We knew right there that we picked the right restaurant. I asked the sweet lady her name. She says Lydia! We asked about the Chile sauce and she brought us samples. Lydia offered us a military discount (usually we have to ask) she thanked my husband for his service. Our meal honestly was THE best we had during our entire trip in Arizona. I told Lydia that she was so sweet and thanked her for treating us like family! She must have sensed I needed a hug, so she asked me for one. Little did she know our trip to Arizona was to say our last goodbye to my cousin in hospice. I'll always remember Lydia and her delicious meal. Hope to return soon!

The chili itself was not good and they use small chunks of pork, not beef and not much of it. The green chili lacked flavor. This used to be a very good dish.
