Tried this place today for dinner and very impressed. This is very much chipotle style but way healthier. The woman attending to me was very helpful with my questions and gave me a great combo when I picked the four bowl. I had the sweet potato noodles, coconut rice (so good!), Parmesan broccoli, and the tuna poke. The tuna poke is a little extra but so worth it, such a great flavor especially with everything mixed together. Only downside was the food temperature. It wasn't hot, more room temperature and had to put it in the microwave when I got home. Definitely give this place a try, it may look pretty hipster or girly on the outside but it's one of the best upscale/ healthy options in the area. Totally and absolutely recommend! read more

Delicious, healthy, and CHEAP. Honestly what more could you want? I've found myself eating fresh kitchen up to 3 times a day. It's one of my favorite restaurants, plus the ambience and workers are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and down to earth!:) there is food to fit almost every dietary requirement and the menu is always changing. Everything is always fresh and tasty. The drinks are incredible and also healthy. I suggest the teriyaki chicken, the almond baked chicken, the basil mushrooms and the Holy Kale sauce! Also try the teas and sodas (if you're a soda drinker) they're every unique. For those with a sweet tooth they have incredible paleo cookies, ZUCCHINI brownies (yes you heard right... and they're GOOD), and brown rice crispy treat which are to die for. Fresh Kitchen, and this location specifically, have not once let me down. Walking in, everyone is always extremely friendly and happy to build you a delicious bowl. I can be indecisive, so I often ask for suggestions, which is met by a thoughtful recommendation. In terms of time, I don't think it's ever taken more than 5 or so minutes to get in and it even during peak hours. Excellent service, delicious, fresh and nutritious food, and speed combine to make Fresh Kitchen one of my absolute favorites. Can't recommend enough. read more

We order our meals outside for the safety of the employees and ourselves but to my surprise when I got home.... and after paying $20.85 for two bowls of the 4 with steak. We were extremely disappointed in the amount of food that was given to us on 5/15/2020 at the Waterford location. My family and I always come to eat at this location. On a "normal" day pre Covid-19 our bowl of 4 overflowed and was more than enough that we didn't finish them during dine in. We definitely will choose a different location to eat at for $20.85 in the future. Pre-Covid the servings were better. read more

A nice blend of healthy meets satisfyingly delicious. Fresh kitchen offers a variety of goods from gluten free to vegan and vegetarian. Between a 9 or a 4 bowl I usually choose the 9- which is 2 protein, 2 veggies, 2 carbs and a sauce for $10. Not bad. I appreciate how everything is evenly portioned out as well. My favorite carb there was the sweet potato noodles! My only complaint here would be the lack of space there is inside. This place is not the best for groups and if you have children, you may find it difficult for them to openly explore without getting into another person's personal space. Aside from that, I would highly consider giving this a try. Afterwards, stop by the movie theater or shop around. The plaza that this fresh kitchen is in is AMAZING and has so many things to do. read more

Okay I LOVE this spot, I was coming bi-weekly at one point and I recommend it to everyone but I will say, the quality of the food is not consistent. Sometimes I get it colder than room temp, other times it's super fresh, and I've had it burnt before too. All gluten free menu, and vegan, soy free options. Most people, myself included would think, it probably doesn't taste good. Well, we're wrong. If you have celiac disease, are lactose intolerant or simply want to eat fresh and healthy you need to come check out this spot. The food is delicious! It's basically a concept similar to Chipotle where you pick your options with the diffrence that everything to put in is gluten free and tasty. I have an 11 year old boy and it's a headache for me to get him to eat gluten free and he made his own bowl and loved it! He was like mom: "I think we found our new eating spot". Easily my favorite lunch spot close to work. I eat here at least once a week. I usually order a four bowl online and pick it up. I can barely finish the four bowl unless I skipped breakfast that morning so the portions are generous. Extremely fresh, very good quality in taste and flavors for a "healthy" restaurant. Most healthy based restaurants lack in flavor, but this restaurant had all of the flavors. I had heard so much hype about this place! The chipotle chicken and broccoli were pretty good. I was underwhelmed by the non carb options available... sweet potato noodles being on of them. The kale was just alright. I tried the almond chicken as well. I found it dry but tried both sauces I chose which to me were still mediocre. Overall, a four. The operation seemed smooth, glad to see a healthier concept! Simply didn't hit the spot for me. --------- Update! Someone in management got back to me and offered me a free meal in hopes of it being a better experience. Well, it was! The staff was friendly (yay!) And although I was a bit disappointed that they're paper menu had sweet potato hash but they really didn't (I learned that they change their menu seasonally) every thing was great! Mashed cauliflower (bomb) kale salad (great) the chickens (citrus and almond) were fantastic and not dry. Parm broccoli and sweet potato (omg the taters I was obsessed) And I got the kale dressing and it was fiyah! What a turn around experience. I could eat here every day and not feel like I am cheating on my diet. This is good quality food at a decent price. $10-8 for decent size bowl. I had the perfect spice brown rice and coconut rice with broccoli and Brussels sprouts, pesto chicken and BBQ chicken. It was spot on. Their choice of drinks are great too. First time visiting Fresh Kitchen and it's not bad. The portions are fairly large, especially with the amount of protein they give you. I got a 4 Base Meal, which is 2 bases (I chose coconut rice and a salad), 1 protein and 1 sauce which is about $8.79. The meal itself filled me up and I didn't finish it at all which was good! It definitely felt and tasted fresh, but the chicken and too charred for me. Both my boyfriend and I felt the chicken was burnt. Overall, I think the concept it great.
