I could work in that environment for longer than an hour or two! Went on a Sunday evening around 730, took a full hour standing in line to get the ice cream. If we had known it was going to take 60 minutes to get our two ice creams we wouldn't have ordered, we would have left and enjoyed the remainder of our weekend evening. 60 minutes. To get a few rolls of ice cream that we couldn't even eat in the store because of the sticky tables and sticky kids running about. All tables and chairs were sticky so we couldn't sit down. Parents let their kids run wild here so that made the experience more unpleasant. Definitely not a place where I will be visiting regularly, perhaps never again unfortunately. Wish the setup was more accommodating. I'm giving this 3stars because the ice cream is in fact extra tasty and good. The setup and overall stickyness of the place was not good for anyone except those with kids. read more

The ice cream is pretty basic, nothing that extravagant except the smell of spoiled milk when you enter the place. The tables are always dirty and could use a good wipe down. Should I mention how sticky the chairs are, would definitely look elsewhere for ice cream. Heck, I'd rather have a McFlurry at this point, at least most McDs locations are always clean. read more

It was ok, not worth the price. I got mine without the Oreo and with chocolate, caramel and marshmallow cream and I had about 2 drops of each sauce you could hardly even see the sauce. Other than that, it was ok. read more

This place is Amazing! End of Story! The amount of flavors and topping selections were awesome and only $6.50 across the board!! Its a fun place for kids as you can stand there and watch them make your ice cream from scratch!! Only downside is its always packed but the line seems to move quickly. read more

Very special rolling ice cream. They have a lots of flavors or u can make your own ice cream. It's has 6-7 rolls for each cup which is good price. And they use fresh fruits everyday. Sometimes u need wait long time if they busy. But worth for the wait. Will definitely back. read more

I've never had a bad experience here, but tonight was really weird. It's a holiday and only two people are working. One is taking orders and one is making orders. The line is to the door and there are a bunch of people sitting at tables waiting for their ice cream. There was a 15 minute period of time where nobody was making anything at all and the orders were just piling up. It's so unusual that the manager and/or the owner wouldn't be here to keep things moving. read more

I will give it a 3 for ice cream didn't see the whiteboard due to all the sticky notes all you could really that had the menu on it all we seen what was written down on paper my younger daughter couldn't read it would had been nice to have some pictures for the kids. The young lady wasn't helpful maybe because she was to worried about being on the phone as the whole staff was. So it wasn't until we sat down we actually seen there was a menu on the wall. oh this place is so amazing! the literally roll the ice cream up in front of you, they have lots of delicious flavors and you get to chose 3 toppings to put on your ice cream. they also have this amazing thing, where when you walk in there's sticky notes everywhere and you write something on the sticky note and stick it on the wall. the whole place is covered in them. it's truly a great place to go. read more

We did not know that you were supposed to order and pay first - we though it was the same method as Subway/Chipotle. This place is very expensive but the toppings are frugal. I went in here on a Thursday night with my friend, she got a chocolate flavored ice cream and I got a vanilla. I would definitely suggest getting chocolate because hers tasted significantly better. A little pricey but for the experience and amount of ice cream it's reasonable. Really nice workers but they all looked exhausted. I would suggest to management to play some music so it helps them get through the long lines of customers.
