I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 3. I consider the food "Average" or a "3" or maybe 3.5 but I'll upgrade to a 4 compared to other offerings in Sedona, where you can easily spend $60+ for two on breakfast. I liked the fresh approach when compared to other dishes available around town like burgers, pizza and "urban eatery" type food trying too hard to give you "hand crafted house made" bacon or whatever. Still, the Pad Thai, while generous, didn't have a particular signature taste. Another diner with us said the same thing. The pad Thai was a lot of noodles but not a lot of "flavor." For the lemon grass chicken, another in our party said "OK but wouldn't order again." All the food was hot and fresh. It just wasn't "great" just a B instead of an A. Or a C if Average is a C compared to other Thai places. But overall, if you want a good place to EAT that is less impactful on your wallet, easy to get a table, is clean and the staff is friendly, Fresh & Natural fits the bill. It was decent. As a fresh and natural Thai food experience, don't expect it to taste the same as a more traditional Thai style of cooking. That said, we enjoyed our meals. My wife had #22, Pad See-ew I had #9, Spicy Shrimp Salad I really enjoyed mine. It was quite light and had a lot of shrimp. My wife gave hers a 4 of 5. It didn't have the flavor of the same dish at a traditional Thai restaurant. But that was to be expected as this place is different. I was a bit dismayed that they didn't offer any fresh Spring Rolls. They had fried ones. As a healthier option, I feel they should consider fresh Spring Rolls for their menu. Delish tho I've usually found it comes more spicy but the "spiciest" part of this dish were the red and green onions. Now a bit interested in trying more of their dishes. Also, they ask if you want half-n-half or coconut milk in the Thai iced tea - so I had to try it. It was ok, some of the fat congealed into globules. I really liked the lightly sweet tea. The food was tasty, fresh and had some crispy cabbage. It comes with a side of a sauce that you pick out of 3 varieties. I chose the coconut one. The service is friendly, the food comes out quickly - someone brings it to the table. Had a terrible experience. Lack of customer service and overpriced menu for the quality. My noodle dish was undercooked and bland. I love Thai food and this was not Thai food. Worst part is the person who took our order. Cashier messed up and overcomplicated our orders. The Pad see ew was basically plain boiled chicken with plain noodles. No sauce. No salt. Absolutely no flavor. I literally didn't know that it was possible to have Thai food with no flavor. Thai food is normally so flavorful and so yummy. The lemongrass garlic chicken was very flavorful however, but it was SALTY. Good, not great. I ordered the tofu pad Thai with no egg with fried tofu instead of the other option, steamed. The food was ready fast and tasted fresh, however, it was not worth $20. The tofu was very hard, next time I'd opt for steamed, and the sauce was very sweet. It hit the spot as far as my noodle craving but the texture of the tofu kind of ruined the dish. Clearly labeled allergy categories on the menu is something that puts any restaurant at the top of my list when choosing where to eat. Simple ordering and delicious food is what makes me come back. We tried a variety of dishes at Fresh & Natural Thai Kitchen in Sedona, and every one of them was incredible. The staff were kind and helpful, gave us good food suggestions and checked in on us during the meal. This restaurant was also very clean and bright, the tables spaced out well. Important notes: 1) the dishes are massive! One plate could feed two adults or an adult and several children. Next time we will definitely share. 2) Adding beef to your meal is an additional $5. We chose the restaurant expecting $12-$15 plates and ended up paying $20/plate to add a protein. It added up fairly quickly with drinks. This ended up being one of the most expensive meals we have had in a while, but on the flip side: the servings were large enough that the pricing was fair in the end. The only sad part was that we didn't finish the leftovers before we were returning home. Next time we stop into Sedona I am going to order some food here on day one and keep it in the fridge of our hotel to feed the family fresh, healthy, balanced meals! read more

We just came in today, because of the reviews. I wonder if it was just a bad night for them. We had to wait to even get to the register. Once our order was in, our food didn't come for another 45 minutes. I don't know if they're having staffing issues or what. Considering we did a to go order, 1 hour from walking through the door to out back, is waaaay too long. Noticed people who ordered after us got their food before we did. 5 stars from my gluten allergy perspective. The menu was clearly marked gluten or vegan friendly. I felt pretty confident after talking to the staff they were educated on gluten friendly foods. Ordering was pretty easy. They had pictures on one side of the menu and prices on the other side. You order at the front counter and they bring your food to your table. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Eating gluten free is very difficult but having staff that is knowledgeable helps. I ordered #19 lemongrass garlic chicken $16 The food was like a Thai /American mix. The salad mix was definitely very fresh. The rice was a very large portion. I liked the mildness of the food. The restaurant was clean too! They close at 3pm on Sunday so be sure to keep that in mind. Would recommend for a healthy version of Thai food. read more

My wife and I are visiting the Sedona area and based on the Yelp reviews, she wanted to try this Thai restaurant. First of all, we have an excellent Thai restaurant in our home town in Los Angeles county and, fair or not, I am comparing this establishment with that one. The good: 1) The ingredient were fresh. 2) The Thai Iced Tea was fine. 3) The Sesame Balls were small, and authentic Sesame Balls that tasted like what we get back in Southern California. The not so good (Hopefully, for constructive criticism so improvements can be made): 1) I ordered Pad Se Ew with chicken, which needed more sauce which also left the chicken on the dry side. 2) my wife had the Pad Thai with shrimp. She liked it but I found there was an excess of liquid (thinner than I am used to) that was too salty for my taste. read more

I've been eating at Fresh and Natural off and on since they first opened. My experience there on March 21, 2026 was my last. I ordered the street tacos with white fish, which I had once before and was good previously. This time the moment that fish landed in my mouth it was not good, so I spit it out, then smelled it. It was not just beginning to turn it was gone, rotten tasting. Of course I sent it back. The lady at the front counter offered to have a new one made with another batch of fish they had that was fresh. I asked what was the fish they made for my meal? She said it was not from the fresh batch but the old batch. Not feeling I could trust another round of rotten tasting fish again, I opted for a vegan silver noodle lover dish instead. That dish seemed okay so I ate it. That evening, even after spitting out the fish I still managed to get food poisoning that lasted well into the next morning, plus had to miss work the next day. Just wondering if there was some cross contamination that happened when they made my second meal right after making the my first meal. I didn't eat much that day and that was the only food I ate that would have caused food poisoning. Just the thought of those two meals still makes me nauseas. read more

Outstanding! I eat of lot of Thai food and this is hands down the best Thai restaurant I've eaten at in the US. Really fresh. Excellent options for vegetarians (and non-veggies). Dishes I haven't seen at any other Thai restaurant -- not just the usual curries and pad thai.
