I brought my 6 year old Toyota to Doug at Fresh n Clean. He worked magic on two area of scrapes and numerous drops of sap as well as bumper stickers that I thought might be permanently attached. I own a 2014 White Prius and Doug did an amazing job! Doug is amazing! He's super detailed orientated and really enjoys what he does! I scheduled to have my car detailed for this past Thursday (right before the big Memorial Day weekend) and everything was a breeze. One of the best things is that he comes to you! He started in the morning and by 3pm my car was ready to go. He waxed and clay barred my car and added a sealer to protect the paint from bird droppings and bugs so it doesn't eat into the paint. He also reconditioned my leather seats and vacuumed my interior (big bonus for me since I have a husky). My car was as smooth, if not smoother, than a baby's bum. I couldn't get over it! Also the sealer that he put on the car is amazing. After driving from walnut creek to Merced and to Yosemite and back, you can only imagine the amount of dead bugs and dirt I have on my sparkly white car. One quick pass into a car wash and it was like new! I also previously owned a 2007 Black Prius and that thing was a hot mess for the 9 months I had it. I don't think it was ever detailed because in the dark you wouldn't even know if the headlights were on. That's how bad those headlights were! Not to mention that car never shined. Grime stuck to it and would not come off. After Doug was done with it, it was smooth as baby's bottom, super shiny and the headlights looked brand new (I was very surprised and slightly sad/jealous). Doug did such a good job that it actually made me want to keep the old car! I would highly suggest to anyone to give Doug a chance. He's friendly and personable but best of all he's knowledgable and is always trying to out do himself. Pricing is reasonable and him being mobile is just another added bonus! read more

I am so happy today to have had such an amazing experience with Dug. He came highly recommended and I had never met him before. He gave me a first time deal, and spent way over the time I thought he was going to on my detail. My little Toyota pick up has been through the run of it. I travel the US in this thing, camp everywhere, take it through the dessert, ride with my dog and my cat sometimes. My truck is a 2005, but Dug made my little ride feel brand new. Fresh N Clean was AMAZING! I spilled some coffee on my front passenger's seat and was totally bummed. I brought it into Fresh N Clean and Doug was able to take my car in right away. He made it super easy to drop off. Upon seeing the spill he diagnosed further damage besides just the seat, and ended up cleaning the seat and carpet too. I ended up having him clean both the driver's seat and passenger's seat, and when I came back early the next day they both looked brand new! I NEVER leave reviews good or bad, but Doug's service was so great I just had to let everyone know. As Doug will tell you, he does what he loves, and IT SHOWS: the results are AMAZING!!! On top of that the price was fantastic!! He could certainly be charging A LOT more. I have a 2007 Subaru that I drive my toddler around in. I was almost embarrassed how dirty the inside of the car was, and the outside was pretty beat up too from years of outside parking and a pretty poor track record for washing/waxing on my part. I could not believe the results of Doug's detailing. The inside, literally (and I do mean literally), looks new again. I have now idea how he got some of the stains out, but they are gone. In terms of the exterior, when I took it in the exterior paint was gritty and had what I think was some light oxidation on the roof. Now, it's smooth as a baby's bottom and looks/feels like glass. It is showroom BEAUTIFUL again!! At first I was speechless when I saw it, and then couldn't stop babbling to Doug about how great it looked. I felt like I was on some makeover reveal show. :) Maybe most impressive about the whole experience, though, was Doug's customer service. First, he is just a super nice guy and a great communicator. But, more importantly, it is clear he just wants to give you just the service you want, and that is best for your vehicle. I don't know much about car detailing, so he spent 20 minutes with me on the phone explaining everything, walking me through my options, and tailoring the service to focus what I wanted and what I viewed as the more problematic areas of the car. He was not impatient or condescending like other places can be if you don't have a cool enough car, or you're not some "car nut" that can talk the talk with them. Bottom line is that working with Doug was a real treat, especially in today's day and age when companies/services are over promising and under delivering, all while providing a terrible customer experience. I had some food spill in my trunk and although I wiped it down a couple days later it produced a horrible rotten smell and even grew mold. Doug was able to thoroughly clean my trunk rug and recommended a disinfecting process to ensure no mold spores got into the car space or vents. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful (even gave me a ride to my job while he worked on my car). My trunk is back to normal and smelled amazing afterwards.
