Left again, rescheduled to Monday (!). And, lo and behold, no-show again on Monday. After 45 mins, I called their office and they simply said something got in the way and they can't help it. I wasn't going to ask him to remove his shoes, as there was a water leak and the floor was just recently mopped. He replaced the fill valve effortlessly.
