The atmosphere is homey. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Someone had spilled some sugar on the table, and we sat down before they could get someone to clean it up. It was obvious the worker were challenged, as we saw them constantly on the move between cooking, the cashier station and the drive up window. I found the music just a little too loud, but I think I may be fixated on this aspect of dining out. All in all, just what to expect from a small restaurant near a military installation: good food at a decent price without pretensions. Definitely will return.

The chicken my husband had was ok , we were expecting a lot more flavor based on the color it came out, but the breast was juicy . My tenders were sad, no real flavor. The batter tasted like flour and that's it. I don't understand if the owners have their flavorful tenders at smoke shack why aren't they to the same standard here . The sauce options are ok , loved the hot honey. The max n cheese reminded us of frozen meal standards. As my husband said "There's good restaurants, there's fast food & then there's Honeys..." Overall I would not recommend it .

These are really young people working there and they are doing a great job! I love pulling up to see them because they are working hard and being kind. The lady today took my order perfectly and when it was my turn to get the food, they all who's the order for so they can get it right. Today i had the twelve piece chicken nuggets and the cobb salad. You can never go wrong with either and a cold vanilla milk shake to wash it down. I ate inside once in a whim and it's very chill inside as well. Service was good. I apologized for taking a long time to decide on the sauces for the 15 traditional wings I ordered, but there are just soooo many flavors. I did not feel rushed and the guy at the counter calmly encouraged me to take my time. I noticed the inside dining area was clean, and free of floor debris. There was a new inspection cert on the wall that was displayed proudly for its A+/100. The bathroom was clean. Surprisingly on a rainy day like today, I noticed that the tile floors were not dirty or terribly wet at all. Back to the food, the wings were BDub quality, and I didn't want to say that they didn't skimp on the sauce. Had plenty of ranch sauce, if we wanted. But the service was the highlight of the night. Well done.

The folks from Jim's brought back the old Frontier Burger. I can remembered one of those locations in the old Central Park Mall. Boy was it good. Well, this new Frontier Burger does use the same ingredients as the taste is just as I remember it. The restaurant is new and clean. Parking is ok...it fills up. The food could be much hotter. I have been here several times and the fries are always border cold; they taste as though they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while and that is not very good. The burger is good and flavorful. I recommend it. The chili is also good so be sure and partake of that if you are in the mood. For some reason they do not serve Coke products but have Pepsi instead. But the good news is that Big Red is on tap so Yes! They have a few people taking orders when you walk in. I have yet to find one that seems to act as though they give a darn that you are there. Does it really take much to ask 'Can I take your order?' That kind of courtesy is not available at Frontier Burger. They really act as though you are doing them a favor. Never had that experience at In-N-Out Burger. You gotta stand in line at the Ketchup dispenser and it is typically funky looking. Make your own decision about Frontier Burger but their attitude is very, very poor. I hope management reads this and makes some important and necessary changes. read more

I have been to this new Frontier Burger several times in the past. I started to avoid the place due to the rudeness of the people taking orders and the room temperature of the served food. When the food was hot it was good, just like the Frontier Burger of old. But that was only once but nothing about their attitude was tolerable. Well today's visit was much better than the previous ones. The kid at the counter was acceptably courteous but certainly not overly friendly. My food was much warmer than in the past. It could have been hotter but it was acceptable. The man who brought me my food was courteous and polite. Overall a much better experience than in the past. When I can visit here and have reliably good service and food I will change the review but not until then. I hope they can continue to improve because when the food is served hot it is very good. read more
