It took about 30 mins for someone to Even take our drink order the waitress was nasty and the food was not even that good

I was there Sunday June 12 around 9:15 pm ordered take out one scoop pistachio ice cream with marshmallow and peanut butter topping when I got home server never gave me peanut butter also ordered medium peanut butter fudge sundae the sundae was all topping there was one spoonful of ice cream. Spent $21.00 very disappointing. Will think twice before I go back. read more

Haven't been to a Friendly's in YEARS since all are gone in my hometown upstate. Immediately we were greeted by the hostess who was incredibly kind and eager to help. Mind you, this place was filled to the brim with customers. Our waitress Kristin was super sweet and gave us a great experience. Everywhere I looked servers and workers were hustling and seemed just genuinely (for lack of a better term) friendly. Really happy to have stopped in this evening, thank you! read more

I love going here for 30 + years..... takeout food past few mths has been awful, I have let it go, but tonight the kids got 3.5 pieces of kit kat and 11 m&ms half of everything else , a half a squirt of whip cream and sides for meals and drinks were forgotten.... If they hadn't raised their prices so high I wouldn't have any expectations but this is ridiculous, and all the time. be advised to check your food before you leave read more

Just your regular Friendlys . It's good we had some huge special burger it was really good. The fries were also good I asked for them to well done. The only thing that I don't like it's the funny smell coming I believe from the rug. They should try and deep clean it at least 2xs a month. It's a high traffic area as it seams busy when we are there. read more

Hands down the best Friendly's on Long Island, and the whole reason behind that is their waiter Frank. If you have been to this location before you know exactly who I'm talking about. He is by far the heart and soul of this place and he always makes you feel special. He gives you samples, if you forgot your coupon at home he takes care of you he is just that committed to making sure you enjoy your experience. I just honestly can't say enough nice things about this guy Frank! He is the reason my boyfriend and I will continue you to come here. This restaurant should be closed and boarded up. We placed an order on line to be picked up at a little at the hour. I patiently was waiting in line when a short blonde woman cut in front of everyone and said she had the right to because she phoned an order in. When myself and two other customers questioned her and informed her there was a line, she told us to go f..k ourselves in front of children and other Friendly staff members. They she still stayed at the counter with her 20 dollar bill and the cashier got her food and checked her our. When I questioned the cashier, I got a lecture from another friendly staff member saying that I should not raise my voice. The manager was conveniently on the phone and did not get off until I finally got my cold food after waiting 20 minutes after I was scheduled to pick it up and I saw the manager bag it before the cursing blonde women even came to the pickup window. read more

these people really have issues. every SINGLE time i order, i ask for honeymustard on the side, pretty easy right? apparently not. a few times when i went inside in person to ask for it they LITERALLY freeze up and act confused as hell. it's MIND BLOWING. so i just ordered online and yet again, WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS for them to read with their own eyes "2 honeymustards on side" none. nothing. so instead i got a bone dry chicken wrap it was absolutely disgusting so i had no dinner tonight because i can't order the SIMPLEST thing. really rediculous it's kind of pathetic. do better. read more

The food and ice cream are good and I would rate a four star. But the service, man, our waiter was Franky and he is what customer service is all about. He absolutely made our day. I've downloaded the yelp app solely because I've been waiting 25 and counting minutes for 4 scoops of ice cream with 4 toppings (at the ice cream counter). Seems difficult, I understand. What I can't understand is the 5+ customers that have come in after the 2 customers behind me and have already left with their orders. The woman in front of me had to walk their employee thru the steps of how to make two of their signature sundaes which she ordered. Apparently Uber/doordash have priority ordering. My waiter was very nice....however whoever that disgusting woman in the red shirt sitting on her very wide butt with two other waif staff in blue....making a mockery out of my waiter...very loudly scolding him that the floor better be clean enough for her to "LICK IT" is appalling, unprofessional and by her authority I can only assume she was part of management. Then she continued bullying him and laughing. We had two Jim Dandys. The silverware was dirty, the floors were dirty, and I will never return. I feelt sorry for my waiter. Hands down the best Friendly's I've ever been to. I cannot believe there are no reviews of it on here. Frank is the most attentive and positive waiter I've ever had, and he ALWAYS goes out of the way to make sure you enjoy what you get. Whether he throws extra stuff in your ice cream, or let's you sample things, you always get the feeling he cares about you more than saving Friendly's a few cents. Recommended with our Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing for the perfect pairing. I ordered this salad and it wasn't anything like the menu said. The apples were soggy and old tasting, I had a sprinkling of blue cheese, and no nuts. With a price tag of almost $10 I could have gone to any local mom & pop deli and been satisfied. Tonight I tried to make a purchase at friendlys in Sayville, where my family and I eat minimum once a week we were told to join the online club and try their take out and we would receive a 25% off coupons applied to our first purchase. I place my family's order and tried to use the coupon that was given to me by the friendlys online website and it didn't work. I called and asked to speak to the head manager after waiting 10 minuets and already being 30 minuets into this frustrating process of ordering off the website that I was specifically told to use as well as highly recommended to try and was a major fail and disappointment. Sonia the head manager running tonight crew was extremely rude, discourteous and extremely unprofessional. I was spoken to like I've never been spoken to by any other manager in any industry as well as none of my concerns were even close to being meet to the point where I canceled my entire family's order and drove all the way to the other friendlys in east islip. I have been involved in the Sayville family for over 25 years and have been a valued customer to this friendlys and have had nothing but good experiences except tonight I am beyond shocked and an in disbelief to the way I was spoken to and the way my situation was handled to the point where I drove 20 minuets to the next friendlys to get my family's food. Sonia showed nothing but unprofessionalism and zero care for a customer who eats at this establishment multiple times a month with my family. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE NOT BE BACK. My family and I usually love friendly's but this time we were disappointed because they didn't have the usual hamburger buns that we crave. We ordered 2 hamburgers and once they came we immediately noticed the small slider buns upon them. Furthermore, our side of fries was cold, old and hard without any effort shown to even reheat them. Our casadilla appetizers also came with little if any chicken and sheesh inside. Once we brought this all to the attention of the staff it was rectified. However, there weren't any good burger buns on hand so we had no choice but to eat the burgers as is. Something like that should have been to told to us before ordering. read more
