He gave me a straightforward quote, no BS or upsell (unlike other local dealerships). He kept me updated on each step, and provided the lease contract to review ahead of delivery. Messi drove the car to my house for delivery (no cost). He was courteous and chill. The paperwork was the GM Financial lease agreement plus disclosures, no sneaky fine prints. While inspecting the car and signing the forms, whenever I had a question, either Imran or the finance manager answered it over the phone. There were a couple of forms that I declined to sign because they were not relevant to my transaction, which they reasonably agreed to. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Justin Dorfman , who had just worked with my son on a great deal for a Optiq EV 2026. I went to the Cadillac dealership here in Roseville (the Sacramento area) and did not have a great experience. Even after offering to write one check to pay off a three year lease, that dealership could not provide me with the cost of the vehicle I wanted - this was over a three day period. The manager treated me as insignificant. I left the Roseville Mall feeling so discouraged and thinking about how much I hate dealing with car salesmen. Then, I talked to my son while I was on my way to a different dealership and he referred me to a man who was not only wonderful to deal with, but provided solid information and immediate feedback on availability, cost and specials. He also treated me with respect. I called Justin Dorfman and my experience was similar to my son's. Justin was happy to help me, responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had, and provided me with the cost for the deal. He was great to work with. The easiest car leasing or buying process I have experienced, and this is my fourth lease agreement (3 were Mercedes and I had five Mercedes in a row). Justin was the most personable, professional, competent, helpful and thoughtful car sales person I have ever dealt with - he had me agree to get an American car! I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the Auto Butler service at Fremont Cadillac. I scheduled this appointment well in advance through my service advisor, Stephen, and had to coordinate both my work and family schedules around it. This dealership is about an hour drive for me and the only Cadillac location in the South Bay offering this service, so I made a significant effort to plan accordingly. When I arrived for my scheduled drop-off at 9AM, I was informed that my appointment had been entered incorrectly for a day when Auto Butler services are not even available. This immediately raised concerns about how the appointment was handled. After this error, Stephen readjusted the appointment and I was told the service would take most of the day. I left the dealership via their courtesy shuttle. At noon, I received a call that the car was already ready. The explanation provided by Stephen did not make sense, as he mentioned extra folks had worked on the vehicle to get it done sooner. When I picked up the vehicle, the exterior appeared to have been quickly washed by onsite technicians, but the interior was completely untouched. This car was in fact never even serviced by Auto Butler. This fell far short of what was represented as a comprehensive detailing service. What is especially disappointing is that Auto Butler is an offsite service that was upsold to us by Finance for 3 years at an extra charge at the time of purchase. The way it's supposed to work is that they pick it up from the dealership to detail it offsite in Hayward, then bring it back, hence, why it usually takes a full day. Additionally, the lack of transparency and accountability was concerning from everyone in the Service department. There was no service management onsite at 4PM for me to escalate this further. Between the scheduling error, the unrealistic timeline, and the explanation I was given, I do not feel I received accurate or honest communication at any point. One would expect a much higher standard from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Cadillac. Experiences like this ultimately undermine the brand's reputation rather than reinforce it. This experience felt like I was scammed by my service advisor and overall, there hasn't been an ounce of accountability just yet from the dealership to rectify this. I will wait for a few more days and post an update. Fremont Cadillac Service department, you need to do better! Overall, I would strongly caution others considering the Auto Butler service as it is a pain to schedule and caution working with service advisors like mine who undermine the brand's value. read more

Horrible service . Paid 300 to install a YAW sensor that i could've put in myself. They installed it but it didn't fix anything and didn't diagnose the problem. Gave car back and I called to complain about calibration. Said they did but im like ok well what's the prob then, all the codes said it was that. Wanted to charge another 225 for diagnostic, but shouldn't they have checked what it is ? Knew i shouldn't have went to dealership, but service advisor made me feel like they got it. Left there mad and spent 300$ on nothing . Will never go here again and I would recommend that you don't either !!!!!. read more

I typically don't like leaving negative reviews but I felt it necessary. I was in the market to sell my EV and was interested in the 2025 CT5. I gave them numbers of what I wanted to pay and how much I was willing to put down. Of course I was willing to negotiate. After coming back with outrageous numbers and huge down payment, I said no. They went back and decided that the CT5 was out of the price range and they were not going to negotiate. The finance manager comes back with numbers for a CT4 which is not the car I wanted and the payments were over what I was paying for my EV. Mind you he told me that it had all the same options on the car as the CT5 I wanted, I don't know if he thought I was stupid and didn't know cars, but the price was a $20k difference. I asked for the window sticker and it was the base model, nothing on it. I looked at the CT4 and for a moment thought sure I'll get into this car. But realized I should have a second opinion. And ultimately I knew the CT5 was the car i wanted. Instead of giving Fremont my business I reached out to Cadillac of South San Francisco and they worked with me, they gave me the exact car I wanted with all the options I wanted and worked with me to have my payments stay the same as what I paid for my EV. This review is being written because after 2 purchases from Fremont Mercedes and GMC, I thought the customer service would have been better. The fact I was talked out of the car I wanted and given an awful deal, the whole experience made me like I was being shrugged off and that my business was not welcome! I will not ever be returning to Fremont to purchase a vehicle and I suggest if you're in the market for a new car search elsewhere! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Fremont Cadillac for many years. I have faithfully gotten my vehicles serviced and was very pleased with the attention and care that was provided each time. I never felt like I didn't matter, until I went in to purchase the Lyric. At first, when we arrived, there was no one in or near the Cadillac part of the dealership. We walked outside and called for attention when someone came from the GM side. We were given assistance and took a test drive. The kid was new but did pretty good. Their attention to us and concern for our satisfaction was top tier until we got to finance and started signing papers. We were told that the vehicle had 3 year/ 36k mile mfr warranty when it was really 4yr/ 50k. That played a part in our purchase of the extended warranty, which was thousands of dollars more. We were offered 2 years of free charging or installation of a charging station at home. However, they didn't make it clear that the charging station itself was not a part of that offer and they only pay up to $1500 of the installation to a company of their choice. So that would have played a part in our decision to get the home device if we had known. When we went back the next day to ask about the warranty, I didn't feel as welcome as the day before when they wanted to sell me a car. The finance guy seemed like he just didn't give a damn. They told us to go and ask a service person if they recommend the extended warranty and when we did, the service person said we didn't need one because it was a new car!! They kept pushing it's a "limited mfr warranty" so the mfr could say no to any service we may need. The only reason they gave was that rats could chew the wires. The finance guy said he would give us the paperwork to cancel but never did. When we returned from the service department, everyone was busy all of a sudden and acted like they didn't even see us come back. I brought my car back for a detail later that week and asked if they could charge it. They said they would but it wasn't even charged up to 50% when I got it back. And finally, when I spoke to another sales person about the extended warranty, he acted like he cared and told me that he would have another sales person call my husband and I to give us more information and satisfy our concerns. That was Friday that I gave him our number. No call came through. So, my final words are, if you expect caring service after you sign and pay, DON'T! Although I live in Fremont, I will be going to St. Claire Cadillac or Dublin for any future assistance. I never even received an email for a review. I forgot to add, they were pushing for us to buy the vehicle, THAT DAY, so tough because the rebate was going to change the next day. That was a lie. Admir, I have reached out to you twice since you responded to my review and you have yet to get back to me. Thank you for proving, to me, that Fremont Cadillac has no concern for customers after a substantial purchase has been made. read more

I bought my first Cadillac yesterday and chose the lyric. I have to say that my salesman was wonderful! He even brought the car to my house so I could test drive it. While working with Mir, he was calm, kind, clear, zero pressure whatsoever, and just wanted to make sure that I chose a car for myself that I was comfortable with. (this is my first electric vehicle so I had a lot of questions about how to use it and all the buttons and he helped me with absolutely everything!) Mir gets FIVE STARS from me. I did decide to buy the car which meant I drove down to Fremont Cadillac. This dealership and car qualifies for a $1000 discount from Costco. Because I got a membership to Costco after January 2, we had to call Costco and they assured us that I would get the $1000 discount because it is a Costco car dealership and the car I chose qualifies. This was on speakerphone in front of my salesman, Mir. He took that information to his general manager and the general manager made him tell me that I could take the $1000 Costco discount and if Costco did not reimburse the dealership, I would then have to come back and owe them another $1000. That was such an insulting thing to say to somebody who is about to drop a great amount of money on a high-end car. My salesman provided absolutely no pressure. I told him to go back and tell his general manager that I was not OK with that. The general manager came into Mir's office, stood over me, spoke to me and not quite yelling, but a very aggressive tone, and waved his hands around aggressively while claiming that he is a very respectful person. He showed extremely low emotional intelligence, and I don't know why he's in management! I told him that if he wanted to let a deal go down over a $1000 Costco reimbursement that's his choice to make but I wasn't going to agree to come back and pay him $1000 because Costco reimburse the dealership. We ended up calling Costco a second time and got the same exact information which is that I still get the $1000 discount because it's a Costco car dealership and I chose a qualifying car. Everything about buying this Cadillac was absolutely smooth sailing except the general manager. This review should have five stars for my salesman and zero stars for the general manager. read more

Hi, Worst experience ever and total waste of time. I was first excited to see they carried a Cadillac Blackwing in their inventory. I reached out and received a call back from Walle. I took the day off to drive out to Freemont from Fairfield. I called while in route to discover that Walle was having an emergency and would not be in however the sales person Mir said he'd help with my needs when I arrive. When I showed up, the vehicle would not start. $100,000 vehicle not able start, unbelievable! Well after trouble shooting for maybe 15-20 minutes he decided to try to jump the vehicle. My intuition told me leave. It finally started but something still seemed off. I explained that I was looking to pay half cash and finance the rest. (Through my credit union) The sales person kept going in out and was pushing for me to use their credit people with a higher interest rate. I decided I'd had enough and left. I called the next day to speak to the manager, Adir I believe and explained my situation. He gave an unauthentic apology. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company and I'm deterred from owning a Cadillac. We already spoke Adir so no false apology needed! read more
