    Cesar Salad

Great place for quick breakfast or lunch or take out. Plenty of healthy menu options. I really enjoy their chicken rice soup or a cesar salad. All salads are made fresh to order, no prepared lettuce in a container.

As advertised definitely very fresh ingredients and the food is very light feeling. I like how they have a variety of different food options to choose from, typically I go for their turkey chili bowl. The turkey chili bowl is good with it's combination of hot turkey chili over some sort of grains and kale too. I need to look into the ingredient break down but I didn't find fresh&co overly salty like other food joints. Not to mention it comes with a small side piece of bread. The staff works very quickly and are friendly. Everything in NYC is pricy so price wise I guess it was ok. Definitely will come back for my lunch fix!

    Shrimp Taco Salad. Yummmmm

Big fan of this joint. If I lived in NYC I'd probably be getting salads and sandwiches made to order here weekly. We grabbed some food for our trip home to take to the airport and I had a fresh shrimp taco salad made loaded with veggies, all chopped and tossed in a light coconut cilantro dressing. I love that they put all the fresh ingredients on top you like, plus extras if you ask, and then toss them all in a huge bowl with your dressing of choice so they're all evenly distributed throughout and covered in dressing. Noms! The shrimp were delicious, everything was super fresh and I loved it. Hubs got a Turkey and cheese sandwich on a multi seed/grain croissant and it was warm and delicious as well. Nice grab and go section and friendly staff. Big win!

Who in their right mind would go to a salad place in the middle of a cold, windy rainy storm? Wife was getting tired of Asian and Italian meals, missed her vegetables. This place was 200 yards from our timeshare, on the corner of 6th and west 56th street, underneath construction scaffolding. I ordered the $10.50 Tex Mex bowl, but wanted some meat. Wife took the bowl instead, while I got the $13.25 Turkey Chili bowl. We also got a $6.50 large cup of chicken jambalaya soup, which had several chunks of chicken, decent enough taste, but by no means spicy enough. The tex mex bowl came with avocado, jack & cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, kidney beans, local kale and chipotle lime vinaigrette. I hate kale, so substituted wild rice, before the wife came to the rescue. The turkey chili bowl came with turkey chili, kidney beans, jack & cheddar, pico de gallo, avocado, kale, Greek yogurt, and house made hot sauce. I hate kale so substituted romaine, added quinoa, got rid of the Greek yogurt, substituting corn, and passed on the hot sauce. Once I sat down at the counter I gave all my romaine lettuce to the wife, and she gave me all her wild rice. The combination worked well without any dressing. The turkey chili came with several hunks of minced turkey, and had a hot chili taste. Good thing I didn't have them mix in the dressing. Charged me $12.50 for a $13.25 meal. With all these changes to the menu, have to watch the associate carefully, as at first he forgot the avocado!

Kind of stumbled upon this place after my wife didn't want to eat at Chipotle, which is across the street. This place was fantastic! It's bright and inviting. The gal who helped us was friendly, and let us know we could sample the soups. We ended up getting a delicious Santa Fe salad and split pea soup, which really hit the spot on a cold and rainy New York day. When you're traveling sometimes you sacrifice healthy food for convenience. Why not get both with kale, falafel, arugula and other tasty offerings? Restaurant was clean. Would recommend.

I got the large chicken lemon noodle soup for ($7.08) which included tax. Honestly, after I ate, I still was so hungry. I feel like this chain is more for people who may want a light or partial meal. Again, I didn't get a picture of my soup because it was not the largest size. Also, each soup comes with a slice of bread which was so tiny. I would only come back if I want a light quick meal. Not the best place to feel full. Also, soup selection is confusing. Half the soups are premium which cost $1 and the others are standard pricing. It is not noted which soups are "premium" and I had to ask.

I've now been to Fresh&Co 2x. the place is extremely clean the food is all fresh everyone is friendly that works there. The Customer service is excellent and Susan who works behind the counter and is the manager there is on top of everything to ensure good quality, good service and a great experience! I will continue to come to this fresh and Company and be a loyal patron. Today I had the vegan quinoa soup which was really good they gave me extra bread and some butter that I had asked for. My first visit on a bagel that was toasted I got an egg with cheese and some spinach it was wonderful. There Prices are incredibly reasonable. I Hope all of their chain establishments are as good as the one on 56th and sixth Avenue in New York City

(ENG) This is a review is base how I (myself) using the TooGoodToGo App to order this meal. I'm a person that lives and loves to eat healthy after having some healthy issue with New York Food. First time visit this place and the order, TooGoodToGo is a good option if you are traveling on a budget and you just sick of spending so much money. It's also good for NYC because food is experience and over price, Once at the location, i show my code on my phone so I the clerk behind the counter. There was a bag pre-made and what it had to as a tuna sandwiches and a vegan Beet and carrot on wheat bread. But one half of that sandwich was in the bag. And chicken soup which I didn't eat because I don't eat meat. And that was it. The value said $15.00 Take it with a grain of salt I think it's just about right but that other half of the beet sandwich would have been amazing.

There are a few locations, but I decided to visit this one because it was the most convenient for getting to and from home. I got there around 7:00 PM, which felt a little close to closing time since Google said they close at 9:00 PM, but it wasn't busy at all. In fact, I was only the third customer to place an order. I ordered the La Summer sandwich and added pesto. After sitting down and taking my first bite, I immediately understood the hype. Without a doubt, this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I'm not even a huge sandwich person when it comes to subs and deli meats, but everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ingredients paired together perfectly, and you could still taste each one individually. The only thing I'd change next time is the meat. I had no idea prosciutto was a type of ham, but honestly, it didn't even taste like ham to me. It was sliced paper-thin, slightly salty, and worked surprisingly well with everything else. Next time, though, I'll probably add salami just to see how it compares. Overall, this sandwich was a solid 10/10, and I will absolutely be back--whether it's to try a different sandwich or, if we're being honest, order the exact same one again with salami added. I will say it's on the expensive side, but that's New York City for you. Apparently, all of the ingredients are flown in from Italy. After tax and tip, I paid a whopping $28 for a single sandwich. That said, it was incredibly filling and definitely kept me satisfied. The workers were also really nice and accommodating, and the indoor seating was beautiful. The atmosphere felt like a fancy Italian café, complete with couches and artwork throughout the space. I wish I had taken pictures, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying what might be the best sandwich I've had in years.

Google their name and "best" and get hundreds of hits, but the majors who crowned them "best sandwich" title include Saveur Magazine, the big one touted by the family; Eater NY, ranking La Paradiso the most elite Italian sandwich outside of Italy; Las Vegas Weekly, who crowned them "Home of the world's best sandwiches"; TripAdvisor, for whom the Italian original is the most reviewed eatery with a near perfect rating; and The Infatuation NYC guides who promise the execution of the crispy, airy schiacciata bread completely justifies the hype. All 17 options looked amazing, so I spoke to a regular in line, telling her I couldn't decide between "La Paradiso", the most praised (even though she informed me "mortadella is just bolonie" or the Hot Italian, which was more my style. So, I did what any gluttonous American would do and I got both. And a Diet Coke, of course. La Paradiso has thinly sliced bolonie for a savory base, with creamy shredded stacciatella cheese, with sweet but earthy pistachio cream, and a sprinkle of toasted pistachio for texture (that I didn't detect). It was good, but I will likely fuggedaboutit. The Hot Italian had thin, lean turkey, spicy and smoky spreadable Calabrian pork sausage, a balancing provolone, calabrian chili honey, and peppery arugula (that they claim adds crunch that I didn't detect). Were they life-changing? No. But I rank Paradiso a 8.8 and Hot Italian a 10. And because everyone is hard-working and everything is so freshly prepared and cut, it's a class act. They should seriously make a sign that says, "Can't decide? Get two!" and then give me free sandwiches on my yearly trips for the idea.
