    Dublin Cadillac has let me down. Funding request has been sent more than once. After some phone calls and emails They got the funding request sent to my bank for payment. I took ownership of my car today. Moe helped me set up my OnStar account and got me on my way. Thank you all.

    We purchased our 1st Cadillac for here a while back. Just recently took it in for service due to a check engine light issue. Diagnostic and work was done on the same day ( within 2 hours). Was covered under the warranty.

    Today I purchased my second Escalade. First from Dublin Cadillac. My salesperson Trase made it a night & day experience from my first transaction. From the first call with him, he took time to explain the purchase process and answer any questions I had. He made sure to stay in communication with me through the finance process and when completed, he even personally delivered the vehicle to my driveway 50 miles away! I couldn't be happier with my experience and the service that Trase provided. I purchased the SUV on Halloween and when he delivered it he brought candy and Capri Sun's for my 4 year old son.

    Used this dealership several times over my 10year ownership of my cherished 2015 Jeep Cherokee…read more In March I had issues all the alerts lit up on the dashboard including the check engine light. The repair cost $5,600k which we paid however 8 weeks later the check engine comes back on. Took it back and was told it was the 02 sensors nothing to do with the previous incident. Paid diagnostic fees again and was told it was another $6k repair but they could do for $4k. I was reassured that both issues were completely unrelated and whilst that may have been the case there was zero accountability nor customer service. We had just paid $5k how could something go wrong right after and be expected to pay $11k with 8weeks ? The least they could have done was wavier our diagnostic fees seeing we had just been there 8 weeks ago ??? For so many of us in the Bay Area are cars are crucial to our work commutes and lifestyle there was no care or intention about when the car would be repaired. No loaners no compassion just charge after charge. We used to drop the car on Thursdays and told no diesel mechanic till Monday which meant we were left without a car for a week on both occasions. As a result I had to finally release my beloved Jeep just couldn't keep putting money into it. To the dealership it is just another car however to me it was so dear and had so many memories of joy and adventure. I would never have got rid of it.

I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!

When they didn't have availability to complete the repair until the following week, they made it incredibly convenient by letting me bring the car back and providing a loaner. Not having to arrange a drop-off or pickup was a huge plus. All communication was handled through text, which made everything even easier. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience -- I'd definitely recommend them and will be coming back!

I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.
