I got a 4-bowl which includes, one sauce (coconut sriracha), one protein (bbq chicken) and two bases (cauliflower mash and sweet potato noodles). I was on the fence about getting the sweet potato noodles but o was able to get a sample which was great! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. My introduction to this place slightly got off on a bad note, but Kylee/ Kyliee a manager was not only tactful, accountable and kind enough to correct my experience and change it for the better. I was under the weather a little upset about the incident and shared my feedback. I was happy to get an immediate response from the FK team. The next day finally got to try had an awesome meal and was even gifted this wellness shot it was awesome. I came to this place as i wanted to try something new for lunch. I arrives at 2 PM there was not a lot of people. The attention was fast and friendly. The food was actually very fresh and good. My mom and I love Fresh kitchen, It's in the name Fresh!!! My mom is a Vegan so they offer many choices if that's you as well. I personally am not but I don't eat meat everyday but I had the barbecue chicken, it was sooo good with broccoli, spinach and green beans. I attached couple pictures of my delicious meal. They make healthy food enticing to the eye and to the palette. Loved my first experience with Fresh kitchen. Loved their food. I had the spinach, sweet potato noodles, broccoli and BBQ chicken no sauce. Great service and everyone treated me well. I took my food to go. The only reason I didn't give it a full five star was because when I ate the food something tasted like peanuts which I'm allergic to. My friend tasted my food and did not taste peanuts. I didn't get an allergic reaction or anything so I can confirm there wasn't any peanuts but I couldn't explain with the taste was there. Maybe a fluke. Definitely willing to go again as overall it was delicious. But I will be double checking they don't cook with peanut oil. read more

Yeah, they won't provide ingredients. All they say is "sugar free" . That usually means added sweeteners that are not technically sugar

I was waiting for a new healthy quick service restaurant that allows you to "build your own" bowl near where I lIve to open - And this place does not disappoint! Their food is very consistent, tasty and fresh. Not only that but the decor/interior design is adorable and their employees are always friendly and eager to help. Bolay used to be my favorite restaurant with this concept, but I can say with confidence this is my new usual spot. The only suggestions I have would be to add more protein choices for seafood (shrimp would be fantastic) and I don't think 4 choices in chicken are necessary. Sweet potato noodles would be even better if they were in a sauce (like peanut sauce). Cauliflower and brussel sprouts would be great additions to veggie choices too. read more

Overall great flavors and quick meal. I also don't feel like a slug after eating the meal as it is pretty healthy and balanced. The decor inside is really fun with pink and blue florals, and they have a small but nice outdoor/grassy lawn with a several tables under umbrellas and a side wall with a painted mural. The staff was incredibly friendly and lets you sample anything on the line. They're also happy to explain the concept and answer any questions. I've had two 4 by 4 bowls since they've opened and have enjoyed everything I've picked - although there could potentially be a consistency problem as the cauliflower mashed potatoes I got on two separate trips were noticeably difference in smoothness. The drink options are also great, with a number of homemade teas that run the gamut of flavors and feature unsweetened, lightly sweetened, caffeine and caffeine-free options. read more

I would like to come here every day. I am probably going again tomorrow. A six bowl with coconut-ginger rice, golden spice chickpea, and kale double tofu, and the most amazing sauces will satisfy anyone. 100% gluten-free means I don't have to worry about cross-contamination and so many vegan options mean I don't have to kill anything to eat well. Order at the counter and dine-in, if you like. This is just like Boley, which I also highly (5-star) recommend but just a few different veggies. I may go there tomorrow too! read more

Healthy fast food, great alternative to other fast foods when you are eating on the run or don't want to cook.

Let me preface by saying that this was my first time and everyone was so amazingly sweet and helpful, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered with a smile. As for the food it was ok. I have had several other healthy bowl concepts and their flavors were much better and everything combined together more harmoniously. That said, the flavors are decent. The portion sizes, I think, are a a bit skimpy compared to the other bowl places I have eaten at that are not Chipotle. I actually eat very small meals, think 3 clementines a granola bar and a couple of dates, and this left me hungry. I ordered the 4 bowl for reference. I love the fact that I no longer have to go to Boca or Pembroke Pines for healthy food, and I really appreciate that fact that it is near my school for a quick lunch option. Overall review: Decent food, a bit skimpy on portions, really friendly staff, oh and great clarity pointing out allergens which many places don't. read more

This place is really great when you are looking for something quick, affordable and healthy. They have a ton of options and you get to make your own combinations. Basically they have a bowl concept: you pick a base, veggie, and protein and then there are sauces and add-in's if you so choose. The customer service is great and it an order at the counter and seat yourself kind of place. It always kept clean and the seats are comfortable. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is I wish they had some preset combinations to guide you on what flavors go together and I have tried to order online once or twice and their website was so slow I needed up going someplace else in the area due to time constraints.
