I walk in to an empty store and go to the pick up counter. I make eye contact with a girl in the back and smile but she just stares at me cold. I see her talk to another girl and she just stares at me too and they keep talking. A third girl appears and does the same until she walks out after 3 minutes. I also saw my order and two others just sitting on the counter, not in the fridge where they usually keep pick-up orders to keep cool. She looks at me and walks AWAY from me to the counter and continues to work on other orders and says, "Hii!?!" Loudly and rudely, while not even looking at me. Not a welcome, not a how are you, not a how can I help you. I said I'm here to pick up my order and she grabs it and just thunks it, rudely on the table with no bag. I ask for a bag nicely and she puts it on the counter and walks off to continue what she was doing. No thank you or have a good day. She barely acknowledged me and all of the girls were just blatantly staring at me through the window. Nobody looks or sounds friendly and I'm treated like a nuisance. Never coming back to this location and don't want to go to Nekter again. I usually don't write reviews but after so many bad experiences with them, I think it's time. $13.50 after a tip is overpriced for a bowl and attitude on the side anyways. Good riddance. P.s. She explained all her ingredients, juices, smoothies, lemonades & more stating none of their items contain artificial sweeteners and or any other unhealthy ingredients in their items. We order 2 smoothies: classic which is good containing apple juice, strawberries & banana & strawberry colada w/ almond milk, coconut water, pineapple, strawberry & honey. The 2nd smoothie was not as sweet as the classic & not as thick due to almond milk & coconut water but would add agave nectar to make our smoothie sweeter. My dad got to meet the owner Victor. Such a nice guy. Victor Sat and chatted with us a bit. We're both Armenian. We exchanged stories about places we've lived, how our families were affected by the Armenian Genocide, how we became Christians, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. They offer various choices from baked goods, breakfast, salads, wraps, entrees, coffee and ice cream. We ordered the Raspberry Chipotle Wrap, Hummus Chicken Wrap, Grilled cheese croissant, and the Armenian Kebab plate. For drinks we ordered Italian Cream Sodas (I recommend the Peach flavor). The ambiance was clean and comfortable. They have some Middle Eastern decor including rugs hanging on the walls and a cute painting of parts of Armenia. You can buy nic nacks and rugs.
