Disrespectful Sales Experience & Unfulfilled Promises We purchased a new 2026 Sierra 1500 Denali here, and while we enjoy the truck, the customer service from our salesperson, Perry, was completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, Perry consistently ignored me and would only greet or speak directly to my husband. This happened every single time we arrived at the dealership. I am an equal driver of this truck, yet whenever I spoke up or asked a question, he talked down to me and completely dismissed my input. The blatant chauvinism made for a deeply uncomfortable buying experience. Despite this, we moved forward with the purchase. On delivery day, we pointed out a part on the vehicle that had noticeable discoloration and needed to be replaced. Both Perry and the Manager promised it would be taken care of right away. It has now been a full year, and the replacement part has still not been delivered or installed. Buying a premium, brand-new vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one where you are treated like you are invisible. Waiting a year for a promised fix is entirely unprofessional. During employee pricing for everyone sale, I ordered my dream truck and put all the options on it. when my truck finally arrived, they told me oh I'm sorry that deal is over. You had to take it by a certain date after I specifically ordered it online with every detail. They wouldn't give me employee pricing, but in the end he gave me 1000 bucks off and I reluctantly accepted because I had been waiting for my dream truck so long. I complained and now every time I go to the dealership, they make sure things don't get done in the same day and keep my vehicle and don't call me. Then when I call, they said they'll call me right back and then they leave and don't call me. Really really bad business practices in sales and service. I would never recommend anyone buying anything or servicing anything at the dealership. read more

Perry and Christian helped me the sale. I traded my old car and when I was transferring things from my car to the new one, I had one bag that could be thrown away. There was another bag that contained critical medication, confidential paperwork, and other valuables. This all added up to about $500 dollars of valuables. I accidentally forgot this bag in my old car. I called Perry the next day, asking if he could find the bag and hold it for me. He confirmed he located it and left it by Christian's desk. I went this morning at 10am to pick it up and they couldn't locate it. They stated to me that the cleaners most likely mistook it for trash. I personally had to go into your dumpster to try and locate the bag. I went through all the bags one by one to try and locate it. I was not able to locate it. I went back to the store manager, Raul, and asked if he contact the cleaners and see if they could get ahold of them. He told me this wasn't possible and had to wait till tomorrow. He was extremely dismissive and had negative attitude when talking to him. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I drove all the way from Sacramento because I was told this bag was secured. I outreached multiple times to follow-up and have been completely ignored. I just purchased a new car, and had the worst follow-up costumer service. There has been no resolution, no recognization that my confidential items, medication, and valuables were lost. After the most exhaustive search of the GMC trucks within 300 miles, I decided on Dublin GMC. They had the exact truck I wanted. 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab Pro with a 5.3 liter V8 and a lot of towing options at a price I could live with. Andrew was my sales guy. Young guy, nice guy, as was the sales manager. Finance man was a little grouchy, tired of his job, and wanting to go home. He could have been a bit nicer so that he would at least match the rest of the guys. I did look at 1000 trucks before I bought this one from this place. I blew the deal I made by agreeing to pay for a dealer ad on AFTER I made the deal on my truck. My fault that I didn't press them on that. Woulda shoulda coulda. The ad on was for on line tech package. Dealer ad on after the deal. Still beat the crap out of the sticker. So, the lesson here is to make the deal on your vehicle, and then ask them to put the "add $" tag in the trash when they show it to you AFTER the deal? Yeah, I wanted that bad ass truck so bad, I didn't argue as I should have. He knew it. He was good, it was late, and at the end of the transaction, I was satisfied! read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Dublin Buick GMC, and this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had -- especially considering how much money I paid. They gave me the car with an empty gas tank, which is extremely unprofessional. They promised they would deliver the vehicle -- they never did. They promised my registration would be ready right away -- they did not provide it. It's now been three weeks, and every time I call, they push it another two or three weeks. No responsibility, no honesty, no follow-through. This dealership makes promises just to close the sale, and once they have your money, they completely stop caring. The communication is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I absolutely do NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration. read more
