I understand that mistakes happen, but when we explained the error, she would not exchange the meal or correct the mistake. Good customer service means taking responsibility and making things right. Unfortunately, the service reflected a lack of training throughout our visit. When we arrived, the waitress was cutting pineapple and did not acknowledge us. When our soup was served, only one of the two soups was brought to the table. We also had to ask for utensils and napkins, and she appeared unable to distinguish between a soup bowl and a small plate. I've always enjoyed supporting this restaurant, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management provides additional training and empowers their staff to resolve simple customer service issues. I want to see this restaurant succeed, but today's visit fell well below the standard I've come to expect.

The space is small but spacious, clean and bright. The hostess/waitress was nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. We ordered the HIMALAYAN THALI SET( FOR TWO) which came with an appetizer, 4 entrées, 2 desserts, naan of your choice and rice. We were told it would take a while to come out because it all comes out at once. We said it was fine and ordered some steamed chicken momo to hold us over till the food came. Our chili paneer app from our set came out and it was quite tasty with a good spice/flavor. Maybe 10ish minutes later our thali set came out. We went with our waitress rec for one veggie (aloo gobi), one chicken (karahi), one lamb (korma), and one seafood (shrimp tikki masala). It came with one bowl of rice for 4 bowls of food. We chose the garlic naan but they had many different more creative options to choose from. The naan was good but not great. The aloo gobi was tasty as was the shrimp tikki masala. The lamb korma sauce was delish but the lamb pieces were a little hit or miss with some tender but others a little harder or dry. Maybe another 10 minutes after our main dishes arrived, the steamed momo arrived. It was tasty and very layered with different flavors that I couldn't quite pinpoint. For dessert we got the kheer and mango kulfi which were unique. Without having a reference point for what a regular entree size is, it's kind of hard to say the cost value in the thali set for two, but if it's your first time and you want to try a a few things, it's probably worth it. I will be back to try the lunch specials next time.

They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic. I love coming to FK! They have so many dairy free and vegan options available for my son with allergies. These options don't lack flavor at all. I've had almost everything they offer and it's all flavorful in its own way. I'm excited that they brought back spiced rice (although I think it's a seasonal item). Every time we visit, they are so welcoming and accommodate us accordingly for my sons allergy needs. When you walk in the staff on the line welcomes you in a friendly tone and that's only the beginning of their continued friendly service. I came in for lunch at 12pm and I was shocked to see a line out the door. Apparently this is normal for this restaurant. What was even more shocking only waited like 9mins. I was greeted while waiting in line by what looked like a chef and they offered some recommendations. The servers were very friendly... they even let me sample items and told me what they liked the best. Food was top notch, tasted fresh and healthy. Came in Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. There was a huge line to the door but it moved quick. The restaurant had a cool vibe and the staff were friendly. It was my first time and the staff allowed me to sample the items I was interested in. My meal was about 18 dollars for a 6 bowl with steak and a drink. Love eating here, i normally come once a week. Sadly they didn't have one of the bases i was craving so i was pretty bummed. throughout my meal two different managers were walking around talking to different groups of customers. Starting with the beautiful patio set up the have outside going inside was a fever dream you could smell the food from a mile away. Being that it was me and my wife's first time we were a confused on how it worked. A Nice young lady named Paris was generous enough to guide us throughout the line and explain everything thoroughly we were AMAZED on how she knew a lot of the ingredients to the foods. A lot of places with a large selection, only seem to give about 75% when it comes to effort. Fresh Kitchen isn't one of those places! I'm able to get delicious food, safe for me to eat with my allergies, and I actually have a variety of options to choose from. The staff here is unbelievably friendly and the place is very clean. I do wish the air conditioner was a little cooler but that is a personal preference. Prices are very reasonable and I always get the media luna which is half a chicken pita and half a beef Shawarma pita so you get to try both of their amazing pita sandwiches! The chicken is seasoned wonderfully and the beef Shawarma is out of this world! That are also in the pita are very fresh flavors blend of well perfectly! And roughly $15 for a whole pita to find I definitely think it's worth it because I have had leftovers so I basically get two lunches for that price. The service is prompt and the servers are very friendly and I never feel like I am being rushed or hovered over to get a table cleaned and me sent out the door here.

I wish I had more pictures, but I usually dive in before I can snap them. Everything we've tried has been incredible, but I'll name a few personal favorites. The corn ribs - I don't know what they do to this corn, but we literally fight over these at the table. They have a sour tang to the spice and an addictive roasted flavor, and are perfect with the garlic sauce. The hummus - theirs is nutty and earthy with a smooth texture and served with chickpeas and garlic on top. It's a great starter too with the pita! The gyro - they actually use lamb for theirs, which is a huge plus for me since I can't eat the beef/lamb blend at most other places. The balance of fillings is perfect and the flavor is spot on here. The mint lemonade - so refreshing and not too sweet. I think about this stuff every time it's hot out and wish I had some. I order it every time I visit. The restaurant itself has more seating than you'd think, and offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind. Everything comes out really fast, and the owner/manager is truly the best. He insisted on helping me and my mom to the car last time we got a big takeout order and is always very attentive to the table's needs. I know the plaza has some construction going on, but don't let that out you off of a visit. This place is absolutely worth it!

They were running a daily special that day--"Pincho Burger + Fries" for $10.00," but the fries were limp, greasy, and far from fresh. Considering that a single "Pincho Burger" costs $8.99, the quality speaks for itself.
