I was originally a big fan of this place. After today's experience, I will not be returning. They seem to have fallen apart after three weeks of being open. When I went in today around lunch time the line was out the door and only one register was open. I had already ordered from the app and my food was supposed to be ready at 12:27. I waited until 12:38 before asking about the order and I was told they were rushing it out. I continued to wait another ten minutes during which time I noticed two people return a sandwich that was not what they had ordered, one man return his plate because it was supposed to be to go, and another couple ask for a refund on their food which was not what they had ordered either. At that time I asked about my order and I was told they did not know where my order was. After 25 minutes of waiting I left empty handed with a gift certificate for a place which I will not return. They could not even refund the money on my credit card which had paid for the sandwich, which was just icing on this ugly little cake of a situation. Too bad to see such potential diminish so quickly. read more

I used to go here A LOT. I would have business meetings here and even just go there to work, but then I started consistently getting stomach aches after eating there and realized all the food tasted the same. Like they didnt ever clean the grill. The kitchen staff (that delivered the food to the table) were really disheveled and always had nasty, aprons that they obviously had been wearing either all shift, or for more than one shift. I was completely turned off by the filth and stopped eating here. But I went back about a month ago and it seems like they have made strides in their food handling cleanliness. The food is great, but its hard to give it anymore that 3 stars due to cleanliness issues. read more

Every time I have to be in Red Bluff for Court, I eat here. I keep getting the buffalo chicken sandwich because it is so good. When I ate here with 2 other people we all got different sandwiches and they were all very good. I will continue to come back here every time I am in Red Bluff. read more
