I was excited to get my nails done at French Nails. The place I usually go to is always externally busy and it's a small space so it's always filled which isn't relaxing. I was hoping to find an alternative that I liked as much or more and I think I found one. The staff was really nice and the salon is spacious so even when there is someone at each station I feel like I would have room to walk around and not have to worry about my purse being knocked down by someone passing buy. Johnny did my nails and I loved how they turned out. He was very meticulous which I loved since I can be a bit picky when it comes to my nails. I am extremely pleased.

Let's start off by saying this.. I'm picky as ever! I'm also very indecisive but I met my match with Ben! I told him what I wanted.. showed him pictures and he made my dreams into reality!!! I'm so in love with my nails!! I can't wait to go back! My nails were 130, And the vibesss are beautiful you even get complementary drinks! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Update 2: 5 stars ***Phenomenal customer service*** from the owner Michael and my nail tech Ben. (My new and improved nails are the blue and coral nail set by Ben) Michael saw me update my previous review and reached out quickly and wanted to make my experience better. I went back to get my nails fixed at no cost and Ben is AMAZING. Very friendly, personable, funny, and we had good conversations. He was empathetic and made sure my nails were perfect and he pays attention to detail and goes back to touch areas up as needed. Never had a nail tech do this before. The shape of my nails were perfect also! I will go back and only see Ben now, I trust him and the owner Michael Michael is also very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The fact he reached out and offered my to get them redone and make things right says a lot about his good character. Update : 3 stars (Nail chipping, lifting, sharp edges, nails popping off) I wanted to like this salon, and I still think the customer service is amazing, but my friend and I ended up having issues with our nails shortly after our visit. My friend had two nails pop off within a week, and during my nail's growth, you can see some of the imperfections done. I've never had nails grow out to look like they're lifting from the back , or are uneven towards the nail bed. Some of my nails are chipping away also, which has also never happened before. My friend had to get her nails redone at another salon after a week. I may consider this place again, I wouldn't say not to come here, but I just wanted to update my review. The receptionist did say to us on our way out when we came that if we had issues to come back, so I do appreciate that offer. I also wish they offered us drinks, but you'll have to ask for a drink if you'd like one. ------- 5 stars This was my first time at this location and I had an amazing experience - one of the best nail experiences ever. The staff are all friendly and great at what they do, from start to finish. The gentleman (Michael) who answered the phone was kind and thorough. My nail artist was Tracy and she was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. She also would make sure I liked what I chose before proceeding , which I appreciated. She also was transparent with pricing and did an amazing manicure massage. I got the citrus manicure Pricing is reasonable and they have so many color choices. The salon is also clean.

First time at this salon, got a builder gel fill and will did a great job. My new salon to go to!

Wow! Wonderful service. I was a walk in and they seated me right away. LA did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her one picture and it came out even more perfect than the picture. Michael has hands of an angel! Spend the extra on the massage it's worth it!! He also did an amazing job on my pedicure. This service was go good, I actually feel like I have to drive from Austin to get my nails done from now on

A friend and I went today and everything was fine till I noticed the people there don't care about how your fingers or your toes look,they care more about getting money out of it! The person who did my manicure kept trying to convince me to leave the chair with my toes looking like they were done by a 13yr, charged me $93 for everything including a massage but the set was all blue with 1design and we had to add a fake nails big toe and pinky, one fell less than a hr later, I returned back to report the problem and tried to get a refund of at least $10 and they refused to because it was just the pinky smh. The audacity they have to make that decision after I called them out on how they didn't care about what you walked out with as long as you paid, to me that isn't good service. I even told the girl "would you pay $93 for this" and she wouldn't EVEN LOOK at my toes so I had to literally tell her "look at my toes", for her to see what I was talking about and yet at the end she still didn't respond she just stood there looking anywhere but down lmaooo read more

I walked in at 5pm on a weeknight and was sat instantly, they started taking off my old dip powder right away - didn't leave me to sit with my hands in a bowl to soak them off forever like a lot of places do. I had Austin and he was very polite and attentive and took his time to do my nails right. I got a dip powder with a cuticle trim and I'm very pleased with my nails. Oh and also they offer a variety of fresh complimentary drinks, including 2 flavors of frozen margs and will recommend something if you're not sure what you want :) read more

3rd visit to this salon. I had an 11AM appointment. My pedicure tech was not available. It was an 1hour and half nightmare except for my nails, which Johnny does wonderful job at. Emily and Tao, the receptionists both showed up late and then told me "no one wanted to touch me" because I was upset. Seriously, then Wendy did a butcher job on my toes. Then they told me they didn't want me to return. Seriously! I wouldn't even give one star. Do not visit this place and if you have the nerve to do, watch your purses like a hawk. read more

Went with my mom to get our manicure and pedicure. This is my second time getting a service done, but everybody were welcoming. The person in the front greeted us, gave us recommendations, and guided us through. The technicians were nice and super friendly! Really liked their service and will be visiting here to try new stuff out Cassidy and Timmy were great! Will definitely come here more regularly. read more

Snuck out of work a little early for an errand which took no time at all. I recently moved to the area and remembered a nail place around the corner. My nails were atrocious and I had precious weekday time. So I went to French Nails and found out they've only been open two weeks. Honestly, you'd think they've been in business for years. I was greeted with a big smile, offered a beverage, and within no time at all my feet were submerged in a warm glow. Mike did an amazing job on my gel manicure and another fellow, whose name I didn't catch, gave me a relaxing pedicure. They're having a 20% off special for August, 2022, but you better believe I'll be back for their full price service. read more

Amazing amazing experience! Accommodating for the appointment, I called & changed it last minute. Offering discounts for their opening. The nail techs were so attentive and detailed, finally found a place worth splurging on my nails. I rarely do them as I usually leave most places unsatisfied. Wanted to spend our Saturday right by getting a haircut in the am and right after headed here for a manicure and pedicure with my wife. The atmosphere was relaxing, we were greeted immediately and offered a beverage. The two women did an awesome job and the prices are definitely worth it. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. The facial began well, with lavender scents and some shoulder massaging. After the first couple serums, however, the process took a turn for the worse. After each treatment, the facialist would excuse himself to go to a back room. After a while I would open my eyes and wonder where this person went. Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back.

When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!

This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
