I recently went in to buy a suit for my son and I, and was very impressed with the selection of suits, the prices and the great service received. Aurelio helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the many types of suits. I was able to be measured and try on different types of shirts and suits and learn about the different types of fabrics for the shirts and suits. I also liked that if they do not have your suit in store, they will order it in for you, in any color and size at no extra charge to you. My son was able to try on different sizes and colors. all in all we walked out buying exactly what we wanted and needed for our upcoming event. Thank you Aurelio and Friar tux in Arcadia for helping me out with such a limited amount of time and short notice. You guys are the best! I am definitely going back! Claire the assistant manager was very warm and nice. My family and I walked in at 7pm an hour before closing time and she still accommodated us. We just had my husband and children measured for their suit and gave us measurements for free. She knew all that time it was complimentary but she never treated us any less. They were very helpful in making sure that all fit correctly, and even checked all 'check points' to make sure I was comfortable in the suits and tux. At first I was thinking about renting one, but after coming to Friar Tux Shop in Arcadia and working directly with Faith, I felt that it would be much more appropriate to own my own tux. Friar Tux is just the place to go. I went there for the first time my junior prom when my dad recommended it, despite the fact that it was a thirty minuet drive from our house. I asked my cousin if he had any other recommendations and he said that it had to be friar. I've gone there three times since then and I understand why everyone I know drives the thirty minutes all the way to Arcadia: they're just great. The tuxes always look great and they have a pretty good variety of different stuff. The people who work there know that you are probably renting the tux in the first place for some sort of special occasion and they share in your excitement. I could understand how dealing with a bunch of prom going high schoolers could be a little bit draining but they have always been polite and actually pretty cool to me and my friends. At the re-fitting periods where I was totally okay with the fit they have changed my pants or shirt just so that I get the perfect fit. I recommended to all of my friends and I took my Waterpolo team with me the second time I went to get my tux. Friar tux was something that I was happy to keep in the family. read more
