Solid Korean food! We got a bunch of plates to share and it was the perfect amount of food for four people. The soup was a little on the spicier side which I loved and the jjajangmyeon was delicious!

Love this Korean restaurant! We ate bulgogi bibimbob, glass noodles, and black bean noodles. Establishment is clean and the hostess amiable and kind. Fresh Heim started several years ago as a Chinese fusion restaurant focused on raw fresh vegetables. It was ok then, but not flavorful. As a Korean restaurant, it tastes like a home in Seoul. Wonderful! The fried dumplings are good. The kimchi was pickled daikon, so if you're expecting the cornucopia of pickles and kimchi that most Korean establishments offer you may be disappointed. Regardless I do plan on returning!

The interior was a bit dark and different than what I expected for a korean chinese restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and nice, but im sad the jja jang myun was a bit too sweet for me. I was expecting a more rustic homemade style of noodles. I also got a side dish to take home, but it was a bit too fishy for my taste. Its not a bad place, but definitely not somewhere I would go back to for the black bean noodles. May try the champong if I do go back.

Finally, good jjajangmyeon! Gimbap also solid. They were big pieces without being overwhelming. The lady who took care of us had packed up my forgotten leftovers with side dishes. The little things add up to make this a truly great place.

A sleepy spot inside a shopping center that provides nice clean eating at a reasonable price. Typically when I think of Asain food, I think of greasy plates and nice full stomachs after finishing. That is definitely not how I felt after leaving Fresh Heim. Instead, I was nice and satisfied but feeling great. I ordered the Bulgogi Bibimbap and was quite pleased with the overall size of the serving. I do wish the plate had just a bit more flavor to it, but nothing a little hot sauce can't solve. If you are in the area and looking for a clean eating spot, this is a great option to have in your back pocket.

I had some time to come for a quick lunch and this place looked interesting. It's in a strip mall with lots of various shops. On a Saturday afternoon, it was a quiet time to visit. The service is quick and my waitress was attentive. When I first came in I hear this disembodied voice saying hello from the kitchen. LOL I couldn't see beyond the panels they've set up to hide the kitchen. Everything was super fresh and my poke was so colorful and tasty. They have various dressings and sauces to choose to add which has a nice selection. I imagine this place is busy during the week for the lunch crowd. I kept seeing big signs for soup but not on the menu. I usually get poke, so I tried that and was pleasantly surprised. A pleasant experience here and I'd come back for sure if I'm in the area again.

NOURISHING I think that sums up Fresh Heim for me pretty well and why it may be my fave restaurant in the area. When I walk in, I know the ambience will be peaceful, the staff the kindest, and the food so thought and fresh. I usually get their protein with salad, featured in my photo. You get a big plate of flavorful abundance with all the nutrients- protein, fiber, healthy fat, and tons of vitamins. Their home sauces and dressings hit the spot for that spicy/sweet/savory (depending) umami flavor. I've tried all their proteins and don't have a favorite, it's all cooked to perfection. In this particular meal you'll get an option of the purple rice or sweet potato noodle, both tasty but I love the rice. They've also expanded their menu to include more class Korean dishes that I haven't yet been willing to give up my favorite dish to try, I imagine they'll be delicious too. So please go support this lovely local spot and nourish your body today : )

Stopped by for a good, clean meal. They have added more Korean dishes to the menu. I ate my usual plate from before. I will have to go back and try a Korean dish. They have changed the setting for the restaurant. The service remains the same people as before. I hope the changes do not change their staples. The prices have increased as expected.

The service is great! The food is incredibly fresh and you can tailor your plate with your sauce selections. The restaurant is quiet and nicely decorated. Super easy to park and a great place to have a healthy meal with lots of fresh veggies.

Great food and service. It's a cute little Korean restaurant with plants and flowers that make you feel very relaxed. The waitress Sarah is very friendly and the food comes out fairly fast. Everything is organic and they are great about working with allergies. The fruit and veggies always look so beautiful, fresh, shrimp spring rolls were delicious and their steak is so juicy and flavorful. This is one of my favorite restaurants here in Austin.

After spending some time in Austin I was looking for something. That was NOT MEXICAN. Don't get me wrong I love Mexican or Tex-Mex but this NE statesman needs a variety that is closer to home. The jalapeños were just like how I do it at home, sometimes I use Boursin cheese mixed in the cream cheese to get it a little more ridged when you cook it. Bacon was slightly charred and it had some rarer parts to it as well. I love that. I will be back for this before I go home this week. The Ahi Tuna was incredible as well, laced with chimichurri, which was more to my liking as opposed to the oily sauce that most are accustomed to. Great paring with the rocket salad and cherry tomatoes with chunks of avocados. I sat at the bar because I was wanting to leave to see the bats emerge from the congress bridge, another 1/2 mile walk down the road. I will be coming back before I leave. I'm writing this while we're still here because the service has been that amazing. Now onto the food... My wife ordered the sausage, and she's absolutely obsessed with it. It's technically on the starters menu, but she always gets it as her main course because it's just that good. My son and I both ordered the 20-ounce Koji Coffee-Crusted Cowboy Ribeye, cooked medium-rare. When I say it melts in your mouth, I mean it. The coffee crust adds the perfect amount of texture and crunch without overpowering the steak. I highly recommend it. For sides, we shared the mac and cheese and the corn crème brûlée, and both paired perfectly with our steaks. We also started with the pork chop bites, which continue to be an absolute home run. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the applesauce takes the flavor to another level. The only minor critique I have is that the bread wasn't quite as soft and warm as it usually is. But honestly, that's such a small detail in what was otherwise an outstanding meal. To finish, we had the Vanilla Orange Cheesecake and the Lemon Bar. The Lemon Bar was delicious, although I wish the center hadn't been quite so cold. The toasted marshmallow on top, however, was absolutely perfect. The Orange Cheesecake? Incredible. Total Dreamsicle vibes, and I would order it again in a heartbeat. What really made this evening unforgettable, though, was Alex. He has officially set the standard for what exceptional service looks like. Every server I have from here on out has some big shoes to fill. Perry's, if I can't have Alex next time, I hope the service is held to the same incredibly high standard because he truly made this experience special. Overall, Perry's came out swinging tonight. I can't honestly call it a perfect 10 because of a couple of tiny details, but it was absolutely a perfect 5-star experience. Thank you for an unforgettable evening and for making my son's birthday one to remember!

The complimentary bread and butter were also mouthwatering--I honestly wanted another roll. For drinks, we asked for something refreshing, and Delina delivered. My husband had a cocktail that reminded him of an Aperol Spritz with a mojito twist, while the watermelon hibiscus margarita was absolutely perfect for the weather. We shared a Caesar salad and ordered the Dean's Style steak with the sauce on the side. This was the one dish that left me a little disappointed. The steak wasn't as juicy as I expected when cutting into the center, but thankfully, having the sauce on the side helped elevate the flavor. I highly recommend the truffle béarnaise sauce--it was delicious. The atmosphere and service were excellent, and Delina truly made our evening enjoyable.
