I was having my 2023 Blackwing serviced and wandered over to the showroom as I normally do. When Ross (who I haven't met before) introduced himself we chatted about the 2026 Blackwing on the floor. I told him if I were truly interested in a trade I would have to work with Mo Aoucher. I told him Mo sold me my first Cadillac, and I became his client for life! Ross was very cool and offered to call Mo as he was off that day. Long story short, I texted Mo joking about seeing my new car on the floor and received a reply in minutes that he was on his way! In the end I went on for an oil change and came home with a new Cadillac. Mo is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. I've been in the market for a luxury vehicle, and thanks to the guys over at Dublin Cadillac I'm now a proud owner of a new CT5-V! I started my Cadillac journey at the San Jose dealership where I admittedly didn't have the best customer experience. However, had I not gone to the SJ location and fell in love with the "Drift Metallic" swatch, I probably would not have my car right now. I did a Google search of other Cadillac dealerships in the area, and it just so happened that Dublin Cadillac not only had two CT5-Vs in Drift Metallic but one was also a Blackwing! My husband and I immediately called the place to inquire. We were informed that the Blackwing had just sold, but I still had the chance to peep the other CT5-V. Anthony was our main sales rep, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. First he helped to coordinate an appointment for a test drive. We came into Dublin Cadillac around 5pm on a Tuesday, and I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear seeing my dream car parked at the front and ready to go. In my opinion, that spoke volumes to the level of preparation that the Dublin Cadillac team went to ensure a positive customer experience. Although Anthony wasn't able to meet us at our appointment, his colleagues, Darrick and Trase, took great care of us. We did the test drive with Darrick, and Trase closed out our appointment to answer any additional questions. Clearly the guys knew every bell and whistle about the car. I could've easily signed off on the car at my appointment, but I decided to sleep on it before making a decision. I couldn't get the car out of my mind, so I checked in with Anthony the next day and told him I wanted to move forward with it. The problem was that I was out of town for work and couldn't come into the dealership to handle the paperwork. Anthony connected me to Adam from the Financing team, who did a virtual call with me to fill out paperwork, chat about warranty, payments, etc. Kind of wild to think that I transacted on such a major purchase online, but Adam was awesome and made the process really easy and seamless. Anthony was in the office to meet me and my husband for the final walkthrough. Together we inspected every nook and cranny of the car, and Anthony thoroughly reviewed with me key features and functions before I drove it off the lot. What's great is that Anthony didn't throw his hands up and say, "Bye!" after closing the deal. He reached out the following day to make sure I was still satisfied with my car. I can't recommend Dublin Cadillac enough! The team is highly professional and knowledgeable, and I particularly appreciate how the sales reps didn't push the sale on me. I had a great experience buying a new car from Alejandro at Dublin Cadillac. I don't live near the dealership so everything was done remotely. 5 min after contacting Alejandro he sent me several pictures/videos of the car to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. By the end of the day he got me the price I wanted for both the new car and my trade in. He even provided competitive quotes for shipping the car to my house, however I opted to pick up the car in person to save some money. When I arrived at the dealership (right when they opened) my car was washed, fully charged and I was out of there within 30 minutes. It was the best new car buying experience I've had to date. Came here last week for the 2019 Honda Fit. I was ready to test drive the car and buy it because I was tired of looking and needed a 'new' car for an upcoming trip. I emailed the website and Kaleb reached out right away. Kaleb was super friendly and helpful, and when we came to drive the car it went great and I decided to buy it. This is kind of where things went downhill. The car wasn't ready yet, and wouldn't be ready for three or four days. Not Kaleb's fault at all, turns out the car got listed when they got it four days ago but hadn't actually been processed through their mechanics yet (it hadn't been cleaned either so I think it had just been sitting). As we were talking and figuring out our options another guy comes out and says he owns or manages the place, and he was...not helpful. I'm not sure why he came out if he was just planning on telling us that he didn't care if we bought the car or not because Honda Fits sell so fast (which is true, they are good little cars). My dad was getting agitated so I suggested we go take a look at the Honda Fit at the Honda dealership down the road and this guy started mocking me and acted like I was lying about the price of the other car (spoiler: I wasn't. And I bought it and saved myself $2k. A year older but same mileage. Not that the Honda dealership was great either, goodness gracious dealerships make buying a car a miserable experience.). Anyway, if you need a sales guy here 5 stars for Kaleb, super awesome and helpful. He really tried to see if they could get the car done faster so I could buy it that day. No stars for whoever that owner/manager guy was. If anyone else is still looking the Honda Fit is still on their website and has gone down in price. read more

This is the worst dealer transaction I have ever had. Literally the worst! I sold my Escalade V once I seen the preview of the Escalade IQ. However it was pushed back as expected so I figured I would grab something that would get me started on my EV journey while I waited. I am a Cadillac person so I started researching the Lyriq upon doing so I decided on the Sport 3 AWD, I found many but not in white and not with the Sunroof I had to have the sunroof. So I contacted dealerships to see who had what in transit. No one had what I was looking for, I ended up getting a call from a young man who worked for Dublin Cadillac he was actually very helpful, Mati Rasoully was his name. He said he had what I was looking for and it was in transit, he also said he had the same setup I was looking for but it was in a Rear wheel drive. I had to have AWD drive but I told him I would like to see it in person, we set up a appointment and I headed down which was about a 1:30min drive for me he was unfortunately not able to make it. I was however not greeted by anyone at the dealership so I gave Mati a call, he ended up having his sells manager help me. Who was also very helpful. I sat down with him and let him know I bank with navy federal and The deal will be the same as Cash I'm not interested in running my credit to compare rates etc. he was fine with that we worked #'s and I said I would be in touch. He tried to get me to but the RWD but I said I would wait for the AWD to come in. Fast Forward, zero communication from the dealership but I am tracking the car myself to see if it has arrived, it has not. Once I notice the car no longer says it's in transit. I call and the car is there. They then instruct me they have to run my credit and I'm like no you don't! I've purchased every car the same way thru navy federal & This is actually the cheapest car I've ever purchased. I felt they were being very discriminatory and for what other reason I showed up to buy a 80k car in a 2010 Prius lol. I drove the same car to buy my 170k Escalade. They then tell me I need to pay for the car and once the check clears I can pick up the car. I called my Bank and they said that's absurd! So I told them absolutely not, I'm then told the pdi would take a day it ended up taking 5 just for the car to leave with issues such as the steering wheel & not being updated or me arriving & it not even being charged & me having to wait an additional hour! This dealership was very deceptive with me & when I confronted them about it I was told they have been scammed and dealt with fraud. I suppose I fit the description of the previous assailants. *update went to pick the car up and somehow the bumper was scratched, but they are replacing that for free. Also come to find out the Sales manager lied about keeping the car to do the updates they were never done which is why I ended up getting the error messages. Confronted him about it and he admitted he was not truthful!! Buyers beware of this dealership, they are not honest and definitely do discriminate, they will try to say they employ African Americans in high positions there but that's just a Ploy! Once again Dublin Cadillac is Complete trash and doesn't deserve your business look elsewhere! Coming from a Avid car collector and Cadillac Faithful. read more
