I got the classic burger with fried egg and mushrooms added! The portions are very generous. For the burger, fries, and a drink, it was around $15. They have lots of beers and ciders on tap! I tried the mango cider and the blood orange cider. Both tasted very refreshing. The service was fast and friendly.

Really, really, really good. Had the Chalupa burger. This thing was huge. It was perfectly medium as ordered. You would think the tortilla is just Kitch or novelty, but it actually serves a great purpose. The tortilla holds the refried beans in place making it far easier to eat. The addition of the pico de gallo, lettuce, and tomato make it shear flavor perfection. And I haven't even mentioned the onion rings, which have a very light batter and are perfectly cooked. Just needed to add a little salt to make them irresistible. Sweet potato fries are skinny shoe strings with fantastic flavor. We come here every time we come to San Antonioand are never disappointed. It's funny. I've never tried anything else on the menu.

The Double, added bacon cheese and Jalapeños. Tasted fresh and delicious. Patty's were thick.

Place was clean, outside area was clean, food tasted fresh and delicious. Service was quick. Overall this was our first time here, it was a good experience and we will be back for another delicious burger.

    Covered dining outside.

Big'z put giant and delicious burgers right in your face. They don't hold your hand in having specific types of burgers. You have to take ownership and create your own. Virtually every topping and homemade sauce is available and their fries are amazing. Plenty of space on the inside and lots of covered seating outside. Go further into the property on weekends and they have a whole stage for entertainment for the family. Establishment was clean and prices were fair for the giant portions. Staff were friendly and very helpful with the sauce options to complement my burger.

Great day to sit on the covered patio

Bigz has some of the best burgers in town. Don't know why it isn't much more crowded. I guess people just haven't tried it yet. The burgers are nice and big with a choice of cheeses. The tomatoes on the burgers taste homegrown. Nice big basket of onion rings. They also have a large variety of beers. Lovely setting. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Self serve drinks. There's lots of room for big groups. Overall great experience.

The price is really good. The staff is super friendly! We had the Nico omelet, bean and cheese tacos, and brisket and egg tacos. 99 percent of the menu here is super healthy. Fresh ingredients and all the nutritional information for all dishes is readily available. To be completely honest, we went to another place, that hadn't opened yet, that's how we ended up here. Yes it is connected to the gym, but it does feel like its own place. About as much ambience as a hospital cafeteria, but it's built for convenience. Overall we are all satisfied, but not blown away. My omelet was STUFFED. It was almost comical. It was much appreciated! The tacos were ok. A little better than ok. The tortillas are both obviously store bought. I don't like that, I want to complain, but honestly with how affordable it was, I would feel ungrateful. Fresh, fast, and affordable. Going to leave it at that.

Casual eatery- order at counter and pay..food will be delivered to your table. But, what did I encounter upon entering? omg their beautiful pastries, desserts, and Mexican conchas. Picked up a guava pastry for later. Ordered the Mexican Cubano torta without cheese and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I chose the birote bread- sourdough crispness on the outside with soft inside texture. This torta packed a ton o' flavor! Ham, bacon, kielbasa sausage, pickles, and bread slathered in their chipotle mustard and cilantro mayo. Delicious! I chose the house salad, rather than soup. Tummy was more than happy. For dessert, I ate the guava pastry in the evening- buttery pastry with a sweet guava jelly filling. Yum! It is a little on the pricey side, but the lattes and bakery items are really good. They used to have a sugared donut that was my absolute favorite, but unfortunately they no longer carry it. The tortas aren't your typical Mexican torta, but they're still good in their own way. That said, I don't really come here for the main food--I come for the bakery and the café vibe. The salads are also solid if you're looking for something lighter. Service is ok. There's this one guy who usually cleans the tables and he's so friendly. I didn't catch his name but he's on it. We did not have reservations and went knowing this. The hostess said it was a like 45 minutes to an hour wait. With being mothers day and all, we expected it. However they had a spritzer cart outside for the waiting patrons! Fantastic idea! It was warm but not too terribly hot when we arrived so we opted to brief look at their desserts and then went outside to a couple of tables. We then went to the spritzer cart and ordered a few drinks and it hi perfectly with the sunny weather. And after finishing the drink our table was pretty much ready. It was not even 30 minutes in waiting. Probably 20 minutes. We were sat at two round tables near the bar which was ok, but our daughter has a boot on for her foot but she managed ok. We weren't expecting that but it was ok. They didn't know. We were greeted by our server and promptly got our drink orders and all our food order. What we did was view the menu beforehand. We ordered three appetizers. The meatball ferris wheel, the grilled octopus, and Nonna's garlic bread. The drinks were all delish! The first app that came out was the garlic bread. I have to say is the absolute star of the food here. If you are here, please order it. It's the thing to have. And the butter that comes with it just elevated it to another level. It's that good. Actually better than the entrees in my opinion. The next was the meatball ferris wheel. This showcase the flavors of the entrees for me. It was indeed fun to see. Each meatball was really good and they didn't skimp on the meatballs here. It was very good and the temperature was perfect. The last was the grilled octopus. It was super tender and the sauce was good but we learned they used spicy peppers a lot in their dishes to bring out the flavors. This was the beginning and it was a solid level 1 of 5 of spice level. If you are not into spicy dishes they foreshadows a majority of the entrees here. The grilled octopus was great. And the potatoes go with it perfectly. For our meals, I got the spaghetti and red clam sauce which is spicy. My wife ordered the risotto pescatore, which is a seafood dish, and my daughter got the pork chop my way and she had it Parmesan style. The risotto pescatore came out first and it is supposedly spicy but because none of my family does spicy like me, the sis not as the peppers in the dish. And because of that, the dish tasted kind of bland and only tasted the seafood mixed together. Not bad but was unsatisfying unfortunately. So it's not the fault of the kitchen or chef. It's not made as listed so it will not really taste how it's supposed to m the server and manager pretty much came by and address the issue even though it's no fault of their own. They did offer her a side spaghetti l, which is more than enough at this point, because of all the appetizers we has filled up on. My spaghetti and red clam sauce was actually really good. I could taste the pasta being made in house. The clams with the spicy sauce was great and satisfying. The pork chop. It was just big. I mean hanging over the plate large. Our server and another server said it is big but that was the biggest pork chop they've ever seen come out of the kitchen. It was hilarious. But it tasted so good. Think chicken fried steak but pork chop. And it was delicious as well. Just too much for one person. Especially after all the appetizers! Dessert was the special they had for mother's day weekend. It was a raspberry tiramisu and it was so creamy and smooth. It was one of the better desserts I've had in a while. I also had a cappuccino and they was perfect as well. A great ending to to meal. We haven't eaten that much in a long time. The drinks and appetizers are spectacular. The entrees are good but not the stars of the show for us. But we enjoyed the food journey here!

I'm a spicy chick, so he mixed up a concoction of sriracha aioli and spicy ginger. My bowl was packed with yumminess. I could have used a plate to mix up all the goodies.
