I used Fresh and Silk Flowers for my wedding in June and I was blown away by how perfect they were! In the first picture you can literally tell by my face. Everyone was so helpful and great to work with and had amazing communication. I changed my mind multiple times and they stayed on top of everything. We got simple reception bud vases and the roses were gorgeous, ceremony arrangements and flower petals, bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquet, boutonnières, and wrist corsages. Everything was better than I even imagined, and pricing was SO fair!! Honestly they beat every other florist I looked at in quality and price, and their costumer service was a cherry on top. Came in here last second for Valentine's day and this place still had a beautiful selection of flower and vase arrangements to choose from. There was a like 3 or 4 people ahead of me but it only took like 10-ish minutes until someone got to me so it allowed me time to walk around and preview everything while I waited. The value is definitely worth it though, the flowers lasted for WEEKS after I had bought them, although I have to admit I don't typically buy flowers and have them around me for long so I'm not sure if that's a long time or not, but I feel even thought the value is kinda pricy, you're paying for good quality that lasts. Christmas of '97, we ordered a table centerpiece through 1-800 flowers and had a bad experience. This last Christmas ('98) we used who I now refer to as OUR FLORIST, Fresh and Silk Flowers. What a difference!!! The owner (David) called me and indicated that to make sure that the arrangement got there, his father was going to drive it out there himself ON Christmas Eve (which is the day I originally wanted but was unavailable)!! When we arrived at our in-laws on Christmas Eve and saw it proudly sitting in the middle of the table, my jaw hit the floor. It was STUNNING!! I couldn't have asked for anything better! David and Halina were so amazing to work with! They were both super professional and friendly and made the planning process super easy throughout. We worked with Halina to decide what types of arrangements and bouquets we wanted for our wedding, and everything turned out even better than I could have pictured it! The colors that ended up in the bouquets were so pretty and worked perfectly with the colors we had in our wedding. David delivered all our bouquets to the hotel for pictures and then headed over to the chapel where our ceremony was to get everything set up there and it was all perfect. They say that you get what you pay for, but that isn't the case for this place. I came in and ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister's graduation, and the worker asked me how much Im willing to spend on an arrangement he'll put together for me. I wanted one that would be impressive so I said about $40 at most, told him I trust his skills and to make me a nice one. When he was done, I was really disappointed with the bouquet. It looked lifeless, nothing special about it, and the flowers had dull colors to it. Since I had no time left, I had no choice but to deal with it. Was pretty upset that it cost me that much when I could have gone to Mariano's to get a much better arrarangement for a much lower price. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially since I felt upset that the bouquet I handed to my sister was nothing out of the ordinary and lacked life. read more

The first time I went into the store the guy that was there was extremely friendly and nice, even though I came in at 3 minutes before closing. On my next visit, I can't say the same about the friendliness when the two ladies were there. I bought 3 roses to make a boutineer and corsage for my daughter's prom, which I paid 17$ for. I was strapped for time so I went ahead and purchased them although there's a flower shop a few miles away that sells beautiful roses for 1$ each on Friday's. Overall the boutineer and corsage came out beautiful although one of the roses ended up not working out for the corsage. The only thing I don't like is they are supposed to be open late until 7 but I would suggest you not go there past 6:45 otherwise you'll be disappointed because they close early. read more

This is such a good place. The only "complaint" I have is they close at 7pm. I've definitely showed up at 7:15pm in the past only to realize that I'm too late. That said, I did call him the other day around 6:45pm and he asked me to hurry and he'd stay open for me. That's excellent service. At no point during my visit did he pressure me or look like he was waiting to kick me out. I was very appreciative of the knowledge he was able to provide for me. The first thing I was asked was my budget. I told him between 10 to 20 bucks. He quickly let me know that he wouldn't be trying to upsell me anything. So that was a relief. He gave me some options and then helped me pick out the best flowers. Then he went in the back and made a nice little bouquet and put a bow on it. Needless to say, my wife was happy that I didn't forget the anniversary flowers this time. And as an added bonus, they were super fresh and fragrant, and well bloomed.
